How to become support entitled user

Hi, I am trying to access support ticket submitted my customer. I can access Adobe Support Portal but it shows an error saying your not a support entitled user. Any idea how to become one. I have asked around without much luck . Can anyone please help?

Hey @Vivacious_Meadow8ee0 this is configured by your organization’s System Admin. This article walks through how that is set up, but you’ll need to connect to the admin within your organization to actually get support entitlement configuration.

Hi Jacinda, Thanks very much for reply. Customer has already given me admin rights for AEP Platform. I have followed steps in the article however I can’t see the toggle for Product Support. I have attached what I can see. I am assuming this because I am just product administrator. Customer team member who has given me the access is also a Product Admin. In the list of Administrators no one is listed as System Admin. How to find out who is System Admin?

To get access to support portal, here’s step by step actions:

Go to admin console
On Top rail, select Users
Enter your name
Scroll down and find ‘Administrative rights’ section, click on 3 dots

Toggle on support administrator

I think because @Vivacious_Meadow8ee0 is only a Product Admin, and not a System Admin, the option is above their access level. I think you will need to find your system admin to enable those particular rights.
