The Monday morning that never ends Picture this: it's Monday, and Priya, a journey orchestration lead at a retail brand, has three journeys on her plate. A loyalty re-engagement flow. A trial-to-paid conversion path. A seasonal promotion for a new product line. Each journey needs the same opening move: read the audience, run an eligibility filter, and drop anyone who doesn't qualify. Priya has built that logic at least a dozen times. She knows it by heart. She also knows that if she copies it from an old journey, she'll spend the next hour untangling node references, fixing namespace mismatches, and wondering whether this version matches the one her colleague Marcus built last month.By Tuesday, she's still wiring up the same three nodes. Again. This is the quiet tax of journey building — not the creative work of designing a great customer experience, but the repetitive work of rebuilding logic your team already trusts. Journey Fragments exist to eliminate that tax. What if your best jour
Hi! Has anyone made the complete switch to the new email designer? I keep toying with it but can’t fully commit to the new designer. Anyone have success stories with the new designer?
We have included custom form in multiple user’s profile via bulk edit. All fields appearing fine as expected. When I go to user section and filter the user by “Category ID=Form Name” it does not show the user list. For other forms which are added individually to user showing the usernames with category ID field as expected. I created report and below is my finding: If I user Category ID under User it does not show this bulk edits. But if go to ID under category these users shows up Please advise if it is normal behavior and will have impact in future.

I am trying to send a sample email to my Outlook (work) and I am not receiving them. I have checked SPAM and JUNK folders and they are not in there. It states that the email has been sent via Marketo. Can someone please help troubleshoot?
Hi all, I have a bit of an urgent ask. We’re trying to track email opens and if a user does not open an email we want to add them to a suppression audience. When looking into this, it seems like the interaction type = open event gets triggered automatically even if an email is not opened. We’ve tested this with 5 different profiles and noticed the same behavior. Has anyone encountered this issue and what could be a potential way to resolve this. Thanks
Modern customer journeys rarely stay inside one system. They depend on loyalty platforms, billing engines, CRM tools, fulfilment services, and partner APIs. When one of those integrations fails, the reason behind the failure matters just as much as the failure itself.A temporary outage may need a retry. A duplicate request may need no action at all. A suspended account may require customer service intervention. But until now, custom actions in Adobe Journey Optimizer could detect that a call failed without giving journeys access to the structured error details many APIs already returned. What's New: Error Response Payload Support Custom actions have long supported success response mapping. When an API call succeeds, you can define the response structure, parse the body, and use those fields later in the journey.Previously, error handling worked differently. If a custom action returned a 4xx or 5xx response, AJO recorded the failure status, but it did not surface the response body even

