Hi all, How do we do an AEMCS Based System Architecture Design?Let us say, it is not migration from AEM 6.5 or so to AEMCS, but a green field implementation. I am aware it is a vast subject itself! But, at a high level, what are the ten-fifteen key ingredients we consider for doing this design? For example, we can say Fitting “Fastly” as CDN as an out of box option or our own CDN like Akamai.Pros and Cons? CDN is kind of Hardware decision.Kindly cover software aspects also like Editable Templates, Separation of Mutable and Immutables, using Cloud Manager for all deployments, etc, etc. Highly appreciate all your replies and guidance. Thanks,RK.
Hi everyone,I'm configuring the List-Unsubscribe Mail-To feature in AJO for a subdomain and need to clarify two points:Keyword Support: Does the Adobe-managed unsubscribe address support manual keywords (e.g., "REMOVE" in the body), or does it only process requests triggered by the automated headers in the email client? If so, can you show me an example of how the mail to button is shown in UI? Profile Sync: Does an unsubscribe via this Mail-To method automatically update the Consent Schema (choice set to opt-out) in the profile, or is manual synchronization required?Looking to confirm if this is fully automated when "Adobe Managed" is selected in the channel configuration. Thanks!
Hi team,I am trying to upload password protected PDFs and I am seeing error once pdf is uploaded. Does AEM supports password protected PDFs? If no, do we have any pipeline to enable this feature?
I have a client that is letting me know that the sync between Marketo engage and SFDC reports some errors leaving the leads with empty fields on SFDC, so she's unable to assign them to the sales team. What I don’t understand is how is it possible the leads get synced in SFDC when those fields are marked as mandatory to fill on the forms on LPs in Marketo. Anyone experienced any similar discrepancy in this process?
We are ingesting few subscribers from external system to AEP via batch ingestion. These subscribers do show up in an audience which gets created when you create a subscription list in AEP. However, the same subscribers are not visible at report level in AJO’s subscription list report. I wonder how this report can be populated as well.Do share insights on this. Thanks!
Hi Community,In Adobe Journey Optimizer, the Journey Canvas (Dry Run view) visually shows a step‑by‑step waterfall of customers moving through the journey (percentages and absolute counts at each node), as seen in the attached image. What I’m looking for is the same dry‑run waterfall data, but in a tabular format (for example): Waterfall report Starting audience count 100 After Standard supresssions 80 Suppress contract A 75 Suppress Opt outs 65 Final count 65 Segment A 35 Segment B 30 Is there any way to:View this journey canvas waterfall numerically in AJO Reports, Access it via Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Export / download this dry‑run journey data (e.g., Excel)? If this is not supported natively, are there any recommended workarounds to recreate this tabular waterfall from AJO/AEP data? Thanks in advance!
We have an operation program, sending confirmation email having confirmation link redirecting to Marketo Landing page. But for some people (~30), we have visit webpage activity registered in the activity log but no link click activity. And I’m not sure what could be the reason! For that I had to add both the triggers in data change campaign- confirmation link clicked and thankyou landing page visited. But we are planning to move from Marketo’s LP to external one, hence, afraid of removing visit webpage trigger from the campaign. (want to rely on clicked link trigger only ) Sharing some screenshots for example- -link click is there for some but the link is Instagram link (or some other) not the landing page link Do share if you have any idea that can help. Thanks!
It is my understanding that Marketing Channels is a waterfall, and each Visit will fall into ONLY one Marketing Channel, from the Marketing Channel rules. All Mktg Channels have the override checked - EXCEPT for Direct and Session Refresh (Internal Referrers). Is there something that needs to be changed here so that the Processing Rules only allow 1 Last Touch Marketing Channel per visit?
My data has a dimension called ExpiryDate. I’ve created Date Ranges like “Upcoming 3 months”, “Upcoming 12 months”. I’d like to create a report showing the number of Customers whose expiry date will be in each of those date ranges. I’ve tried using a simple freeform table with ExpiryDate as the dimension and People metric filtered by Date Range, with unexpected results. In our local systems, we can query our source data accordingly. Any ideas how to approach this with a CJA project?Date Range People Customers with ExpiryDate in Upcoming 3 Months 10,000 Customers with ExpiryDate in Upcoming 12 Months 25,000

Is it even possible? You need to buy Marketo with AJO B2B?In documentation there is a sentence like:Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Edition uses Account Audiences and People Audiences from Adobe Experience Platform to power an account journey, which runs inside of Marketo Engage https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer-b2b/user/get-started/about-journey-optimizer-b2b-edition
Hi team, I need to confirm the evaluation logic for Audience-based Exit Criteria in Adobe Journey Optimizer.Scenario:Entry: Recurring Read Audience (Daily). Exit Criteria: Audience "Profiles who have already received Email 1."Question: Does the exit criteria evaluate the historical state of the profile at the moment of entry?Specifically: If a profile is already a member of the Exit Audience (due to past data) the second they enter the journey, will they exit immediately before hitting the first action node? Or does the exit criteria only "listen" for profiles who become members while already inside the journey? Thanks!
