TikTok Web Events API Extension in Event Forwarding Returning 403 Error

Hi Community,

We are encountering an issue while using the native TikTok Web Events API Extension in an Adobe Experience Platform Event Forwarding property.

The outbound server-to-server request to TikTok is failing immediately with the following response:

Error from Event Forwarding Logs:

Status: 403
Message: Client IP address is in banned Country list.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with the TikTok extension in Event Forwarding?

• What conditions can trigger this error?
