Light Access Level users can't access their Time Off calendar

Hi. I’ve found that Light Access level users can't access their Time Off calendar. They don’t see Time Off in their Workfront profile, although the layout user template shows Time Off. Is there any workaround for this without moving the Light Access level users to Standard Access so they can add time to their Time Off calendars? Thanks
