Sharing Documents with External Partner in Workfront/Fusion

We are looking into sharing final files from our documents section in Workfront with an external partner/agency to create efficiencies. Is there a way to trigger a notification with the documents in an email to a partner through Fusion to be sent directly to the partner?

You should be able to set up an integration with Outlook that would allow you to do that.

 

Alternatively, if the partner has some form of automations of their own, you could have Fusion generate a pre-signed URL for the document, then send that URL to a listener on the parter’s side, and then their automation could download it and they could do whatever they need with it from there.
