What options exist today to identify which users are licensing and downloading Adobe Stock assets at the individual level across our enterprise, including assets that appear in reporting without an associated user name? (not directly related to AEM but I don’t see any groups about Stock specifically)We require auditing and user-level attribution for stock asset usage, and the current Admin Console reporting does not appear to provide this consistently#stock ,#license,#reporting

Hello,I’d like to ask how to build a segment to identify which pages visitors are most likely to visit immediately before a certain page.I attempted to build a segment to identify which pages visitors are most likely to visit immediately before a certain page. Using the Quick Segment feature, I was able to create the following segment. With this segmentation, I believe I can identify the page immediately preceding a certain page (e.g., Buy PD). However, it seems to be a little too restrictive. From what I understand, it only takes into consideration visits where there is no page view before the page immediately preceding a certain page (e.g., Buy PD). As a result, visits where a visitor explored multiple pages before landing on Buy PD may not be included.I’d be grateful if anyone can help me with this.
Hello, We run allmates.ai, an enterprise AI assistant platform. Several of our customers use Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, and would like to reach the Analytics MCP servers (https://aa-mcp.adobe.io/mcp and https://cja-mcp.adobe.io/mcp) from our product. The dynamic client registration endpoint advertised in the authorization-server metadata only accepts an allowlist of partner redirect URIs (claude.ai, chatgpt.com, cursor.com, plus loopback addresses), so our own callback is rejected. Rather than asking to be added to that list, we would like to follow what looks like the intended path for customers: each customer creates its own OAuth application, and we use those credentials. The setup we plan to document for our customers: 1. An Adobe administrator adds the MCP Access permission item to the relevant product profile, and adds the developer on the Developers tab.2. That developer creates a Developer Console project, adds the Adobe Analytics (or CJA) API, and creates
I have two website A & B where launch script and RSID is different, but there is a utm set. I want to track users journey from website A to website. See the top entry pages is this possible?
Hello,We have identified an issue impacting one of our Adobe Analytics classifications.Since mid august, some values that are correctly collected and available in the source dimension (Component Inventory) are no longer being mapped to their expected classification values. Instead, they are being reported as "Unspecified".What we have already verified:The source values are still being collected correctly. The classification configuration has not been modified. The classification rules still appear to match the incoming values. Only a portion of the hits associated with this code are being classified correctly, while another portion is being reported as "Unspecified" despite sharing the same source value. Could you help us understand:Why values present in the source dimension would stop being classified despite the rules remaining unchanged? Whether any remediation or reprocessing action is available?Thank you for your support.
While auditing our Marketing Channel performance using the Marketing Channel dimension and Marketing Channel Instances metric, I noticed an issue with our TikTok paid traffic. When breaking down Paid Social by Marketing Channel Detail, our TikTok campaign tracking codes (e.g., s_mwk_tt_...) are being captured correctly. However, under Referring Domains, I’m seeing 3K+ instances from www.tiktok.com. When I further break these down by Tracking Code, 2K+ instances are associated with the same active paid campaign tracking codes.I also double-checked our Marketing Channel Processing Rules, and the configuration appears to be correct.Could you help clarify what might be causing paid TikTok campaign traffic with valid tracking codes to be attributed to the Referring Domains channel under Paid Social instead of being captured directly through the tracking-code-based rule?
Hello, I'm trying to capture all pages that have received 20 or fewer page views on my company's site. I created a quick segment to do this. However, when I pulled in Page URL as the dimension against the Page Views metric and apply the segment, the number has not changed at all. (NOTE: in the screenshot, I just pulled in All Data for privacy).Does this have something to do with my metric settings? Any advice would be appreciated!
