Hello Workfronters-- we're a little excited about this one!Being a project manager in Workfront is basically three jobs in one. You're keeping work moving, coaching your team into good habits, and making sure the numbers leadership sees actually hold up. So we made two resources to have your back, and the best part is they're built to work together. First up, the Project Manager's Playbook for Workfront. This is your strategy brain. It gets into how your org structure shapes what you can actually do, how to measure your impact without taking the fall for stuff outside your control, and how to talk about results in a way that lands with leadership, your team, and your admins. If you've ever been on the hook for reporting accuracy when the real problem lived somewhere else, yeah, this one's going to feel personal. Then there's the Project Manager's Cookbook for Workfront, and this is where it gets fun. We asked what reports and dashboards you actually use every day, and you delivered. It

The Adobe Marketo Engage product capabilities described in this help article, configured and operated appropriately, support a compliant implementation. Each user is responsible for determining and complying with its obligations under applicable law.OverviewOn April 14, 2026, France’s data protection authority (CNIL) published a recommendation on the use of open tracking pixels in emails. Three days later, Italy’s independent data protection authority (“Garante”) published Provision No. 284 (the “Garante Provision”). Both guidances, while non-legally binding, clarify when consent is required and highlight the importance of proper consent practices for email pixel tracking. These policies could impact sending processes for any entity delivering emails to subscribers who fall under applicable EU privacy law. As regulators continue to clarify guidance on tracking pixels and related i

Opens and clicks have long been considered the gold standard for measuring email performance, thanks to their simplicity and broad accessibility. But in recent years, the gap between these metrics and real human behavior has grown rapidly. Today, relying on basic metrics like opens and clicks can be misleading. Why? Because they track technical signals, not real human behavior. Why Email Metrics Often Don’t Reflect Real Human Behavior Here’s the reality: Opens are recorded when a tracking pixel loads, and clicks register when a link is requested. Neither proves that someone actually read your email, paid attention, or intended to engage. Factor in modern email bots, security scanners, and privacy tools, and what looks like an “engaged” audience can be a mix of real humans and automated systems. As marketers, it’s crucial to grasp not just how this skews standard email engagement metrics, but also the ripple effects it can have on revenue and the sales funnel: Compromised A/B Test Resu
An upcoming deprecation may impact your integration with Marketo Engage and may require action. The Marketo Engage SOAP API will be fully deprecated on August 31, 2026 (the REST API Access Token has already been deprecated). Please review this post if you are still using the SOAP API in one or more of your Marketo subscriptions. To avoid disruptions of service, you will need to retire or migrate any services using the SOAP API to the Marketo Engage REST API by August 31, 2026. Consult the Migration Guide for further information. Marketo Engage Support is only able to provide the IP address of requests made to the SOAP API. On August 31, 2026, the Marketo Engage REST API will no longer accept access tokens for authentication and authorization via the ‘access_token’ query parameter. Please check if one or more of your integrations uses this parameter to authenticate. To avoid disruptions of service, any services using this parameter to authenticate will need to migrate to using head
Hi! a client is insisting that the whatsapp webhook URL is allowed to send any information to CDP, not only Inbound categories to tracking. They want to send whatsapp delivey logs using that webhook. I think that’s not possible, that webhook URL is only allowed for tracking logs, is that correct? thanks.
Behavior (current)When a reviewer/approver opens a proof via the Proof HQ direct link, the decision buttons (e.g., approve / changes required) do not display. When the same proof is opened via the Workfront proof link, the decision buttons display correctly. Suggested feature ideaEnable the decision buttons in the Proof HQ direct link proof viewer whenever the user has decision permissions for that proof, so reviewers can complete approvals regardless of whether they access the proof from the Workfront link or the Proof HQ link.
We are investigating an issue related to Unspecified values and are trying to determine whether we're encountering a configuration issue, a data collection issue, or a platform limitation. In the example below, some conversions are successfully attributed to the menu-details dimension using Link Position, while 68 other conversions appear as Unspecified and cannot be tied back to a dimension. Why would some conversions be attributable to a dimension such as Link Position or Link Name, while others remain Unspecified? Is it reasonable to expect that most click-tracking conversions should be definable and reportable against a link dimension, or are there scenarios where Unspecified is the expected behavior?More specifically, can Target users define click-tracking conversion metrics using link-level dimensions such as Link Position and/or Link Name, and are there any known limitations that would prevent these dimensions from being available for certain conversions?
Per this https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-ideas/allow-machine-to-machine-oauth-app-credentials-to-establish/idi-p/773411#M27023 and this https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/having-trouble-using-oauth2-configuration-to-establish-fusion/td-p/658811 it does not really seem like this is something we can achieve at the moment. I just wanted to check was anyone able to establish Server to Server auth between Fusion and Workfront? Thank you in advance.
I’m currently reviewing the Adobe documentation about AI traffic in Analytics.Using this: Analyze traffic from AI chatbots | Adobe AnalyticsAccording to the documentation, hits are generated during AI Pretraining when our websites are scraped for training purposes. The documentation sates - You can use bot detection in Analysis Workspace to analyze AI traffic that comes from pretraining. However, there are no detailed instructions how to do it. Please advise, what are the steps?
I am attempting to search the system for any Updates/Notes that contain a certain hyperlink. When I run a Note report in Workfront, or do a search in Fusion, I am getting no results. How can I achieve searching for hyperlinks posted on Notes?
Hi folks,For some of the pages, I am able to see Visits is greater than pageviews. Ideally this should not be the case, right? as per my understanding. but at overall level pageviews is greater than visitsThis started happening when i changed expiry of evar from visit level to hit(i breakdown page name with day and noticed this)Some of the notes :1. I am visiting website → accepting cookies → pageview fires first → and then engagements as i make so it seems no action is happening before pageview2. I am sending page name and URL with all my engagements (scroll and link clicks) as i want to know what happened on which page. Also can you please let me know if this is correct or do i need to change something in my implementation.
Fellow AEM folks, The pressure to go "Headless" or "Hybrid" is real. Every client and every project seems to be asking for it. But is it always the right answer? The Good: For those who have made the leap, what was the biggest actual benefit you achieved? (e.g., developer freedom, faster site speed) The Bad: What was the most unexpected downside or complexity you faced? (e.g., content preview, author experience, cost) The Verdict: Is Headless AEM a must-have for future-proofing, or is it an overkill solution for most common use cases? When should a traditional AEM setup still be the preferred choice? Let's get past the jargon and talk about what really works (and what doesn't).
As I attended more webinars that include Unified Review and Approvals information, I have some concerns. One is about how we can turn it on slowly by portfolios UNLESS your company current uses Legacy Document Approvals. My question is how do I tell if we use legacy document approvals?ThanksMD
When we open a record in full-screen mode or in a new tab, the Record Type “Features” is displayed at the top, as highlighted in red in Screenshot 2. However, when we open the record directly in the minimized view, as shown in Screenshot 1, the Record Type “Feature” is not displayed at the top. Could we also display the Record Type in the minimized view? This record is a connected record.

