I would like to be able to create a dashboard where I can monitor active scenarios and operations, I would like to see all at once with its stats. Would be nice to have a more meaningful error message, and have the msg displayed in dashboard for the corresponding scenario where error ocurred, ability to know how many times scenario has run during a range of time, know number of failures, display the running total count of operations against the total ie 50% of operactions or 400,000 of 800,000 have been executed.thank you 😊

Fusion Execution Log Files - really really slow

It is just me or do the log files seem to be even slower to process and post? I am looking at a history screen with 9 runs that have yet to process the history - all of them are at least 15 mins old. Makes it hard to diagnosis issues... just sayin

Request webhook re-activation from production to sandbox json scenario import

I want to recreate a production scenario in sandbox for some changes and testing. I imported the production json into a new scenario with sandbox connections, removed the production scenario custom webhook and added a new custom webhook for the sandbox connection scenario. The new webhook is activated but errored out on the first send since the request ID and all other data wasn’t received.The production webhook is triggered by new, unconverted request creation and creates old and new state data fields. Many of the webhook data fields are used throughout the scenario. When I create a new unconverted request in sandbox, the new scenario doesn’t run through the webhook. I know I’m missing something here, but can’t figure this out. Thanks for any help with this.

Add support for "OR" conditions in Workfront "Watch Events" moduleDelivered

Description -Adobe Workfront allows for setting up complex webhook trigger conditions, including "OR" comparison.  This allows for triggering webhooks for cases like "Field 1 OR Field 2 Changed". The "Watch Event" module in Fusion, however, only allows for "AND" conditions. This results in cases where we either need to (1) duplicate scenarios for each of the "OR" cases so that our admins can see the actual trigger conditions or (2) setup the complex webhook trigger using the Workfront API but lose visibility into the conditions within Fusion, meaning our admins are in the dark. Why is this feature important to you -We want to both ensure our admins have (1) clarity on each of the scenarios' setup and (2) not duplicating effort and (3) are empowered without specialty knowledge like having to use Workfront APIs via Postman/curl/etc. How would you like the feature to work -Whatever filter criteria expressions are supported by the Workfront API should be reflected

UI Description:The current Fusion UI does not prompt for confirmation before deleting a scenario. Additionally, there is no visual indication of which scenario is selected for deletion, and deleted scenarios cannot be restored via the UI.Why this feature is important:Accidental deletion of scenarios can result in lost work and require significant time to rebuild. Without a confirmation prompt or a visual highlight, it’s easy to misclick and remove the wrong scenario. Since the UI offers no recovery option, this can lead to irreversible loss.How this feature would work:When a user clicks the delete icon for a scenario, a confirmation modal should appear asking, "Are you sure you want to delete this scenario?" The scenario line item should be highlighted when hovered over or selected for deletion, so the user clearly sees which scenario is being targeted. There is no option to update an existing key which was created in a case where the credentials were changed. Finding an approvalID on an issue: Why is this so hard?

Grok and I have been trying to crack this nut for an hour now. (I asked the AI Assistant and….let’s just say there were many 👎🏻s) Figured I’d ask the hive mind and--if I figure it out before anyone else does--I’ll post it here for everyone else.The ask: I want to be able to determine the ID of an approval attached to an issue. The only pieces of data I have are the approvalProcessID (which I know because I have Fusion apply an approval process to these issues) and currentApprovalStepID. No matter what I do with that currentApprovalStepID, I just cannot get to the approval. If I try to use that to search for the APPROVAL object, I get a 400. If I try searching via the ARVSTP object, I get scolded that it’s “...not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal”There has to be something that both Grok and I are missing here. Any thoughts?

Does anyone have any links to what the various graphs in the Fusion performance dashboard actually mean? Bulk change of share permissions on programs and portfolios using fusion

I am in the process of specifying which Groups have view permissions to their relevant portfolios and programs. We’ve been working in an ‘everyone has access to view’ model. Now that there is more structure being built, I’d like to pull back and only allow view access to programs and portfolios that are assigned to each user(s) assigned group(s). I am new to fusion and went down a dark and frustrating rabbit hole. Does anyone have a starting point for me?

Ignore Null in JSON Modules in Adobe Fusion

Is it possible to make JSON Modules in Adobe Fusion ignore null values? So, in the outputted JSON String, we need the parameters that are empty to be removed from the output JSON, rather than simply having an empty value.I can’t see any settings in the modules, so would appreciate anyone who has found a solution.
