Adobe Marketo Engage

I have had issues saving and updating a fragment only to have it completely disappear from the email. Now whenever I try to add it it just returns a blank. When we connect a webinar program to Zoom Events via the Events option (channel connection), we sometimes see issues where: Registrations fail or return errors Statuses like Registered, Attended, and No Show are not consistently tracked in Marketo However:When we instead use the Zoom → Marketo sync by entering the Program ID directly in the Zoom Events integration, the tracking works correctly and all statuses are captured as expected.My questions:Why is there a discrepancy between these two integration methods? Is the “Events channel connection” method known to have limitations or sync delays? Are there best practices to ensure consistent tracking of registration and attendance statuses when using Zoom Events with Marketo?Any insights or similar experiences would be really helpful!Than

Did anyone experience a significant spike in clicks in mid-March 2026?After changing my copywriting and friendly from, I saw CTOs for several of my emails in the 60% - 80%+ range. I can match them to real users in our database. So I don’t *think* it was bot-related. But it was majorly unusual for our email and our audience.

I’m trying to do something similar for Vimeo, but my code isn’t working. 1. I do not see anything in the activity history other than the option to filter custom activity “Watched Vimeo Video”2. Chatgpt said “Cross‑Domain / Hostname Mismatch in Marketo Tracking” is the issue. Does this affect a Marketo landing page if the video is embedded there?3. Hello!  I am trying to pull together a list of MQLs who have opened an email (excluding confirmation emails unless they’ve opened a marketing email) and I would like it if someone can double check/verify that the logic is sound! (1 or (2 and 3)) Open email is not <Confirmation Email 1,2,3, etc.> this year Open email is any this year Open email is <Confirmation Email 1,2,3, etc.> this yearWe are trying to check and see how many MQLs this year have opened one of our emails this year so that we can report to leadership. My concern is that Open Email is Any would pull in people who have opened the confirmation emails only when what I am looking for are people who have opened a marketing email AND opened a confirmation email.

I'm trying to retrieve Marketo assets (emails, forms, snippets, etc.) filtered by workspace. While the Folders API works for most assets using folder-based  filtering, I'm facing two issues: 1. Landing Page Templates: They don't appear in the folders API response and aren't folder-based. The /rest/asset/v1/landingPageTemplates.json?workSpace=<name>  parameter returns templates from all workspaces instead of filtering by the specified workspace.2. New Editor Assets: Folders with folderType: "Email Acrite" (New Email Editor) return "Invalid folder type" error (code 711) when queried via /rest/asset/v1/emails.json?folder={...}, even though these folders appear in the Folders API response. What's the correct approach to retrieve these assets filtered by workspace? Is there an alternative API endpoint or method I'm missing?

Our goal is to enable the engineering team to create leads in Marketo via the API.However, I’m a bit unsure about the authentication flow. The access token generated via “Get Token” is only valid for one hour, and I’m concerned that sharing a temporary token could cause the connection to break once it expires.Could someone clarify what credentials or details should be shared with the engineering team to ensure a stable integration? In the Marketo New Email Editor, snippets aren’t supported and fragments can’t be segmented. Marketo Support says dynamic content must be handled via conditional content inside each email, which we want to avoid.We need centrally managed, language‑/locale‑based variations (e.g., country‑specific social links and email footers).Question:Is there any supported or scalable way to manage segmented/dynamic content centrally in the New Email Editor without adding conditional content per email (e.g., template‑level, Velocity, or another pattern)?

we recently got beefree and are using it to push emails/templates into marketo. The one thing I am struggling with is using the beefree display conditions to work with segements/fields in marketo to show the correct content. Hi All, We recently signed an AI addendum to enable the new AI capabilities within Marketo, such as the AI assistant feature that can help generate email subject lines, email body text, ect. I checked our Roles settings in the Admin menu, and I can see that Access AI Assistant is enabled for our user accounts. However, I have not seen any artificial intelligence features available when I am building emails. Does anyone have any info on why these features wouldn’t be available for us? Hi all,I'm building an email template module with two images (one for desktop, one for mobile) using the standard CSS media query show/hide approach. It works perfectly in browsers, but Outlook desktop renders both images stacked.I've done some digging and it seems like Marketo's processing pipeline is stripping the mechanisms I'd normally use to hide content from Outlook (inline styles on image divs, conditional comments in the body). I have setup my smart campaign (cloned off another that was successful and using the same client data to send the emails) , imported client list, set trigger etc, selected Activate and there are no results showing, indicating nothing is going out.   can someone assist me through the process to see what i have missed here??
