The Ohio Adobe User Group led by 3 Adobe Champions (@Ross_Barton @KierstenKollins @NuriaMunguia) is hosting the Agentic Marketing Garage on Friday, 10/9, a hands-on session where we’ll get to explore how AI agents can actually work together across a workflow. This is not just another session where we sit and talk about AI. We’ll actually design and test an agent workflow ourselves.Even better, this is a pilot. That means the feedback from our Columbus group will help shape what other Adobe User Groups experience after us, which makes this feel like a pretty special opportunity to be part of.No coding required. No AI expertise required.Just bring your laptop, curiosity, your ideas, and be ready to build something.Join us on Friday October 9th at 12-1:30 pm EST!Register here: https://usergroups.adobe.com/events/details/adobe-user-groups-multisolution-agentic-marketing-garage-presents-agentic-marketing-garage-columbus/
To provide context for AI skills and callable agents within Marketo, it would be beneficial to be able to import documents in Word/Google Doc or Excel/Google Sheets, PDF, Slides/Powerpoint to provide the Adobe agent skills with context to operate, beyond the current MD file format that is available. Documents that can be uploaded could be:Lifecycle definitions Picklist values required for CRM sync validation rules Instructions for how program templates get customized in “create program” use cases. This item was intended to be provided in Ideas…. please note the Idea here:
Hi!Looking for some help here. :) I watched a Adobe video a while back that someone shared how they use AI to help document the Fusion scenario by using exported JSON file and prompt the AI to fill a template out. Back then, our team hasn’t started the automation yet. (I should’ve bookmarked it.) Now that we start to leverage Fusion, I want to capture proper documentation but can’t find the video anymore. Does some know which video that is or have something they can share on this topic?Thank you in advance for any of your sharing!
I’ve just built a new utility to make AEM OSGi configuration validation a little easier:🔗 https://www.aemcq5tutorials.com/tools/aem-osgi-config-validator/ What makes it useful for real-world testing?🔒 Privacy-first by design❌ No AI involved❌ No customer/configuration data is stored🌐 Everything is processed directly in your browser✅ You can safely paste your actual AEM OSGi configurations for testing without sending them to a server The goal is simple: make it easier for AEM developers to validate configurations while keeping potentially sensitive project configuration data on their own machine.I’d love to hear your feedback! 🙌If you’re an AEM developer, architect, or someone working regularly with OSGi configurations, give it a try and let me know:👉 What would you like to see added?👉 Any validation rules or use cases I should support?👉 Did you find any issues or edge cases?Feedback and suggestions are very welcome! 💬
Hello, Does anyone know if there will be a challenge for 2026? I know the 2025 was canceled.Thank you
Adobe's been pushing Edge Delivery Services (EDS, formerly "Helix") hard, and it's a genuinely different architecture from traditional AEM Sites not just a performance patch. Here's what actually changes if you're evaluating it.1. Authoring happens in Google Docs or Word/SharePoint, not the AEM UIThis is the biggest mental shift for teams. Content authors write in a Google Doc or Word document (via a connected Drive/SharePoint folder), and EDS converts that into structured markup automatically. There's no Touch UI page editor in the traditional sense the "CMS" experience is closer to writing a document than authoring components in dialogs. Teams with authors deeply trained on classic AEM component dialogs will need real change management here, not just a tooling swap.2. Performance is the actual selling point, and it's measurableEDS is built around aggressive Core Web Vitals targets out of the box pages are largely static, served from CDN edge, with minimal JS shipped by default. If yo
Hi Community,I'm currently evaluating options for exposing an AEM Cloud Author environment through a corporate custom domain and would like to hear from anyone who has explored a similar architecture.I have already raised a support ticket with Adobe. The guidance received was that custom domains for Author are currently not supported and that a customer-managed reverse proxy/gateway approach would be outside the supported AEM configuration. While that clarifies Adobe's support position, I am still trying to better understand the technical feasibility and real-world experiences from the community. After discussions with our network team, we identified the following approach:1. Inbound Host Header RewriteThe reverse proxy intercepts requests to the custom domain and rewrites the HTTP Host header to the Adobe-provided Author hostname so Adobe can correctly route traffic within the multi-tenant environment.2. Outbound Redirect RewriteWhen AEM issues redirects, the reverse proxy rewrites res
