Hello Everyone,In Adobe Campaign Classic, I am writing a custom typology JavaScript rule that needs to evaluate recipients using campaign‑level or workflow‑level information.While testing, I observed the following behavior in typology JavaScript execution:vars is not defined instance.vars is not defined Workflow transition variables are not accessible Campaign / operation attributes cannot be accessed via Control Typology JavaScript  Is there any supported way in Adobe Campaign Classic to access campaign‑level or workflow‑level data directly inside a control typology JavaScript rule?Or is Control typology JavaScript intentionally isolated from workflow and campaign context by design? Thanks!!!Pradyumn  ​@ManviSharma ​@giuseppebaglio ​@AmitVishwakarma ​@arpan-garg ​@muskaanchandwani 

Hey Team,We are actually working on the event registration web app and when ever the event form is submittedthose registration details are as a mail is going to x@gmail.com Now we would like to change in to y@gmail.com which means all the registartion details should point to y@gmail.com mail inbox.Could anyone please guide us where we supposed to change everything Or if i should create a ticket which access i should  have Looking forward for the inputs

Hi community, Within a workflow, we have calculated a field, segment_code. When the target audience arrives to the delivery, we want those with a value of T1 to be sent immediately and the rest to be sent 24 hours later. We don't want to create two deliveries; we want everything to be done within the same one. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

Hi! I created a query audience in an effort to test out the EXCEPT logical operator. I never have issues with adding or changing the AND or OR operators. However, when I add the EXCEPT, I can’t seem to figure out how to undo it and change it to a different operator again. Would love if someone could share how to switch it back, if at all possible. Thanks! 

Hello, In my Adobe campaign Classic v7 client console shows only Campaigns Profiles & targets, reports in Home tab...But...The client console must have Campaign, Profiles and Targets,Social Networks, Monitoring and reports tabs in Home page of ACC v7 as shown below:Adobe campaign classic V7 client console with Campaign, Profiles and targets, Social Networks, Reports.why there is this difference in showing the options in my client console Home tab ? ,,,does it require any access permission need to be set upped/any licensed version been given while installing the client console?

while opening the recipient's folder, - Shows one or more graphical components has failed to display  restarted the console but also shows the same error. 

I would like to enquire on the below (Screenshot 1) scenario for the numbers. I queried the base of 548 and split based on certain criteria, resulting in a branch with 97 and 451. At this point in time, the amount still adds up to 548. In Segmentation 72 and 74, the branches are split equally into 2 branches, Screenshot 2. However, in this split, there were 1 missing from each of the segments. Can I check will there be a case/ setup that will make sure all that is targeted will receive something? Screenshot 1  Screenshot 2 

When I send A/B subject line test proofs to a client, only one subject line gets sent. I send the proofs to a list of email recipients. What could I be doing wrong?

How to find out which attributes are being used from List in the live workflows. Eg : if a list have 100 attributes in the list, then how many are being used in live workflows and need to remove the unused from the list.  

Hi,I try to configure the manual publication script in the deployment wizard: then I want to use this option to upload images within deliveries. However, it gives me the error: (-53) when I try to upload images.My assumption is the path for the publication script I provided is incorrect, but I cannot find any documentation that provides the explanation when the script should be put.As for the script - connector.sh - it moves files to external storage and works fine outside ACC.Can you give me a hint what should I do to make it working?

Context / EnvironmentProduct: Adobe Campaign (Hosted) Area: Offers / Offer Spaces / Propositions used within complex workflows Implementation: Custom logic around offers and offer spaces, used as a central decision point inside multi‑segmentation workflowsWhat happenedAn offer  was deleted instead of being deactivated. Since that deletion: New offer spaces and new offers mapped to these spaces no longer return propositions in workflows. The enrichment step remains empty when using these new configurations. Hello, Do anyone know if the workflow “cleanup” is the one removing registries in appSubscriptionRcp table (Removing the ones that have been quarantined, i mean)?And if it is, how do I stop it from removing one recipient-related registries? Hello All!  I'm working on a project to place content into our email using java script and content blocks. I created the content block with the script and place the <script> in the head of my email. When I test it with both the "send test" and actual sending of the email to myself the email is blank. The content block loads in the deployment screen. It does not load in the preview screen when you are in the editor.Can some one help? I might be setting up the content block wrong.
