Adobe Workfront Fusion

Hi Team, I'm working on a usecase where I need to create a Interactive Proof for a Web URL and need some ideas and suggestion on how to achieve this. I have a field attached to an object(TASK) where we will enter the URL of the webpage that needs to be proofed and I need to develop the fusion scenario that will automate Interactive Proof for that URL entered. Any suggestions and ideas are appreciated. Thanks for your time!!!

I have built out a scenario in Fusion and I can fetch and read the note/update and notify those not tagged. But, I would like to update the note/update to add tags. I’m able to create a new note/update that will add tags but I don’t want to create a new one I just want to update the original with tags.Is this possible?Thank you in advance for your insight.

We're using the Workfront - Convert Approved Issue to Project template and trying to determine the best architecture in Fusion.We have:1 Request Queue 9 Request Forms 30+ Project TemplatesEach request form should map to the appropriate project template(s) when the issue is converted to a project.Would you recommend:One scenario with filters/routers/switches to determine the correct template? Hi everyone,I'm exploring a Fusion use case and would love to hear if anyone has tackled something similar.When creating a proof, users often enter important instructions in Email Notification → Add Custom Message. The challenge is that once the proof is created, those instructions aren't easily accessible within the proof itself.Ideally, we'd like to build a Fusion scenario that:Detects a newly created proof. Retrieves the custom email message. Automatically posts that message as the first comment in the proof.This would preserve review intent and project-specific instructions directly within the proof, even if the original email is deleted or lost.My main question:Does the Workfront Proof API expose the value entered in Email Notification → Add Custom Message → Message?If so, has anyone successfully used Fusion to retrieve that value and create a proof comment from it? Hi everyone,I'm brand new to Workfront Fusion and recently completed the Fusion training courses. Our team is trying to connect Workfront Fusion to our Workfront Preview environment so we can build and test scenarios before moving them to Production.I've successfully created an OAuth application and generated a Client ID and Client Secret, but I'm getting stuck during the authentication setup. When I use the Preview domain, I receive an error indicating the application can't be found, and I've also run into issues determining the correct domain and redirect URL to use for the Preview environment.I'm sure I'm overlooking something simple, but after spending quite a bit of time troubleshooting, I'm stuck and would appreciate any guidance from someone who has successfully connected Fusion to a Workfront Preview instance.Any tips, screenshots, or examples of a working setup would be greatly appreciated. Is there a way in Fusion to generate a report of all scenarios that have turned off/errored out in the past week or so?

Is anyone using Fusion to connect Frame IO and their Workfront projects? 

I have created a Fusion scenario that removes deactivated users from their Home Team. The issue is that they still have Other Teams. I tried everything I could think of and kept getting errors to set their other teams to null. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?Maybe I need to come at this from the Team side and remove any inactive users versus using the user update scenario to do it. It’s just that I have the user one accomplishing other actions so I was hoping to get the user profile corrected using the same scenario.

Hi all! I’ve created several Fusion scenarios to create tasks based on a cadence and while everything is working as expected, the only portion I can’t figure out is adding planned hours to each of the tasks. I have a project I use to store the tasks and their planned hours and right before the create tasks module I have a search module to go through that project and match the task name and output the planned hours (work required), but when I map the planned hours section in the create task module the planned hours don’t get added. For context the tasks are being created on a Simple duration type with a Fixed Dates constraint and are initially unassigned. Any ideas? Does anyone know if there is a way to create a Fusion scenario that could add/remove users from a Proof Group?Thinking if we create a request queue that has proof group name, a field for the user they want added, and another field for any user they want removed. Then create a Fusion scenario to make those user updates to the Proof group. Is this possible? and if so what modules would we need to accomplish this?

Has anyone worked with WorkFocus.io? We’re in the process of implementing Fusion within our Workfront environment and have purchased 40 hours of consulting support. We’ve outlined several automation scenarios we’d like to build and are hoping to learn from others’ experiences (see screenshot)A few questions for those who have worked with them:What was your overall experience like? How many Fusion scenarios were they able to help you set up within your allotted hours? Did they recommend or require purchasing additional hours? Did they provide training or explain what they were building behind the scenes? Did they conduct a discovery session and help estimate the effort required for each scenario upfront?Because Fusion consulting can be a significant investment, we want to make sure we're planning our time and budget appropriately. I’m probably not the only “Accidental IT” guy who now works in Fusion for a living. And for those of us “People who have liberal arts degrees who are trying to catch up with people with real degrees,” some of the newer and more code-y aspects of our job may be a little bit of a challenge. (“Work in publishing,” they said. “You’ll have a job for life,” they said...)The thing which trips me up is that I’ll play with the JSONata exerciser and something which works perfectly fine there...doesn’t in Fusion. While Claude was trying to work with me on that, I asked it to come up with some pointers for future use. I really don’t like having AI write simple things if I can do it on my own. So, I had it come up with this helpful one-sheet for me when it comes to working with JSONata expressions. A native connector for Workfront's approval workflow, create and update approval stages, add participants, send reminders, make decisions, retrieve approval status, and even get suggested approvers. Previously you'd need custom API calls to automate any of this.