Harun Rashid <harun.rashid@globallogic.com> 10:08 AM (24 minutes ago) to Marketo, Marketo Hello Marketo Support Team,We are experiencing an email deliverability issue where emails and notification alerts sent through our Marketo instance are landing in the Spam folder for GlobalLogic recipients. We have already reviewed and confirmed that the Marketo email authentication and sending configurations are set up correctly.Issue ObservedBased on the email header analysis:SPF and DKIM pass at the Mimecast receiving gateway. Google Gmail subsequently reports SPF failure and DKIM body hash verification failure. The email is routed through Mimecast before reaching Google Gmail. Recipients are also seeing a warning that globallogic.com could not verify that it actually sent the message.Request for Marketo InvestigationCould you please investigate this issue from the Marketo platfor

Has anyone Started their EDS implementation with the DA boilerplate and later realised they should have used the xwalk boilerplate for UE and then tried to retrofit the first with the second…Im running into an issue where my preview/live pages are hitting the following error: (404) Unable to fetch /index.md from html2md.I’ve set the content source to the correct /bin/franklin.delivery/amp-digital-aem/amp-eds/main/ path in my AEM environment. I’ve installed the UE template into the same environment. (althought the template did not include a ‘configuration’ page). My paths.json:{ "mappings": [ "/content/amp-eds/:/", "/content/amp-eds/configuration:/.helix/config.json" ], "includes": [ "/content/amp-eds/" ]}My config is also missing:content.source.suffix = .html Im unsure how to add this. any help or guidance would be appreciated.
We cannot get the Computed Attributes Value Distribution to show anything except non-zero values. This remains true even after confirming that the Computed Attribute is evaluating and complete. In addition to the Value Distribution showing zeros, each of the shown sample profiles also shows a value of 0 for this Computed Attribute. This initially led us to believe there was something wrong with the underlying logic of the Computed Attribute itself. However we pulled one of our own ECIDs and checked the associated profile within CDP and we were able to confirm that the profile has a value of '9' for the attribute, which seems plausible We were recently informed by Ultimate Support that a minimum success rate of 30% is required for Computed Attributes. This is also where we learned that the 30% was not only a minimum threshold for the Value Distribution/Sample Profiles QA piece, but also for getting the Computed Attribute in and of itself to populate at all. This is an extremely high tar
The customer Journey Management > message Execution field group physically exists in both the AJO message feedback schema and the AJO email tracking schema. I can see the field in the tracking schema and build a CJA report against it. But at runtime, the value is never actually populated on tracking events.Since opens are tracking events, and tracking events never carries messageExecution. metadata, any CJA report keyed on that metadata for opens/clicks will be blank.I tried identity stitching for tracking and feedback events datasets in CJA with an Identity Map as EID in both datasets. But still unable to see engagement metrics (email opens and email clicks) when using the metadata LOB value filter for email opens and clicks in Email Journey Reporting in CJA. Is anyone facing a similar issue in CJA?
Hi community,I would like to ask for help and advice regarding the following: is it possible to somehow export all Workfront configurations of a client's instance (custom forms, access levels config, projects config, etc.) and import it back to Workfront? In case a client won't use Workfront anymore, but might decides to use it again in the future, to avoid building things from scratch.Would love to hear similar experiences and best practices! Thank you.

This is turn on. It collects automatically all clicks in AJO web campaigns in Offer Decisioning campaigns in Web?
