How to create a dataset in the AEP datalake that picks up files that were delivered from a destination

I want to basically send data back to myself in a data lake for a use case. I have the ability to send to the data landing zone and I basically am trying to figure out is there a way to get the files that I have from the landing zone to automatically deliver back into a dataset in AEP. I don’t want to do this manually - I want to set up an automatic ingestion of this
