Pretty please bring back the "send sample" button for the new email builder and templates

Hi,

Pretty please bring back the "send sample" button for the new email builder and templates. The new process of simulate content and then creating a test user is cumbersome and not an easy process if you need to send something to management for a quick review or a third party testing application like mailgun.
