Adobe Workfront Fusion

Grok and I have been trying to crack this nut for an hour now. (I asked the AI Assistant and….let’s just say there were many 👎🏻s) Figured I’d ask the hive mind and--if I figure it out before anyone else does--I’ll post it here for everyone else.The ask: I want to be able to determine the ID of an approval attached to an issue. The only pieces of data I have are the approvalProcessID (which I know because I have Fusion apply an approval process to these issues) and currentApprovalStepID. No matter what I do with that currentApprovalStepID, I just cannot get to the approval. If I try to use that to search for the APPROVAL object, I get a 400. If I try searching via the ARVSTP object, I get scolded that it’s “...not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal”There has to be something that both Grok and I are missing here. Any thoughts?

I am in the process of specifying which Groups have view permissions to their relevant portfolios and programs. We’ve been working in an ‘everyone has access to view’ model. Now that there is more structure being built, I’d like to pull back and only allow view access to programs and portfolios that are assigned to each user(s) assigned group(s). I am new to fusion and went down a dark and frustrating rabbit hole. Does anyone have a starting point for me?

Is it possible to make JSON Modules in Adobe Fusion ignore null values? So, in the outputted JSON String, we need the parameters that are empty to be removed from the output JSON, rather than simply having an empty value.I can’t see any settings in the modules, so would appreciate anyone who has found a solution.

I'm new to Fusion and one of the quick wins we've identified is pulling the overall deliverable due date custom field in the issue into the project template. The goal is for the last task due date which is release final files automatically aligns with the overall due date set by the client in their request. Is this even possible and if so, what happens to the tasks if the time allotted doesn't align with the template? Any insights would be helpful to the possibility, concerns and even how to start setting this up as a scenario. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have an integration with Azure DevOps that creates Product Backlog Items when a WF Project goes Current.  Context:In the WF Project, there is a parent task named 'MarTech Development,' and varying subtasks underneath it that are all summed up. Hello I am running a scenario which is to download a file (csv) which is uploaded to a Workfront Project which then will be parsed and used to update a datastore in Fusion. Do I need to include the key column in the csv? Do I need to run any modules before the Add/Replace a record module? Here is my scenario, anything look off?My issue is when it hits the Search Records it is not finding any info. Hello! Anyone know if Fusion has a sandbox or preview environment?

It is cumbersome when scrolling through a long list of options (such as from Search Criteria Fields, Select Forms to Map, Outputs, etc.) to see which are checked.  It is especially so when you have long custom forms hundred of fields long.I suggest incorporating an action where if boxes in Fusion Scenario Modules are checked that they could be automatically pinned to the top for easy reference.

I would like to take a folder with an asset in frame.io and copy it over to a project in workfront. I have established a connection in frame.io and have a project, folder, and asset all ready to go. How would i go about doing this?

Is anyone using Fusion to connect Frame IO and their Workfront projects? 

I need to take a series of fields that reside on a project details custom form and use fusion to create issues off of them at project conversion. Each set of details is divided by a section break. Is this possible?