I need to delete two XDM schemas in a development sandbox and I've hit what looks like a closed loop. Hoping someone has been here before. What I'm trying to doSome field paths in our dev sandbox differ from prod by character case only - for example campaignUseCase1 in dev versus CampaignUsecase1 in prod. Since XDM field paths are immutable once created, I understand the fix is to rebuild the field group and schemas correctly rather than edit them in place.Where it breaksI can't create the correctly-cased fields while the incorrect ones exist, because both paths would land in the same Profile union and AEP rejects paths that differ only by case. So the old objects have to go first. But:I can't delete the field group - two schemas compose it. I can't delete those schemas - both are Profile (union) enabled. I can't disable Profile in the UI - the toggle is there but Save stays greyed out. I can't remove the union tag via API. PATCH on the schema with {"op": "remove", "path": "/meta:immutab
We noticed our original referrer data starting to get stripped which moved what would have been Natural Search traffic into Direct throughout the summer, but especially in early August. Are there any ideas on if this is related to the Safari 26 browser update tied to an iOS release, and are there any work-arounds to get that traffic back in under Natural Search in Adobe Analytics?
Previous, I had been able to generate an HTML5 output using the default DITA-OT template that Guides comes with. The result had been a folder of HTML, SVG, and PNG files. In the current version of Guides (5.1), the HTML5 output no longer generates anything except the primary index file with links to nothing. I have tried to generate an HTML5 output using both the Map Console and the Map Dashboard and both result in the same thing: two css files and one index.html file with links to nothing. What am I doing wrong? The default DITO-OT file in CRDXE hasn’t been changed, moved, or touched.
Hi folks,For some of the pages, I am able to see Visits is greater than pageviews. Ideally this should not be the case, right? as per my understanding. but at overall level pageviews is greater than visitsThis started happening when i changed expiry of evar from visit level to hit(i breakdown page name with day and noticed this)Some of the notes :1. I am visiting website → accepting cookies → pageview fires first → and then engagements as i make so it seems no action is happening before pageview2. I am sending page name and URL with all my engagements (scroll and link clicks) as i want to know what happened on which page. Also can you please let me know if this is correct or do i need to change something in my implementation.
Hi,what module do you use in Fusion to get a decision when it’s made on a new Unified Review & Approval document? I cannot find it in a regular Workfront Watch Events module nor in the dedicated Unified Review & Approval module. Thanks!
If scheduled batch data ingestion fails is there a way to schedule an email notification?
Context: We run an AEM Edge Delivery Services site (repoless, Configuration Service; content authored in AEM). Sitemaps are generated by helix-sitemap. We push the sitemap config to content/sitemap.yaml via the Admin API and generate per-language sitemaps. Multilingual: es, en, pt, fr.What we've confirmed: Per-language <urlset> generation works via a languages map with source: /{lang}/query-index.json. <lastmod> is emitted when we add a lastmod format to the config. We could not find any way to emit <priority> or <changefreq> per URL, and we don't see them in the config schema. helix-sitemap doesn't appear to generate a <sitemapindex> for multilingual — only the per-language <urlset> files. Questions: Supported per-URL attributes: What sitemap attributes can helix-sitemap emit per URL (<loc>, <lastmod>, <changefreq>, <priority>, hreflang alternates)? Is there a definitive list? priority / changefreq: Is there ANY suppo
Hi , I am currently learning EDS and wanted to get hands on repoless. Iread that it needs admin key and api access to configure the repoless. Is there any way that we can do some hands-on on our own without using organisational keys?
Hi, Not showing the create site from template option in the AEM trial version for EDS setup. Can anyone help me on this
Does it bother anyone else how the versions are labeled in AEM? I have no idea which one is which. Instead of v1, v2, v3, etc they keep appearing as New Version 1.0, New Version 1.1, New Version 1.0.0. What on earth do any of those mean? Cant these be listed as Original, Version 2, Version 3, etc. and then show the date. they were uploaded and by whom? That is how the average human brain would read these things. Is that a setting I can change or is this the standard operating procedure of the system?
