Adobe Debugger Permissions Not Aligning

I am an admin for Adobe Analytics and CJA for my company account. However, when I use Adobe Debugger, the below message has started to show when trying to validate our data on the website. I have tried checking my permissions, logging in and out of Experience Cloud & Debugger, I have also reset the debugger, as well as clear my cache and cookies for good measure. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

That’s very strange…  could it possibly be due to the ongoing issues and maintenance happening today? Sometimes access can go a bit weird… I’ve not seen it in the debugger, but I often only log in if I need to see the Post Processed hits…  so most of my usage is from a non-logged in perspective.

Try again once all the ongoing work is clear (you can check here: https://status.adobe.com/) and see if that resolves the issue.

Its been happening for about a week now so I don’t think its related to any ongoing work. I am not finding much about this error message on any Adobe support articles, so weird!!!

Ahh.. yeah, that doesn’t sound right at all!

When you log into the Debugger, you are choosing the correct variation of your user login correct? You should have your org variant, but you may also have a “personal”, and if you have taken any of Eric Matisoff’s courses on LinkedIn, you may have access to some sandbox organizations.

If it doesn’t ask you to choose which one when you log, you might have to fully log out of Adobe on your browser, then log back in?? Make sure you have the correct variant of your account….
