Is anyone using Fusion to connect Frame IO and their Workfront projects? 

Hello, I know i can bring this in a task report, but Is there anyway I can bring in lastnote: note text in a note report?

I’m working on a task report that I’ve added a column to list documents in them. The text mode for the column is:displayname=Documentslistdelimiter=<br>listmethod=nested(documents).liststype=iteratevaluefield=namevalueformat=HTMLIs it possible to take this further in text mode to have the document titles be links? I’ve tried a few different options that haven’t worked out so far (the full href text or nothing at all). I’m unsure if this is a limitation in Workfront or maybe I haven’t made the correct edits in text mode. Any insight is appreciated.

Hi WF Community,Based on what I’ve read, I don’t believe you can automatically have a custom form attached to documents that users add to a record.  I know you can for project, task and issue records, but I just wanted to do a gut check here to ensure I’m not missing a feature.Thanks!Nick

Hello! Still new to text mode so kinda feel dumb asking but here goes. I don’t want my grouping to have display names. When I remove the displayname line completely, it defaults to be grouped by the field name. If I leave it blank at the end like - “group.0.displayname=” it’s still pulling the field name. According to the tip in this article (¾ way down the page), if I leave it “blank”, it should just be grouped by the value but it seems to not be working so I must be doing something wrong. Planning API: Field Search and Mapping LimitationsThere is no straightforward way to search or filter fields by name in the Planning API. Field IDs are not exposed in the Workfront UI, requiring additional API calls just to identify them. Mapping a field ID to its record type then requires chaining multiple searches, when this should ideally be handled in a single call. Planning API: Create/Read/UpdateFrom a Fusion developer perspective, it would be beneficial to support full programmatic create, read, update, and delete operations for record types and their fields. It would also be valuable to officially support patching individual record options. While we were able to accomplish this through an undocumented approach, having it formally available in the public API would significantly improve reliability and long‑term supportability.

Hi community! Has anyone run into issues with watch events not triggering in Fusion scenarios for Workfront Planning? It works as expected when the record isn’t connected, but as soon as I connect the record, the watch event doesn’t seem to pick it up. Curious if others have seen this or found a workaround. Have a support ticket but wanted to check here as well.

I have a template that utilizes fixed dates for the task constraints. When I create a project with the template, no matter what the start date of the project is, my tasks are all defaulting to decimal durations.  If I create a project today with a start date of tomorrow at 9AM. The tasks were all created using that as the start date and time, but the end dates are defaulting to 2 pm resulting in less than full days.    

Does anyone happen to know exactly how monthly user availability is calculated in Planner? I’m working on a utilization project with WF data pulled via API call.  Three different schedules are in play for my user group--US, UK, and Malaysia.  I’ve taken schedule weekdays, schedule holidays, and individual user PTO into account to calculate availability.  When looking at monthly totals, my calculations for US and UK users match what’s shown in Planner.  However, the totals for users in Malaysia are slightly off. For example, here’s the November 2025 availability in Planner for one of users in Malaysia.  The Malaysia schedule had no holiday exceptions that month, and this user had no PTO.  November had 20 weekdays, so with a schedule of M-F 9-5, the available hours for the month should be 160, not 164:  If I switch the planner view from Month to Week, all the weeks in November (either fully in November or partially) correctly show an availability of 40.  I’m guessing differing time zones

Wondering how everyone notifies their users when there is a known issue with Workfront. I know about the status page but recently we have had proof outages that have lasted half the day with no status update posted by Adobe. We have a technical support request queue and every time a Workfront issue occurs we get 50 different tickets entered saying the same thing. We created a FAQ section with the Request queue embedded, and we mark issues as Important Notices highlighted yellow so they can see there first that there is an active issue. However users are not looking and submitting the tickets anyway. It’s a huge chunk of time to respond to these tickets when we should be focusing on solving the issue or finding Workarounds. We don’t want to send out an announcement, because many people may not be effected and there is no reason to alert them. I’d love a way for them to get a popup that says something like “This issue has already been reported” or something like that. Has anyone found a

Hi all, working on making a connection between Workfront Core (Sandbox instance) and Workfront Proof. I'm trying to set up the connection module in Fusion, but I'm consistently getting a Request Timeout error when I attempt to authenticate.I've double-checked the credentials and endpoints, and everything seems to be configured correctly from my end. I've attached a screenshot for reference in case it helps identify the issue. 

Hello, I have a 2 custom forms, one at the project level, the other at the issue level. They both have 2 typehead fields that both live on each level. When trying to pull the value at the issue level I do not get a value. The view never gives me the option to pick between what level. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Our migration experience has been challenging to say the least. Our assigned techs have tried their best to get everyone on the same page but we’ve had gaps in getting back to us over the past few months. We recently were told all users of the cloud have to backup their data before we migrate. We asked for directions to send out to our users and Adobe does not have any we are told. Support keeps kicking us back to our techs for the answer and our techs tells us to contact support...you get the idea. We’re 11 business days until Adobe will ‘force migrate’ us regardless if we’re ready. Any idea what happens when that happens? Trying to be positive but we’re on a three day streak of non-response to questions. I want to provide our almost 7K end users the best heads up on what is needed to be done in advance. Christina

Hi community - hoping someone can help with this We have an intake form where requestors fill in an "Expected Completion Date." When the PM converts the request to a project using a template, the project's planned completion date and due date are driven by the template duration (5 days from conversion date) - not by what the user selected on the form.So for example if a request comes in May 18th and the template is 5 days, the project due date lands on May 23rd. But if the requestor said they need it by May 29th, that date is just sitting in a custom field on the project and we have to manually go in and update the planned completion date every time.I tried building a Fusion scenario to automate this - the idea was to watch for when a project gets created from a request and then update the planned completion date to match the custom field value - but couldn't get it working properly.Has anyone solved this either natively in Workfront or through Fusion? We are wanting to bring our proofreading process into Workfront, but are struggling to find the easiest way to do so.Our proofreaders don’t work on specific work as it’s based on what’s coming in and how busy each of them are. Our current way is outside of Workfront, where they pick up the PDF and proofread that file to give back to the team to make edits. We would like to include them in the proofing process that happens within Workfront currently. Since there isn’t a way to pull a report to show what a person has to review (as we don’t need them to approve the proof), we are finding that the only way to add them into the Workfront Proofing process is to add both proofreaders as reviewers & approvers. The owner of the proof would then remove the proofreader who doesn’t make a decision on the proof since the other one did the work. We can use the reports that we have built for them to see what work they have and show them how they can see if the other one is in the proof or not.Doe

I accidently made a field Primary in the Planning but now cannot delete or modify.  How do you unfreeze this primary field in Planning?