Adobe's been promoting AEM Sites Optimizer as a GenAI-first layer on top of AEM as a Cloud Service, aimed at closing the gap between "the site is live" and "the site actually performs well." After checking it against Adobe's current docs, here's a practical breakdown of what it does and where teams should apply healthy skepticism.1. It's built around four pillars, not threeSites Optimizer identifies and diagnoses issues across:Technical SEO Core Web Vitals Accessibility Content engagementThat's a broader scope than most teams assume accessibility issues get flagged alongside performance and SEO problems, not treated as a separate audit process.2. It's not just "suggestions" , it follows an Identify → Suggest → Fix workflow, with one-click applyThis is the part that's easy to undersell: Sites Optimizer doesn't just surface a dashboard of recommendations for humans to manually implement later. It continuously collects and analyzes performance data, prioritizes opportunities by projected

Hi everyone,I am currently working on an EDS Xwalk project. According to the following Adobe documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developing/universal-editor/field-types#rich-text https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developing/universal-editor/configure-rte The RTE should support features such as indentation and image insertion. However, in our actual Xwalk project, these options do not appear in the toolbar. Our users need to use tables and images within the rich text field. Does the Xwalk project currently lack support for these features?Additionally, is there any detailed documentation, component definitions, or specifications specifically for Xwalk? Most of the resources we found so far seem to focus primarily on DA (Document Authoring). [Official Documentation Screenshot][Actual UI Screenshot]
I’m looking for some guidance on a requirement we are currently working on in an Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) / Universal Editor (Franklin) implementation.RequirementWe need to assign a unique and persistent identifier to every component instance on a page and use that identifier as a tracking attribute for Adobe Analytics.Example:Multiple instances of the same component can exist on a page. The identifier should remain unchanged even if the author reorders, moves, or updates the component. The identifier should ideally persist for the lifetime of that specific component instance. What We Have ExploredWe have evaluated multiple options, including: Generating UUIDs/random IDs in block JavaScript during rendering. Drawback: IDs are regenerated on page refresh and are not persistent. Generating IDs based on page structure, component sequence, or position. Drawback: IDs change when authors reorder or move components. Adding a hidden component-id field to the component model and at

Hi,In the image properties, we have the Review Status (dam:status) and Approval Target (dam:activationTarget) fields. When I set:Review Status = Approved Approval Target = Deliverythe image becomes available in the Delivery tier as expected. However, when I change:Review Status = Rejected Approval Target = Content Hubthe image is no longer available in the Delivery tier. This is not the expected behavior. The image should be rejected only for Content Hub and should remain available in the Delivery tier.Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, could you please share the resolution or any configuration changes required to achieve the expected behavior? Thanks,Salma
