Hi, I am trying to figure out if I can make a segment that takes a time range calculated based on how many days have passed from a specific time. For example, if we have a new design/new campaign I can make a date range to start from the campaign start date to today, but if I want to compare the period before with the same amount of days is there a way to do it? In this case the Before segment today will be these dates Aug 13, 2025 - Nov 18, 2025.But tomorrow I need it to be Aug 12, 2025 - Nov 18, 2025, as the other segment will now include Nov 19, 2025 - Feb 25, 2026.
Description:I'd like the ability to have a little bit of control over the look and feel of custom forms, particularly how they are displayed when used as a request queue. Ideally we'd be able to adjust font size, font weight, color, bolding, etc. Even if we could apply a default font-size for the form, and selectively bold some text, that would be a huge improvement. Additionally, a complaint I've received multiple times is that the font size for a question is smaller than the font size for an option within that question. If we could change the font size we could fix this ourselves. Or, if it's easier, make the question font-size match that of the options below it. Example: Why is this feature important to you -There are new rules that go into effect in April 2026 around accessibility of internal and external documents for Government agencies. All documents must be WCAG 2.1 AA complaint. Depending on your reading of the guidelines the current request queue f
I’m working in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).I'm encountering an unexpected issue when publishing the XF parent folder multiple times. 1. First PublishI create a new Experience Fragment. I select the parent folder and trigger publishing using my custom workflow. Result: ✔️ Both the parent folder and the master XF node are published correctly.2. Second PublishI again select only the parent node and publish using the same workflow. Result: ⚠️ Only the parent folder is published. ❌ The master XF node is deleted on the publish instance. Note: demo folder is created using program as a nt:folder, not the sling:Folder

Hi Team,I wanted to check on two items related to our upcoming A/B testing plans in Adobe Marketo Engage:1. A/B Testing ApproachCurrently, we use a single Email Program for our batch and blast campaigns. Each campaign is a monthly series with 4 to 6 emails, and we have separate Smart Campaigns set up to send each email. At the moment, these are standard sends without A/B testing. Going forward, we would like to run A/B tests for each email in the series (for example, 4 or 6 A/B tests within the same campaign). From what I understand, the out-of-the-box A/B testing functionality within an Email Program allows only one A/B test per program. If we want to run multiple A/B tests, one option might be to use Smart Campaigns and manage the test and winner selection manually. Please let me know if my understanding is correct? I also wanted to check if there have been any recent updates or enhancements that allow multiple A/B tests within a single Email Program using the native functionality,
Hello,I am using a date time function in a fragment where i have to check if the value in attribute exists or not.{% let SO = Bonus1.swappedTimestamp %} {%#if isNotEmpty(SO) %}By using this condition, I am getting this following error:
any idea about what are the official hard limits and soft guardrails for nesting existing batch audiences within a single segment definition in AEP?Since Batch Decisioning jobs are limited to processing one audience at a time, it is natural to try nesting 30+ segments into a single "master audience" to get everything done in one run ?
We have a requirement to create an Adobe Analytics report showing: Logins per user role Percentage of users in each role who logged in (i.e., Number of users in a particular role who logged in / Total number of users in that role) Currently, we can achieve this using a calculated metric with a static value for the total number of users in each role. However, this approach is impractical since the static numbers need to be manually updated whenever user counts change, and there are multiple roles to manage. Our development team is ready to update the total number of users per role in the data layer. We can then capture this value in an eVar, prop, or event.Question: How can we handle this in a way that ensures the total user count per role is dynamically updated in Adobe Analytics, without requiring manual intervention?Note: Since this is a weekly report, the number of users in a role who logged in during the week may not equal the total number of users in that role.Thank you in advanc
I am working on a new template, and I have run into an issue. I want to create a 2x2 section in the template, but when I set the background image, it spans the whole page. I just want it behind the two columns, not the whole page. Here is what it looks like.I can't see a way to make the background image just behind the two columns. I tried all the background size images.
Hi everyone,I'm trying to automate a daily report of Salesforce Sync Errors (Admin → Salesforce → Sync Errors) using Workato and the Marketo REST API.So far, I’ve tested:/rest/v1/activities/types.json /rest/v1/activities.json Lead search via /rest/v1/leads.json Searching for any activity types containing “SFDC”, “Salesforce”, “Sync”, or “Error”I found an activity called:Sync Lead to SFDCBut I do not see any activity type corresponding to the errors shown in the Sync Errors UI.My question:Is the Salesforce Sync Errors data:Backed by a REST-accessible object? Stored as a hidden activity type? Stored in a system table not exposed via REST? Only accessible through the UI export? Available through Bulk API but not REST? Accessible via any other supported method? My goal is to automate daily reporting of these errors without manual CSV export. If anyone has successfully extracted this data programmatically, I’d really appreciate guidance on:The correct endpoint (if it exists) The object name (
Hi,We are using asset share commons in our project. So the property field in sort component is not getting populated. According to the document attached values are populated only when orderable=true is added in the index for the required properties. In our index it is ordered=true and it’s working in dev and local. Somehow for prod and stage its not working as expected. Same index is used in all the environment. How to check where the issue is and what is causing this issue?dev: Stage: Thank you.