Hi everyone,I am relatively new to Adobe Advertising and I'm currently looking to set up a new campaign for my educational resource website. Our primary audience consists of school administrators, teachers, and educational staff.I am trying to figure out the best way to structure my audience targeting for this specific niche. Does anyone have experience marketing EdTech or school management tools using Adobe Advertising?Specifically, I would love to know:Which ad formats (Display vs. Search) have yielded the best ROI for B2B educational tools? Are there any specific audience segments or data providers within the platform that work best for reaching school officials?Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

With the release of service pack 3 for LTS, I was wondering if there has been any changes or updates to address the segmentstore corruption issue?Has the offline compaction issue been address in SP 3? Is there any plan for a future service pack to resolve this issue? When approaching an upgrade from 6.5 with the latest service pack to LTS with this latest service pack, is it best to skip offline compaction before the upgrade? In the materials for the LTS update it recommends offline compaction before migrating by during the offline revision cleanup: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65-lts/content/implementing/deploying/upgrading/pre-upgrade-maintenance-tasks . It would be good to update these guides with the current best practices with regards to the offline compaction issue.Or is there a new version of oak-run that will avoid this issue? The release page doesn’t give very much info.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65-lts/cont
I spent a few hours combing articles and trying things yesterday and wasn’t able to figure this out. Looking for any help!I have done WEEKDAYDIFF calculations using dates in the system like issue entry date vs project entry date. This time I want to do a WEEKDAYDIFF between the project entry date and the date of the kickoff task in the project.I can successfully display the Kickoff date in a report using the following textmode: displayname=Project Kickofflistdelimiter=<div>listmethod=nested(resolveProject.tasks).liststype=iteratevalueexpression=IF(CONTAINS("Kickoff",{name}),CONCAT({plannedCompletionDate}))valueformat=HTMLWhat I can’t figure out is how to work that kickoff task date into a WEEKDAYDIFF calculation. For reference this is what I use for other WEEKDAYDIFF calculations like the issue entry date vs project entry date.displayname=Request to Project Creationvalueexpression=WEEKDAYDIFF({entryDate},{resolveProject}.{entryDate})valueformat=HTMLMore context: This is in an issu
We have approximately 10,000 assets that were migrated to AEM Assets as a Cloud Service. We now need to bulk update metadata on these existing assets, including metadata required to make the assets available in Content Hub.We are evaluating the best approach for performing this update at this scale. One option we are considering is CSV Metadata Import. However, the Adobe documentation mentions a maximum batch size of 100 assets for metadata import. We would like to understand whether this is only the internal processing batch size or whether there is a recommended/maximum number of asset rows that should be included in a single CSV import. For this use case, what would be the recommended approach for updating metadata on ~10,000 existing assets? Any guidance or experience with similar large-scale metadata updates would be appreciated.
Hi! I have an issue report and I am trying to surface the document link in text mode on the report. I was able to get that, but I would love if the link would download the document on click so users don't have to navigate to the document and then separately download. We are also on the new Adobe Unified Storage - any ideas?