I am working on a Workfront report that groups projects by lifecycle stages (Analysis, Requirements and Planning, Implementation Phase, and Release).Currently, the report filter uses the following criteria: Task Name contains "Analysis" Task Name contains "Requirements and Planning" Task Name contains "Implementation Phase" Task Name contains "Release" The issue is that some parent tasks that are not actual lifecycle stage tasks are being included because their names contain one of these keywords.ex: Delay Implementation -- it is not lifecycle stage, I need the starting should be filtered.ex: Implementation Phase | Started -- It is lifecycle stage.I attempted to change the filter from cicontains to operators such as beginswith and startswith, but Workfront returns an "Invalid Parameter" error for both modifiers. Is there a supported way in Workfront reporting to filter tasks whose names start with specific values, or is there a better approach to ensure only the actual lifecycle s
We would like to see some enhancements to milestone paths. Currently you can only associate one milestone path to a project. This creates limitations on enterprise-wide reporting. If we want a global milestone path associated to all projects, then agencies cannot apply a local milestone path to manage work. If leadership wants to see all projects across the enterprise for planning (revenue etc.) We currently have no mechanism to do that.
Planning has all these great ways to customize views, but no way to capture those views to showcase in reports. For example, you can create a great timeline view and customize what is visible, but you have to use a screenshot tool to get that image in the hands of stakeholders. One tool that does this really well is Lucid. When you go to expert a chart, it gives you the option right there to crop it and choose exactly what to include. Even with tables, it would be helpful to capture the view for use in a PowerPoint without using copy and paste and having things go wonky on the paste part.
I'm trying to understand exactly how the "Duration (Average)" value is being calculated in a Task report. The report is grouped by Status and displays an aggregated Duration (Average) value.Example:Status: Complete (4) Discovery – Duration: 4 Days Discovery Tasks – Duration: 0 Days Marketing Snapshot – Duration: 0 Days Discovery Approved – Duration: 3 Days Report displays: Duration (Average): 1.5 Days Status: New (27) Requirements Planning – Duration: 4 Days Requirements Planning Tasks – Duration: 0 Days Marketing Plan – Duration: 0 Days RACI – Duration: 0 Days Additional tasks with mostly 0-day durations Report displays: Duration (Average): 0.33 Days My understanding is that the report may simply be averaging the native Task Duration field for all tasks in each status group. Can someone confirm: Is the "Duration (Average)" value calculated from the native Task Duration field? Or is Workfront calculating the actual time a task spent in that status using status history/au
Hi everyone,I’m hoping there are some creative ideas out there that can help with better tracking capacity for one of our teams that only receive work through requests. We are tracking actual hours on these requests but planned hours are not included currently (and the team doesn’t want to track them at this time). I have reports showing the amount of requests coming in to each person, amount completed, and actual hours reports but our leadership is hoping to see additional reporting for capacity and who is doing what. The planner and workload balancer cannot be used since these users only receive issues/requests and not tasks along with no planned hours. Any ideas to provide some additional reporting in our current state or are we stuck since we don’t use tasks or planned hours?
This is a request to have the Emergency pipeline execution mode, currently available for AEM on-pem (Code Deployment | Adobe Experience Manager), added to AEM as a Cloud Service.
Team,I have Group Admin access in Workfront and have gone through the reporting documentation. However, I haven't been able to create reports on my own and need guidance. If anyone could spare 30–60 minutes to help me create a few basic reports, I would really appreciate it.Additionally, we are currently using Workfront custom forms for request intake, which requires requestors to have at least Contributor access. My management has asked me to explore using a Microsoft Form integrated with Workfront as an request intake solution. If anyone has experience with this setup or can help with the integration, I'd greatly appreciate your support.Thank you!
Last October, I had looked into a course through adobe (Adobe Experience Manager - Manage and Deliver Digital Assets Using AEM ). It was a 2 day course, this got put on the backburner at work. I have now come back to look for it and I cannot get this link to load no matter what (I get stuck in a never ending loop of “Unable to sign you in. Something went wrong while signing you in. Please try again. Log in again”) nor can I find any info on the course anymore. Course Link: https://learning.adobe.com/courses/adobe_experiencemanager/cours000000000090761.html#accordion-e49b3a35f2-item-d61e35014aIs this course still available? Why can’t I see it anymore? The only other adobe course I can find with a similar name is a 2 hour self-guided one, that does not seem equivalent. Thanks in advance!
Building customer journeys often starts with a simple idea."Send an offer only to Gold members.""Wait until 9:00 AM in the customer's local time zone.""Exclude customers who received the same campaign in the last 14 days."The business logic is usually straightforward. Translating that logic into a valid journey expression is where the work begins.Journey builders need to locate the right attributes, navigate complex schemas, understand expression syntax, identify the correct functions and operators, and validate the final result before it can be used in a journey. For experienced users, this can take time. For new users, it can become a significant learning curve. Focus on Customer Experiences, Not Expression Syntax Journey builders should focus on creating customer experiences—not memorizing syntax, searching through schemas, or troubleshooting validation errors.Journey Expressions Agent helps bridge the gap between business intent and technical implementation by combining attribute d

You open your journey inventory and see six, twelve, maybe hundreds of journeys sitting in one flat list — no grouping, no hierarchy, just an ever-growing scroll. Finding the right journey means scanning by name and hoping you remembered what you called it six months ago. That is the problem Journey Folders solves. What Are Journey Folders?Journey Folders is a native organisational layer built directly into Adobe Journey Optimizer. It lets you create named folders, move existing journeys into them, and nest folders up to four levels deep — giving teams a scalable hierarchy that maps to how they actually think about their programmes: by region, business unit, campaign type, or lifecycle stage.Unlike tags or filters, folders are structural. A journey lives in exactly one folder. The folder appears in the breadcrumb, in the sidebar tree, and in every "move to" dialog — so the location is always unambiguous. Step 1: Create Your First FolderIn the Journeys inventory, click the Create folde
Have you ever noticed a strange behavior in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)? You can build a structural blueprint called a Schema with a special map called an identityMap. You can add an email and a phone number as normal identities, but leave the "Primary Identity" field completely blank. The system still allows you to click "Enable for Profile" and save it without any errors at all!It looks like everything is working perfectly. But underneath the hood of Real-Time CDP, this creates a hidden trap: the system will connect your IDs in the map, but it will fail to create actual customer profiles.Let’s understand why this happens using a simple story based on a real-world company: Walmart. The Problem: Missing Profiles Imagine Walmart is tracking digital shopping activity using an AEP Schema. A customer goes online and makes a purchase, providing their phone number and email.Because the Walmart Schema has an identityMap at its root, AEP stores this transaction. Later, a data analyst check
Hello internet friends, Aside from the classical rando Int roll method using profile scripts, does anyone know of any other patterns to split audience members into groups for A/B testing assignment (disjoint) ? Curious if Target has any new-ish built in feature for handle this out of the box.