Dear Community, I have a question regarding the use of the metadata execution helper function in CJA. Our use case is to leverage metadata execution to register the use of fragments without having to create multiple journey nodes in AJO. We are currently testing a journey execution that includes two parameters in the metadata. In the message feedback dataset, the metadata is stored as a map, and I can see the data structured as follows:[key1 → value1; key2 → value2] However, when I add the metadata field in CJA, it appears in separate rows:-journey. Breakdown: --value1--value2 I would like to know whether there is a way to concatenate the metadata values in CJA so that they appear as:-journey. Breakdown: --value1 - value2 I hope I was able to clearly explain my question. Please accept my apologies for not including screenshots, as the current test data cannot be shared.Thank you in advance for your support.Filipe Freitas
I have a proof report that shows me everything I need except the planned routing due date. I have the field attached to all of our issues and projects, but I can’t find a way to get it to show on the report. Anyone have an idea how to do it?
Hi everyone, I’m looking for best practice guidance on setting up UTM capture properly in Marketo. Our current flow looks like:Paid ads → corporate website (UTMs present in query string) Corporate website has Munchkin and GA installed. Users then click through to a Marketo landing page that contains the inquiry form. We do not currently use a CRM. We can see that UTMs sometimes appear in the Marketo landing page URL as query parameters, but we do not currently have hidden fields or structured UTM capture set up in the form. I’m trying to determine the cleanest and most scalable way to implement this. Our primary objective is to accurately attribute form submissions to paid campaigns and distinguish paid vs organic traffic for reporting. Some questions that I have:In a multi-domain setup, what is considered best practice for ensuring UTMs are reliably captured on form submission? How are others handling first/last touch attribution in this scenario? Should GA/GTM play a role in this or i
Right now, users aren't receiving in-app notifications when a decision is made on their proof or when someone comments on a proof that the user has generated. After discussing this with our Support team, it looks like the app notifications aren't entirely integrated with Proof, which seems like a large oversight (and a source of major inconvenience when users wait on others to make decisions on their proofs).
Description - Please enable a way to us to automate the moving of regular Workfront documents (i.e. local in the Project) into an AEM Linked Folder via the API (preferably a Fusion action module). Why is this feature important to you - It's laborious and prone-to-error for users to manually drag and drop Workfront Documents into an AEM Linked Folder. We have many clients where this could be a big time-saver both in terms of reducing the effort to move files and also improving the accuracy of where they place them as we could automate that based on Document metadata. How would you like the feature to work - Have a Workfront module in Fusion where we can map in the Document ID and also the ID of the (Linked) Folder or its associated Linked Folder ID it is to be moved into. Even if we have to use a Workfront Custom API call or plain old HTTP Request that would be fine as long as it is via a Production API.Current Behaviour - There are various internal API calls we have tried to emulat
Context: Workfront New Experience (not Fusion) - we want to set up an email notification (not an in-app notification) to a few specific users that lets them know when the status of a request (issue) = New.There is an existing Request Status Change to Request Primary Contact event notification, but we don’t see a way to copy it to make modifications or to copy the html of it so that we can modify it for an email template.Appreciate any assistance - thanks!
Hi Team, I could not able to pull the country, region and cities form Data feed export. Also I don’t see the 3 digit ISO country code mapping list. Can I get the SQL query for the same.
Hi,I have a custom form with a field where the users are expected to insert a 3 character code. I would like to have this code validated against a table from Planning, and only accept the user input if that code is not present in the table. Is this something that can be done with field validation? Thank you in advanceJoao
We have a dropdown field (Project Scope) where the label and value differ (e.g., label = Maui SMA, value = SMA). I’m trying to build a report that displays the value instead of the label, but the only way I’ve found to do this is through text mode— which then disables inline editing. Is there any way to show the value in a report while still keeping inline editing enabled?
Hi Team, We have implemented dynamic media for our project and we have a requirement to publish the asset to dynamic media. We have 1000’s of images to move. What approach we can use here.Selecting the asset and running the workflow for each asset will be very tedious task
We have multiple Reports that must pull data based on a Weekday to Weekday date Range. Sometimes it is a Friday-Friday, Monday to Monday, etc. Would add a lot of value to set a Day of the Week WIldcard type feature for Dates in a Workfront Report.
We currently manage podcasts and audio with external platforms (Brightcove, Libsyn, etc.) and use AEM Assets only for storage. AEM supports basic audio files today, but we need clarity on Adobe’s plans for richer audio capabilities and player functionality tied to Dynamic Media. Specifically, we’re looking for info on:Native audio player and embeddable player components (web & mobile) using Dynamic Media Streaming support (HLS/DASH, adaptive bitrate) and CDN integration for audio delivery Rendition and derivative management for audio (bitrates/encodings) mapped to source assets Metadata and enrichment: ID3/chapters, transcripts, speech‑to‑text, search indexing Podcast features: RSS hosting, platform syndication (Apple, Spotify), episode feeds Analytics: plays, downloads, listener geography, referrers, playback events (play/pause/seek) APIs, webhooks, and recommended integration patterns with Brightcove/Libsyn Interim workarounds and reference architectures until native features arr
Hi all!I know this will probably get the standard response that nested lists cannot pull data in a specific order, but asking anyhow😅I’m pulling child tasks as a nested list like this:displayname=Child Taskslistdelimiter=<p>listmethod=nested(children).liststype=iteratevalueexpression=CONCAT({taskNumber},". ",{name}," (",{status},")")valueformat=HTML… can I then add something that sorts it alphabetically? I assume not, because I haven’t been able to find anything, but here’s hoping!TYIA!
Setting up a forum for any additional questions that we didn’t get to as part of the Workfront Fusion Foundations: The Scenarios Every Beginner Should Know session. We’ll have Adobe Workfront Champions on deck to help answer 😀