There used to be a way to keep Workers with Standard licenses from having the ability to create Proofs. I've been digging into the Proof Permissions...and unfortunately, I'm not able to get the functionality to work properly. We even created a custom Proof Permission called "Contributor" that actually matches the "Observer" (WF Native Proof Permission)...and according to Experience League it should behave accordingly: ObserverObservers have the following permissions: Can see, review, and approve proofs of other users that are explicitly shared with them (Read-onlyrights to everything in a shared folder). For more information, see Manage Proof Roles in Workfront Proof. Can view files that are explicitly shared with them. Can view contacts and groups Cannot create proofs, upload files, and create folders. For more information, see Upload Files and Web Content to Workfront Proof. Cannot view, edit, or delete proofs and files created by other users in the organization. Cannot edit proofs o
Hi everyone,I’m working on evolving how we structure campaigns in Workfront, and I’d love to learn how other marketing and creative teams are handling this—especially when campaigns include multiple deliverables with different workflows and timelines. Our Current SetupToday, we structure things like this:A requester submits a campaign request Our PM team converts that into an active project using a campaign project template Within that campaign project, we include a task directing the requester (usually a marketing lead) to: → Use the Requests section of the campaign project to submit individual deliverable requests (this is how we link everything) which are then converted into separate projects with unique production + review tasks. For example, an event campaign might include deliverable requests for:Save the Date Email Save the Date Social Post-Event Email Post-Event Social Print Landing pageChallengeDeliverables don’t always start at the same time or get defined upfront Some can b
IntroductionPersonalization and caching can initially appear to be opposing concepts.Caching works best when many users requesting the same URL can reuse exactly the same response. Personalization, on the other hand, means that the same URL may produce different content depending on the context of the request. This becomes particularly interesting when the personalization criterion is the visitor's geographical location.Consider a global website built on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service where the same page must: display different content depending on the visitor's geographical market; show or hide certain components for specific markets; render the final personalized HTML on the server; remain SEO-friendly; avoid client-side content replacement; and continue benefiting from both Adobe's CDN and Dispatcher caching. A naive implementation can easily solve the personalization requirement while significantly reducing the cache hit ratio. This article describes an archite
I am trying to fetch the last update date(Activity Date) for any updates done by the project owner in a Project by building an Automation in Fusion. I am using Journal Entry to get the activity date by the Project Owner. However I am not very sure how to get the last update date. The module which I have currently built is returning the first update date(Entry Date) for the Journal Entry by the Project owner. Can you help me how to sort the Entry date by descending order as I am not getting the Option in the Fusion interface to sort the Entry date.
A quick question: is there a baseline for comparison for click through rate?
My local instance of AEM 6.6.2 (6.5 lts sp2) runs on a Windows computer. I’m using Java21. When I install a content package with DAM assets, my local file error.log will be flooded with following error message: java.nio.file.InvalidPathException: Illegal char <:> at index 39: /content/dam/940x530.jpg/jcr:content/jcr:lastModifiedBy at java.base/sun.nio.fs.WindowsPathParser.normalize(WindowsPathParser.java:204)According the Internet, the method function WindowsPathParser is internal used by Java’s Path.of()How can I fix this?
Our AEM as a Cloud Service site is currently experiencing heavy bot traffic and repeated bot attacks. We are evaluating Akamai Bot Management as an edge security layer and need confirmation on the supported architecture for AEMaaCS with Adobe Managed CDN .Questions :Can Akamai Bot Management be placed in front of Adobe Managed CDN as a customer-managed CDN layer for AEMaaCS? Is the recommended approach to keep Adobe Managed CDN and add Akamai in front, rather than replacing Adobe Managed CDN entirely? Are there any restrictions, supported headers, or configuration requirements for this setup?
Am I able to bulk remove a property from a field. Heres an example use case:I have an expiration date set for 75 assets. Licensing has been reworked to give us universal rights in perpetuity so we no longer need an expiration for those. Am I able to select all 75 assets and remove the expiration date or do I have to do that 1 by 1?
On the Adobe Experience League documentation, I found some Permission items (Report Suite and Analytics Tools) with Description: “Not used”. I’m wondering if this means it is/going to be a deprecated feature? Because I can still see some of them on my Report Suite Manager settings. For example “Traffic Management” still shows up as a feature for me to use, but:Adobe documentation:Product profile permissions for Analytics Tools | Adobe AnalyticsProduct profile permissions for Report Suite Tools in Adobe Admin Console | Adobe Analytics Thank you in advance
Hi Team,We have a requirement to replace existing hardcoded /content/dam asset references in RTE and Text Components with Asset Delivery URLs (URN-based).Since the content has already been migrated to AEM Cloud, we are looking for the recommended approach to:Map existing DAM paths to Asset Delivery URLs. Update existing content containing /content/dam references. Follow AEM Cloud/Adobe best practices for this conversion.Could you please share your recommendations on the preferred architectural approach and any considerations we should keep in mind?
