We are using the Adobe Analytics Source Connector to ingest data into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using an Experience Event schema with the out-of-the-box Adobe Analytics template field group.In the dataflow, Standard Mapping is enabled. However, we observe that eventType is not available and as a result, in the Profile UI the event name is shown as “Unknown.”Since eventType cannot be mapped explicitly, what is the recommended way to populate eventType for Adobe Analytics ingested data so that the Profile event name is resolved correctly?Is this expected behaviour for the Adobe Analytics source connector, and how should it be handled?

According to the official documentation, for B2C implementations, the Schema Editor UI only allows configuring one-to-one relationships between schemas:Define a Relationship Between Two Schemas Using the Schema Editor | Adobe Experience PlatformI would like to clarify the following: Is it possible to define one-to-many or many-to-many relationships between XDM schemas using the Schema Registry API? If this is not supported (neither via UI nor API), what is the recommended modeling approach in AEP to represent these relationships? Denormalization into the primary schema? Use of lookup datasets? Use of ExperienceEvent schemas with references? Are there any limitations or implications for Real-Time Customer Profile or segmentation when modeling these types of relationships? Any guidance or best practices for handling one-to-many or many-to-many relationships in B2C AEP implementations would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Hi All,I have to bring campaign performance data from Google AdWords to AEP. Can anyone suggest which schema type is best suited for this as the data is campaign performance data and not customer data ?In case I choose event schema , there is no fields in source to map with time stamp, can i use custom field for time stamp and event ID? Thanks,Sneha

Dear community from abroad of USA.For accountant reasons we need a 2026 Certificate of residency of ADOBE INC, usualy published on the company site. I would like to make a subscription. I found here the 2024 Certificate. It is issued by Department of Treasury Philadelphia. for taxplayer Adobe INC. The main text is: “I certify that the above-named corporation is a USA corporation, and a resident of USA for purposes of US taxation. “Can you please direct me how to obtain one ? The virtual assistant dosn’t understand my issue :). 

I am using the CONCORD - Google Ads Enhanced Conversions extension in Adobe Event Forwarding. In the action code the header is set to a placeholder string like [[GOOGLE_ADS_DEVELOPER_TOKEN]] and I cannot find any function in the extension source that replaces it from settings, data elements, or secrets. But in Edge logs the outbound request shows a developer token header with a masked real value.Is the developer token baked into the published extension build by the vendor, or injected at publish time, and is it expected that the vendor uses one developer token for all customers?

Hi Community,We’ve implemented Mobile SDK in React Native app connected to AEP dataset.Issue: From 20,000 profiles sending events, only 250 have push tokens registered (~1.25% success) from both iOS and Android.What we have: Firebase Messaging configured ✓ MobileCore.setPushIdentifier(token) called ✓ Events arriving to dataset ✓ Permissions requested ✓ Any debugging tips or similar experiences?Thanks!

When ingestion data via HTTP API to profile, FIFO is not guaranteed, resulting in potentially incorrect data being stored on the Profile. The enhancement request is to make this an optinal feature when creating a source connector or dataflow. It could be a toggle. The trade-off would be increased processing time, but I would rather have correct profile data a bit slower, than fast updates that taht eventually prove incorrect

We are using CSV based data ingestion from ADSL 2.0 source connector. There is a field called lastUpdatedDate which is datetime field. Normal ingestion is working fine. But I want to do ingestion based on the lastUpdatedDate field. Issue I am facing is the source system is not able to send me incremental file and always sends full file. So i need to ingest only those records whose lastUpdatedDate field is newer than one we have.. This feature exists in some form in DB connectors but not present by defualt in CSV based ingestion. Possible reason for this is when we are ingesting the data from CSV and setting up rules, we dont have access to AEP dataset and hence can not figure out last updated timestamp to compare… Let me know if this is possible in some way.Regards, Kishor

Hello Adobe Community,I'm experiencing an inconsistent behavior with batch data ingestion in AEP and would like to understand the underlying technical reasons.Issue: When uploading data via the UI to a Profile-enabled dataset, I'm getting error INGEST-1211-400 with formatted JSON, but the same data succeeds when converted to JSONL (newline-delimited JSON).Error Details:Error Code: INGEST-1211-400 Description: "An error occurred while processing the batch. Please contact support." Validating analytics on Mobile SDK with the XDM schema format has been extremely challenging to test mobile app analytics. What used to take us 2 minutes to validate analytics using track state and track actions is now taking us close to 30+ minutes to validate analytics. Would there be a way to add in AEP calls if the call was a web interaction vs web page details like we have in the Adobe Experience Debugger?

When doing RAW ingestion via the HTTP API Streaming Source Connector, a source field can be mappend to multiple target field. However, there is no option to condition the mapping based on the value of the field. A case in point. If value of source field A eqauls yes, map to target field Aif value of source field A equals no, map to target field BThis cannot, to my understand, be done via calculated fields either, as you can only do if statements manipulating the value of said field, but not the mapping itself.

Hi everyone,I’m following the official tutorial to install Adobe Tags / Web SDK and collect data on a website. After creating the Tag property, Datastream, and related configurations, the tutorial indicates that you can validate the setup by going to:https://luma.enablementadobe.com/content/luma/us/en.htmland then opening the browser developer tools to check for the digitalData object in the console.However, I don’t see the digitalData variable available on the page.What I’ve already checked: I verified that the page loads correctly and reloaded it multiple times. I used Adobe Experience Platform Debugger and tried to override the default Datastream ID with my own Datastream ID. After overriding and reloading the page, the behavior remains the same and digitalData is still not present. Is there a way to uncheck the ‘required’ in a xdm schema for a field after it is created and saved?
