Offer Notification Workflow Failure

The Offer notification (offerMgt) technical workflow fails with the below error, though no changes have been done since the past 1 month. It was working fine until 10 days ago.

Thank you for flagging this — I understand offers are currently stuck and unable to go live, and I know you're working against a deadline. Here's where things stand.

What we're seeing — The offerMgt workflow fails at the Offer Space publish step; the workflow's built-in error handling sends the "notify supervisor" alert each time, which is why you see repeated notifications instead of a successful deployment.

Leading hypothesis — Since no config changes were made in the last month but the failure started ~10 days ago, this looks data-driven: most likely an Offer Space eligibility/targeting rule now references something that was deleted, archived, or expired (a list, segment, or folder), producing an incomplete condition that breaks the publish step. Not yet confirmed.

What we need from you:

  1. Full "Extended" log level output for one failed run (specifically the lines just above the JavaScript error).
  2. The Offer Space name/ID involved (same one each time, or varies?).
  3. Whether that Offer Space's eligibility rule references any list/segment/folder that may have expired or been removed ~10–14 days ago.

I have already deleted offerspace  “Deployment of 'New' (UAT_SPC7)” and “Deployment of 'Health Spring' (healthSpring)” which were recently created like over a month ago.

  1. Manually re-trigger the offerMgt workflow now and watch it live rather than waiting for the next schedule — with the two suspect offer spaces (Health Spring, New/UAT_SPC7) removed, this is the direct test of whether that was the root cause.
  2. Before re-running, switch the log level to "Extended" on the workflow (or at least on the JS activity that calls Publish) so that if it fails again, we finally capture the exact line identifying which remaining target (Call Center, Error - Call Center, Direct Mail, or Email) and which condition/element is malformed — the current log only shows that it failed, not why.
  3. Also check the Error - Call Center (callCtr) offer environment/space now, in parallel — its label suggests it may have been flagged as broken previously and left unresolved. Check its eligibility rule and its linked external account/execution instance for anything stale (deleted list, expired segment, renamed operator).
  4. Report back:
    • If it succeeds: confirm on 1–2 more scheduled runs before fully closing this out, and separately verify nothing else in the environment (packages, other workflows) still references the two deleted offer spaces by ID, to avoid a follow-on "record not found" error.
    • If it fails again: send me the Extended log excerpt — that will finally show the exact failing element so we can fix it directly instead of trial-and-error deletions.
