Hi,I am facing an issue where js from custom clientlib placed under /etc/clientlibs/clientlib-adaptive-forms is not loading in preview mode: localhost:4502/content/forms/af/t12-sample-smrithi/t12.html, but it loads fine on editor mode, i.e localhost:4502/editor.html/content/forms/af/t12-sample-smrithi/t12.htmlHas anyone faced this before.I have added allowproxy set to true in the custom clientlib.Appreciate any inputs. Hi All, We are trying to embed an AEM Adaptive form in an external web page that is build using Angular. As per the official documentation, we tried the HTML injection using Ajax and Jquery. Though this worked, it opened up a lot of security questions as the HTML is being injected into the hosting page. This cannot be sanitized by Angular due to the JS and CSS existing. Also, them having to map the relative paths of client libs to AEM Server.Alternatives discussed were using iFrame. My question is to understand your take on both the approaches and what can be followed.We are also discussing headless delivery, we are on prem but this can be a longer term goal for us. My understanding is HTML injection how is Adobe recommending this approach with such security concerns around ? Are there any mitigation controls we can put in place. Thanks,Abhishek

Hello, I have been working on a XFA Form I created using AEM Form Designer. The form is used to intake customers who come to our service center for computer repairs. It has 2 pages the first is for the customer and the second is for the technician and has the computer info, ticket number, and customer info that was inputted on first page. The customer can drop off up to 5 different computers per form. I originally built out a script using AcroForms which allowed me to print the customer page once and the technician page for the # of computers inputted on the form based on serial numbers with their respective fields being Serial1 through Serial5. The code below added the last page multiple times depending on if their were multiple serial numbers on the intake forms. This worked as intended without issues. Hi Team,We have a requirement to flip / mirror the content of a text field in an AEM Livecycle Forms created using LiveCycle Designer for SAP.Requirement Details: Ability to apply axis-based rotation (X / Z) on a text field Expected outcomes: Z-axis 180°  X-axis 180°  This is required at the textfield level, not at the page level Observations: There is no OOTB option for X-axis or Z-axis rotation Queries: Is there any OOTB capability, hidden configuration, or supported workaround in LiveCycle Designer to achieve flip/mirror text? Is this achievable via: FormCalc or JavaScript? XFA-level properties? Post-processing at the PDF level? Is this a known limitation of LiveCycle Designer? Kindly let us know If any Adobe-recommended solution exists.  

I have a license to Adobe Acrobat on the web. I have an existing PDF and want to add fillable fields with copying information among the fields. What license / app / software do I need? How to get started?

So, I have a scenario, We’ve more than 5000+ pdf and XDP to convert.we’re running on AEM on prem LTS.  Has anyone here done something similar? As this is going to be a lot of configurations, implementations and then migration. I need some guidance on how to achieve it. I am closely following documentation and seems like it should be easier process after the right configuration. Configure the Automated Forms Conversion service (AFCS) | Adobe Experience Manager I appreciate the help or any more documentation, if we have it. Hi all, I have a PDF file for a form with logo, images and styling. I want to be able to enter this form in AEM Adaptive Form while all the fields are looking part of the PDF file and not just fields separately. How to create an XSD that could be used as a Model while creating an AEM Adaptive Form so that while entering form in AEM Adaptive Form, the PDF appears exactly same? Is there a tutorial for a sample PDF?I need a tutorial with just two fields, two images and for learning purpose only. Appreciate all your responses. Thanks,RK.

I'm creating an AEM Adaptive Core Components Form and want to trigger Adobe Analytics when user clicks on the submit button and the form gets submitted successfully. Currently, I'm trying to listen to events such as "submitSuccess", "afSubmitSuccess" "afFormSubmitSuccess". But these are not working. Can someone help me out here? I'm on AEMaaCS.

For our dynamic xfa pdf forms that are created in AEM (LiveCycle), we have some fields where users need to be able to add formatting like bold, bullets, indenting, etc. Do you have any suggestions for doing this?

My bundle is failing to start and remains in the "Installed" state due to a dependency conflict.The Error: Looking at the bundle status in the Cloud console, I see the following mismatch:The Server provides: com.adobe.aem.forms.ic.print.api.PrintChannelRenderService My Bundle requires: com.adobe.fd.ccm.channels.print.api.service.PrintChannelServiceThe Blocker: I need to update my Java code to use the new com.adobe.aem.forms package names. Hi Comunity,since today, maybe yesterday, preview tab in AEM Forms Designer is not working anymore.I’ve installed Designer v6.5.24 and Acrobat DC continuous.Viewing Task Manager shows, that Adobe Acrobat Process gets started, but window stays grey.After switching back to design mode, Adobe Acrobat Process remains started, also Adobe AcrobatCEF remains.Was this error behaviour seen before? Hi, I am facing an issue while trying to bind reference using AF core component (Adaptive Form text Input). While using the legacy component (Text Box) in Adaptive form, this is the bind refence property.On clicking on bind reference, I could see navigate through XDP structure and associate the correct field. In case of core component, I am not able to navigate and select the right XDP field to associate with text box. Why is the difference and how do we bind the fields form xdp to AF to generate PDF with data from Adaptive form?

Hi, Can we use AF core components to create AF using XDP templates. While creating AF using foundation components, I can see Form template option (to select XDP template) and then create AF where I can see the data source as well. On using AF core template and creating the AF, I don't see Form template option to associate XDP template. Is this option removed from AF core components? Thank you.

Hi, I have a Content Fragment that contains an image URL field. In my component, I need to allow authors to add multiple Content Fragments, and each fragment includes this image URL field.My question is: on the backend side of my component, how can I extend Dynamic Media functionality so that every image URL behaves like the core/wcm/components/image/v3/image component — including smart crop and image preset support?

Hello, I am looking for the documentation in which form submission using external email template is described. I've tried locally using the out of the box template from: /libs/fd/dashboard/templates/email/htmlEmailTemplate.txt and the email that I get is a plain/text not an HTML. A simple example of how the email would look like is:However, if I am using the same template in an workflow > send email step, the HTML renders and the email looks good.What are the technical differences between submit action > send email + external template and submit action > invoke workflow + send email step? Thank you,Ana 

Hello AEM Community,   I have a requirement to customize the filters that show under the admin rail under Forms. I am able to override these by creating a copy of the folder structure from /libs to /apps. But these does not seem to perform a resource merger and instead acts as an override. Is there any recommendation around how I could go about making this update without breaking the inheritance from /libs.         Thanks Narendra

Hello guys. We use adaptive form core components in our system. We would like to generate documents of records after submitting the forms. But we get DoR with empty fileds. Could anybody provide a guide how to configure xdp templates for forms with core components?
