How to Run AEM Local Cloud SDK Instance on HTTPS Port

I am working with a local AEM as a Cloud Service SDK environment and would like to enable HTTPS access for the local author/publish instance.

Currently, the instance is running on the default HTTP port (e.g., http://localhost:4502). I would like to understand the recommended approach for running the local Cloud SDK on HTTPS
