ACC Onpremise - upgraded to 9391, but facing issues disabling the IMS

We have recently upgraded ACC to 9391, but facing issues disabling the IMS.
Everything works except the SMS delivery status with error message- 

XSV-350033 IMS authentication is not configured (iRc=-69)

I am looking at serverConf file and there are some additions found when compared prior to upgrade:

I would need to understand, if anyone experienced and how to disable.
