Hello ,How to give an operator read only access in Adobe campaign classic v7?  

One of our clients requires the use of a CTA URL that includes a hashed (#) parameter (anchor link) to enable specific functionality on the website, such as scrolling to a particular section.However, when the EDM is sent via ACS, the Brand configuration automatically appends tracking parameters (e.g., brand, deliveryId) to the URL. Currently, these tracking parameters are being added after the hash (#) fragment.Example:Authored URL:https://abc.xyz#paramX URL generated by ACS (current behavior):https://abc.xyz#paramX?brand=xxx&deliveryId=YYYThis format causes an issue because anything appended after the # fragment is treated as part of the client-side anchor and is not processed as query parameters. As a result, both tracking and the intended anchor-based functionality (e.g., scrolling to a specific section) may break.Expected / Ideal Behavior:To ensure both tracking and website functionality work correctly, the query parameters should be placed before the hash fragment.Correct form

Dear community leaders,Some data is coming from inbound transition in string format, but I need to dynamically insert this data for the relevant recipient in the eDM.EX:If there is no value in the decimal places (ie, 432,897.0000), it should be display the data by removing the decimal places - eg, 432,897 or 1,234,987.If there is some value in the decimal places (ie, 432,897.5000), we keep two decimal places.  Display the data into the decimal values. Eg, 432,897.50 or 2,654,684.90.  Advanced thanks

Hello ,My most of the emails who have gmail id’s sent to users show as failed due to the Gmail: 550 5.7.1 email likely unsolicited.How to resolve this? Should I use RESTART ?

Hi Team,I have a CSV file that includes first name, last name, and a delivery internal name. I want to use a fixed workflow in Adobe Campaign Classic—consisting of Data Loading → Enrichment → Delivery. The workflow should automatically select the correct email delivery template based on the delivery internal name provided in the CSV and then send the emails. Hi,I'm surprised to see that the custom header feature has still not been delivered in the latest build upgrade, especially since it was announced nearly two years ago.This is a key security feature for integrations with third-party tools, as it enables standard authentication via custom headers.Could anyone provide some visibility on this topic? At this point, should we assume that Adobe has no plans to implement this in V7?Any update would be greatly appreciated. 

I would like to enquire on the below (Screenshot 1) scenario for the numbers. I queried the base of 548 and split based on certain criteria, resulting in a branch with 97 and 451. At this point in time, the amount still adds up to 548. In Segmentation 72 and 74, the branches are split equally into 2 branches, Screenshot 2. However, in this split, there were 1 missing from each of the segments. Can I check will there be a case/ setup that will make sure all that is targeted will receive something? Screenshot 1  Screenshot 2 

DearsI’m trying to use the hashicorp integration.There’s seems to be no documentation about it but some hints on the serverConf (useVault/vaultSecretPath/...).I enabled this configuration and I can see Adobe Campaign is fetching xtkKey from the vault successfully.How can I use this for other secrets in Adobe Campaign? I’m trying to set up an FDA connector that fetches its password from the vault. How do I do this ? Is there any special syntax to be used?

Hello, for a very long period we are missing data from H&M Aggregated Rewards Followup. Also even we select country of origin we receive multiple rewards from other countries as well, while I cannot find rewards that our live in our countries.

Within our Marketing instance we send batch email campaigns for both “Marketing” emails which require opt out language and also “Servicing” communication.  Because our configuration supports one Address/Quarantine schema we are finding that our clients are marking marketing email messages as SPAM instead of interacting with the opt out link and preferences.  When this happens the SPAM/Denylist status is preventing email execution for servicing type deliveries that a client may have specifically requested be paperless (statements/confirms).Our clients are experiencing a disjointed experience here and we are exploring CANSPAM rules to see if there is best practice guidance around allowing servicing emails to bypass the denylist configuration to block the email distribution (distributing from same email domain, and the same instance).I can see how within typology and the delivery checkboxes we could bypass the denylist rule for these communications, however it’s not clear what the industr

Hi! I created a query audience in an effort to test out the EXCEPT logical operator. I never have issues with adding or changing the AND or OR operators. However, when I add the EXCEPT, I can’t seem to figure out how to undo it and change it to a different operator again. Would love if someone could share how to switch it back, if at all possible. Hi community, Within a workflow, we have calculated a field, segment_code. When the target audience arrives to the delivery, we want those with a value of T1 to be sent immediately and the rest to be sent 24 hours later. We don't want to create two deliveries; we want everything to be done within the same one. Is there a way to do this? Thanks
