The guidance clarifies when consent is required and highlights the importance of proper consent practices for email pixel tracking. This policy impacts any entity sending emails to subscribers based in France.CNIL provided a three-month period from the date of the recommendation for companies to inform their email recipients of the presence of the tracking pixels, their purpose, and the recipients’ right to opt-out. During this transition period, Marketo Engage users are expected to notify their
Hey AJO community! We've just released an updated version of the Image to HTML converter feature, delivering improved accuracy in HTML generation through the use of higher-tier LLM models! This enhancement improves upon the existing feature that enables marketing teams to convert static image-based email designs (JPEG or PNG) into fully modular, editable HTML templates ready for deployment in the Email Designer, without requiring developer involvement. Share Your Validation Logic Recipe and be Featured in the Next Cookbook! One of the most common requests we've heard from customers over the past few months is simple: I want a list of real-world Validation Logic examples. So, we're excited to bring that idea to life with an upcoming Customer Validation Logic Cookbook, but…Whether you've built a simple rule that prevents bad data entry or a sophisticated workflow safeguard, your example could help inspire other Workfront customers and spark new ideas across the community. Not sure what Validation Logic is? Validation Logic is basically a smart rule on a custom field that checks the value entered to ensure it matches the defined criteria OR displays a custom error message. I spoke at the Adobe Summit Experience League Theater AMA series a few weeks ago. For anyone who missed it - or who's been wrestling with the same adoption challenges I keep seeing - here's what I covered. The Adoption CeilingMost Adobe Analytics and CJA implementations eventually hit the same wall. Power users are thriving. Everyone else is frustrated. They don't understand what the dimensions mean, or why some of them have no data. They've stopped trusting the numbers. And whenever they need something, they file a ticket with IT - where it joins a queue.CJA makes this worse before it makes it better. More data sources means more dimensions spanning multiple departments, and most people have no map for any of it. The Lighthouse FrameworkAt Accrease, we've built an approach around this called the Lighthouse Framework. The idea is simple: instead of routing everything to IT, every business unit gets one trusted point of guidance - a 'lighthouse' - who sits in their team, understands the

Opens and clicks have long been considered the gold standard for measuring email performance, thanks to their simplicity and broad accessibility. But in recent years, the gap between these metrics and real human behavior has grown rapidly. Today, relying on basic metrics like opens and clicks can be misleading. Why? Because they track technical signals, not real human behavior. Why Email Metrics Often Don’t Reflect Real Human Behavior Here’s the reality: Opens are recorded when a tracking pixel loads, and clicks register when a link is requested. Neither proves that someone actually read your email, paid attention, or intended to engage. Factor in modern email bots, security scanners, and privacy tools, and what looks like an “engaged” audience can be a mix of real humans and automated systems. As marketers, it’s crucial to grasp not just how this skews standard email engagement metrics, but also the ripple effects it can have on revenue and the sales funnel: Compromised A/B Test Resu

Hello!I’m fairly new to the Adobe Analytics and because of it, I’m still discovering some of its functionalities.Recently, I spotted MANY views coming from a specific country (Singapore) compared to other Asian (and even non-asian) countries. Is there a way to know if most of it is due to bot traffic?I have the Enable IAB Bot Filtering Rules checked. I already filtered that traffic by some dimensions, like average time per visits (which is extremely short) , Operating system (which barely include any traffic from systems like Linux, most of it comes from Apple Macintosh); but filtering by dimension values, I don’t feel confident enough to conclude if it’s bot traffic or not.How are the usual way you use to check out bot traffic?Thank you in advance
Hello,I’m having an issue with folders. Projects keep falling out of the folders. Is anyone else having this issue? Is this something that is being worked on?Thank you
Has anyone figured out a way to remove or hide the Frescopa Sample Workspaces from all users in Planning? Support is saying there is no way to delete and to submit it as an idea but I wanted to see if anyone had any workarounds. I can see it causing major confusion to our new users as we role this out when they try to add a new connected column and are overloaded with Frescopa Marketing fields.
We are using a common footer fragment across multiple email templates. The footer receives a variable (welcomeText) from the email template and renders it using triple braces ({{{welcomeText}}}).When the variable contains HTML tags such as <br>, <sup>, <b>, or <p>, the email validates successfully. However, when the variable contains an HTML anchor (<a href="...">...</a>), the email validation fails with the error:welcomeText of email variant is malformed Steps to ReproduceCreate a variable in an email template: {% let welcomeText = "<a href='https://google.com'>Google</a>" %} Render the variable in the email or fragment: {{{welcomeText}}} Validate or save the email. Actual ResultThe email validation fails with:welcomeText of email variant is malformed Expected ResultThe variable should accept valid HTML anchor tags in the same way it accepts other supported HTML tags such as <br>, <sup>, <b>, and <p>, allowing the
Please provide administrators with the ability to remove or hide the default Frescopa Sample Workspaces from Workfront Planning. As we begin rolling out Planning to our users, these sample workspaces can create unnecessary confusion. One of the biggest pain points is when users add a connected field and are presented with a long list of Frescopa Marketing record types and fields that are unrelated to their organization. This makes the experience more cluttered and increases the learning curve for new users.

