Adobe Workfront Fusion

With the recent UI changes to Fusion, it is now less clear when a route is disabled.The previous UI showed a red circle with a line through it to indicate a disabled route, the new UI just greys out the connecting line between modules.For enabled routes, the color of the connecting dots depends on the modules that link connects. Particularly between a router and a Tools module, the color change for an enabled vs a disabled route is very slight.This will make it more difficult to quickly see that a route has been disabled. Please bring back the red circle with the line through it.

As an enterprise organization, managing, tracking and auditing changes in our Fusion scenarios that are driving business automation and processes is required.    We currently manage this manually on spreadsheets and such but this is a challenge to ensure its always updated. Idea!   Incorporate the ability to Check Out and Check In a Fusion scenario to better track and control changes.   Other options could include simply include requiring admin update comments (modal form to capture?) upon activation of any scenario.What are we looking for?  Ability to identify which scenarios are being worked on Ability to require updates and comments related to changes that are being made Ability to limit turning on scenarios that have not been checked in (risk control) Ability to better report on changes by who, when and what update notes were included

Is there a way to identify document move from 1 folder to another in fusion?

Has anybody been able to successfully create a connection in Fusion with Power BI?Last night I attempted to create a connection.  A dialog box opened up indicating I needed approval from my organization’s admin.  I filled out the request, and overnight I received an email from Microsoft confirming that my request for access to Workfront Fusion PowerBI Connector was approved.I tried again just now to create the connection--a pop-up window opens, but the login authorization doesn’t work; I get a message: “An error occurred.  Connection failed.”Has anybody else seen this?  I wanted to check before filing a ticket.

I am looking for the endpoint to use to bring the existing ProofHQ combined proof into the project in Workfront. I am creating the proof successfully but not having any luck adding it into the project via Fusion.

Hi All, I am currently trying to use the SharePoint Online module "Get a Folder" with "Enter Manually" selected in the Enter Site, Drive and File IDs field. However, I am unable to format the "Folder Path" field correctly. I have tried multiple ways of retrieving the path of a folder in SharePoint with no success. Are there examples of anyone using this module successfully or documentation I could be pointed to?  Thanks.Padraic

Airtable has deprecated API keys in favor of Personal Access Tokens for some time now and PAT are the recommended way to connect through the Airtable API.  https://airtable.com/developers/web/api/authenticationI am requesting that Fusion allow connections to Airtable using a PAT rather than Client ID / Secret and OAuth login.We currently have a technical email account setup with access to Airtable but due to our companies Entra policies this account cannot login through SSO to Airtable.  Because of this I cannot get through the login screen to grant access to Airtable when setting up a connection in Fusion.  I can however have a PAT setup from our system admin of Airtable for this account.Please add the ability to use a PAT when setting up an Airtable connection using the standard out of the box Airtable connector.

We have a workflow that incorporates multiple rounds of reviews as tasks. We are trying to automate the closure of these tasks when rounds aren’t needed and approvals are obtained earlier than what we planned for. What I’m struggling with is the Parent Task status. Since the projects are set for the parent tasks to be a summary of the child tasks, when the child tasks are closed (status of not needed which equates with complete) the parent task is updated to Complete, which is ultimately fine but not the preference. We’d like it to update to “not needed,” which equates with Complete. Is there a way to edit this task status via Fusion? I’ve tried with a basic scenario without success, but not sure if there is any other option.  

Hi,Let me explain what I’m trying to do.We have a custom user typeahead field. When that field is populated with someone’s name and the ticket is raised, I want the ticket status to change to CLIENT REVIEW. Once the status changes, the approver should be the person whose name is entered in the typeahead field (the name could be different for each ticket). After that person approves, the ticket status should move back to NEW, where the default approval process (applied to all requests) should start.My Fusion scenario works up to fetching the user ID from the typeahead field, but I’m unable to set the approver based on that field.Can you confirm whether this is possible? Regards,Diksha G.

Our proofs are saved at the project document level. We have different workflows for approvals, but we also have corresponding tasks, so we build the SLAs into our project timeline. Is there a way with Fusion to link stages to specific tasks? For example, Compliance Review proof stage to auto complete a task called “Compliance Review (PROOFING STEP).” Is this possible?

Hello community,I have a overall total corporate exp of  6 years and i recently decided to switch my profession to adobe workfront fusion or workfront administration , i have got the learning access for workfront,  However i didn`t got the fusion access and no matter how hard i learn theoretically from the given videos i am not able to clear interview because i dont have hands on practice on fusion senarios, so can someone please guide me how should i tackle this to get a job in workfront fusion or able to clear certification ??

I want to build scenarios as belowScenario 1 - Reads tasks along with its Assignee and other custom fields. Based details found need to route the scenarios to multiple paths(with Webhooks to call scenario 2 )Scenario 2 - to receive the data validated and set variables from scenario 1 to do further actions in this scenario. Please advise me with any ideas. Thanks in Advance!

It is just me or do the log files seem to be even slower to process and post? I am looking at a history screen with 9 runs that have yet to process the history - all of them are at least 15 mins old. Makes it hard to diagnosis issues... just sayin

I would like to create a Fusion scenario where, when a proof that is still pending a decision goes past the due date a notification can be automatically sent to the approver following up on a decision.  We have a standard decision due date of 2 days. I've searched for quite a while with no success, maybe i overlooked something. Any assistance is appreciated. 

Hi All,  I wanted to know if anyone has created a Fusion scenario to generate a $$USER.ID report displaying all of the active proofs a user is listed as just a 'reviewer' on a report.  This is something I've been meaning to tackle for a long time.  I imagine others would benefit from this to.

FYI I could not re-comment on the post so I am tagging you here. The problem I had with fusion automation and searching boards is the redundant number of operations used to search. I have found a way to reduce this to 4 operations.The body is filled with this query and based on an inspect I used on the Get Board module. I have added the portion below to it to reduce operations for searching in a scenario. There is a lot of irrelevant information in the call but I am too lazy to remove it. I start the scenario using a instant webhook with task status change and assignedToID = Desired user, I get the card information in the getBoard() query, then use iterator to make an array and filter via card obj id = taskID, then move the card to the columnID that I got in the getBoard() query. ADDED CODE:cards {\n      id\n      name\n connectedObject {\n         objectId\n      status\n      }\n } BODY:{
