I have given access to user for  developer, deployment manager roles  in cloud manager for dev env from admin console.  However this user is seeing the other envrionments when logged in to cloud manger, he can hibernante/dehibernate these envs.  However there is no access to other env when he clicks other env. However He still sees these env links and option to add env button.  Is there any way to restrict env access links and option to hide Add env button on top.

We are migrating our AEM environment from AMS to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). In our current production environment (AMS), we have 1 Author instance and 4 Publisher instances. One of the custom feature: Whenever a Topic is published (replicated), we need to send Topic content to an external application (from publisher only).Currently, we compare configured sling id with 4 publisher’s sling ID and ensuring sending the content from 1 publisher only. After AEMaaCS migration, how we can achieve the same functionality (identify 1 pod publisher out of multi pod publishers) and then send the published content to external app from 1 pod publisher only.

Hi, We have a requirement to render PDF from Adaptive form on AEM 6.5.The rendered PDF should have the data from the Adaptive form as well. Currently I am using the below code window.guideBridge.getDataXML( { success: function(result) { var formData = new FormData(); formData.append("dataXml",result.data); var url = "servletpath?data=" + result.data + "&path="+path;to fetch the formdata from the adaptive form. This script is trigged on clicking a button in Adaptive form.A custom servlet is called from this script, which uses formservice.outputservice to render static PDFs along with data. The issue that we are facing is that the application is placed behind SI proxy and the request is then redirected from SI proxy server to AEM load balancer. In this case, the SI prxy server is appending url /abc/def/ to access all the pages on AEM.As a result, the AF are available on <SIProxydomain>:

Hi Community, We are currently using com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.actions.ContentUpdateActionFactory.cfg.jsonto exclude certain properties from being updated during the rollout process.This configuration is working as expected.However, while this exclusion behavior is acceptable for content pages, authors do not want the same behavior to apply to Experience Fragments. In other words, the excluded properties should continue to be ignored during rollout for content pages, but should still be updated for Experience Fragments.Is there a way to control or customize the rollout process separately for Experience Fragments and content pages?Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance,Praveen KM

I am investigating linking our Creative Cloud libraries to AEM as a cloud. I found the video linked below. My question is this:If I copy an asset into a Creative Cloud library am I still able to track its use? We had a query from one of our AEM authors to see if the list component could search and display Tagged pages in multiple folders/paths. Scenario:All our news pages follow the same structure /news/year e.g:/news/2026/news/2025/news/2024etcEach containing 200+ pages in each year folder and tagged accordingly. The University library in this instance, want to show all items tagged with “library” in folders 2026/2025/2024 and possibly more.If they use the List component (using Tags) it doesnt allow the option to search in the child pages. If they use Child option, it allows you to chose a single parent and # of child pages but doesn’t allow you to filter by tag. So, question:Can this component be modified or has someone used this in a way where a AEM Author/Editor can add multiple paths AND search by tag.   

we have requirement to design website header.requirements dynamic tabs/menu (header).when we over on any tab/menu it should display sub header/ sub menu and this submenu items are dynamic.when we over on subheader/sub menu it should show its nested menu (nested menu is also dynamic).i dont want to use multifield design for nested menu’s.is there any ways we can design this configuration in dialog?

Hi, Deprecated Library DetectedThe following library is deprecated, but used in your code and so must be removed:Library: ch.qos.logback Deprecated Since: 2022-01-27 Scheduled Removal Date: 2026-02-26Recommended Action:Replace deprecated packages with their recommended newer versions, in order to keep your application secure and performant.  logback library is not used in our codebase. But, I think it is linked and slf4j for logger in our codebase. Please help me in how to scan locally to check if the library is getting used and remove it. Thanks.

Hi Community,  I have questions for the adaptive form,  We have use case where we need to add the pagination for the adaptive form, is there any way we can achieve this? I haven’t seen such a business need in my previous role.  As adaptive forms consider as SPA it’s very uncommon, Also, can we bind the logic on adaptive form to achieve exact analytics data?  Best, Pathik

Hi All, Following the config issue defined atI have the below new issue -I have access to both remote DAM instance and Sites instance independently.We have deployed the OSGi config for NextGenDynamicMediaConfigImpl successfully on Sites instance.We are seeing the option on Image (v3) component to Pick Remote or Local repo.  Image (v3) with Local & Remote Options on Pick Dropdown On selecting “Remote” we get the pop-up to login which automatically disappears (Assuming it picks up SSO credentials)  Then the popup gets replaced by the Coral UI Asset Selector Tab with message “Waiting for user to authenticate...”Any idea what we are missing here now?​@giuseppebaglio I would highly appreciate your opinion on this problem.  Thanks in advance,Nagesh

So, I have a scenario, We’ve more than 5000+ pdf and XDP to convert.we’re running on AEM on prem LTS.  Has anyone here done something similar? As this is going to be a lot of configurations, implementations and then migration. I need some guidance on how to achieve it.