I assume that I cannot create: custom dimension custom metric customer filter ?
Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone has come across this before. We've built an email template using the new Adobe Email Designer with several 2:2 content modules (icon, headline and body copy). The template works perfectly in both light mode and dark mode as long as we don’t change the icons. We can create emails from the template and everything renders exactly as expected. The issue starts when we replace the icons. As soon as we update an icon (including using the Dark Mode image setting in the right-hand panel), dark mode starts behaving incorrectly. Instead of replacing the original icon, we see both the old and new icons rendered in dark mode, typically with one stacked directly above the other. In some cases the duplicate icon is also out of alignment with the headline and body copy, causing the layout of the 2:2 module to break. What's even more concerning is that once this happens, reverting the icon change doesn't restore the template. The duplicate/new icon behaviour persists, even a
Hi all,I’m trying to create a Marketo report showing where MQLs generated and handed over from our FY26 events sit in the funnel today. The requirement is for each regional marketer to select the event programs from their region and report on the current lifecycle status of the MQLs generated by those events.Program Membership would make selecting multiple events straightforward, but we specifically want to focus on leads whose MQL conversion was attributed to the event—not everyone who was a member of the program.I’ve therefore used Converting Campaign as the filter. However, Marketo doesn’t appear to support selecting multiple values within a single Converting Campaign filter, so I’ve had to add each event campaign individually. There are already 29 for EMEA, and this won’t scale well once we include NAM and other regions.Has anyone found a cleaner way to:Group or dynamically filter multiple Converting Campaigns Allow regional marketers to select their relevant event campaigns Report
Hello,I'm testing the Adobe Analytics Activity Map browser extension and I've noticed that some links/buttons are not showing any clicks in the overlay. For example, one standard Add to cart button appears in Activity Map, while another button (Add 2 items to cart) is displayed in the overlay (“Links On Page” Table from the extension) but always shows 0 clicks, despite being clicked during testing.I've already verified that:Both interactions send an Adobe Web SDK (/ee/v1/interact) request. Both send a commerce.productListAdds event. Neither request appears to contain webInteraction or Activity Map-specific data. The issue I'm referring to is only with the Activity Map browser extension, not the Activity Map dimensions in Analysis Workspace. Is there any known limitation or configuration required for Activity Map to recognize certain buttons (for example, JavaScript buttons versus standard form buttons)? Are there any specific Web SDK or Adobe Tags settings that should be enabled?I know
Hello, I’m trying to create a Journey using a Read Audience going into an Email. I am trying to only have the profile continue if they click on a specific CTA in the email. I created an Rule Based Event where I look for a click and Label However when I run the Journey and Click the email, I do not get the desired result of the second Email. I’ve even tried adding a Reaction Event and then see if the above event triggers and I get nothing, But when I run a query in the ActionID - I can see clicks and Label. I need to have some assistance figuring this out since this is necessary for a few more reactions I will have in the Journey, What am I doing wrong? How can I correct this Journey?