We have desktop-only version of AEM Forms Designer 6.5.21. We save and publish forms as static and Reader-extended PDFs only. We need to tag graphic elements - circles, illustrations, icons - as artefacts, but it is not possible in AEM to assign such items a role. And as you know, we cannot remediate XFAs in Acrobat. This is a problem for WCAG 2.1 level AA compliance. Is this something that is coming in a future update?
Hi Everyone,We are currently developing sample components for the AEM Universal Editor. While editing works as expected on local using a local universal editor service, we are encountering issues on the Dev environment when switching to the Global Adobe-managed service endpoint.Specifically, we are seeing timeout and CORS errors related to the Universal Service, preventing the component from being configured. Since we are on AEM 6.5.23.we added all the domain in the cors policy configuration still we got the error.Has anyone successfully configured the global endpoint for AEM 6.5 ? Any insights would be appreciated.below is the tag added in the head.html<meta name="urn:adobe:aue:config:service" content="https://universal-editor-service.adobe.io"> ---pointing to globalfor local <meta name="urn:adobe:aue:config:service" content="https://localhost:8080"> ---pointing to local
We have a workflow that incorporates multiple rounds of reviews as tasks. We are trying to automate the closure of these tasks when rounds aren’t needed and approvals are obtained earlier than what we planned for. What I’m struggling with is the Parent Task status. Since the projects are set for the parent tasks to be a summary of the child tasks, when the child tasks are closed (status of not needed which equates with complete) the parent task is updated to Complete, which is ultimately fine but not the preference. We’d like it to update to “not needed,” which equates with Complete. Is there a way to edit this task status via Fusion? I’ve tried with a basic scenario without success, but not sure if there is any other option.
I'm looking for suggestions on how to handle the 10TB of assets from a vendor base to AEMaaCS. As the data is huge and confidential, no feasibility to involve any 3rd parties like tools/http calls etc. It should be cloud(like AWS/AZURE/GCP etc) to cloud(AEMaaCS). Please share inputs if anyone handled such use-cases or in and around the same, would be very much appreciated.
Hi - I’m trying to create a report that lumps together project/task logged hours vs all other time. Our project and task time is under the preset hour type of general so I can’t use that to build the report. I basically want to see a pie chart with 1 color lumping project/task time together and the other color references all other logged hours (general, sick, corp meetings, etc). Any ideas?
Is there a way in Workfront to have one report subscription e-mail contain more than one report? Thanks.Brent
I have multiple resources that have multiple roles within our organization. The resources are setup with three separate roles within the user settings, but when I try to report on the actual or planned hours per each specific role, the report is only returning the primary role. In addition, when assigning these users to the job role within the project, I am not getting a drop down list. Has anyone run into this before and do you have any suggestions on accurate reporting per job role? Thanks!Sue
Hi,I’m trying to attach a template to the project, and when I’m doing it via Web interface it attaches template and all templates tasks. But when I’m using API, it assigns a template but doesn’t create tasks from the template. .../attask/api/v21.0/proj/{PROJECT_ID}/attachTemplate body - {"templateID": "***"} I’ve tried a lot of variations for body, with "options": [], without, with "excludeTemplateTaskIDs": [] and without. Nothing helped. Is it possible to attach a template to the project and trigger template’s task creation?Thank you.
Hi everyone,I created a Customer AI instance where the goal is set to a specific event type. When I try to run the instance, it fails with the following error:Error Code: VALIDATION-400 NOT_ENOUGH_OBJECTIVERequire at least 50 users with qualifying events to build a model.I already have more than 50 users meeting the qualifying event criteria, but the instance is still not generating scores.Could someone please clarify what the actual minimum number of users required is to successfully generate scores? Also, are there any additional constraints or thresholds (such as training window requirements or minimum events per user) that must be met? Thanks in advance!
Hey, I’d have a need to exclude some attributes going from the hub to edge (profile). Suggested approach is to use data governance labels (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/data-governance/labels/reference). None of the ootb labels seem to be related to the edge case specifically. Anyone who have done this exercise and would know what labels to use?Attributes should still be usable for personalization cases that rely on data in the hub.

I am using AEM 6.5 (Cloud SDK) with the old Content Fragment editor view.In my Content Fragment Model, I configured a Fragment Reference field with the following settings: Render As: Multiple Field Min Number of Items: 2 Max Number of Items: 4 However, when I create a Content Fragment based on this model, I am still able to: Add only 1 referenced fragment Save the Content Fragment successfully Max items works as expected The system does not block the save operation even though the minimum number of items is set to 2.My Questions: Is this expected behavior in AEM 6.5 (classic/old editor)? Are Min/Max item constraints only UI-level guidance and not server-side enforced? Is there any way to strictly enforce the minimum item count without custom development? Does this behavior differ in the new Content Fragment Editor or in AEM as a Cloud Service? I also checked CRXDE under:/conf/wknd/settings/dam/cfm/models/wknd-content-fragment-modelThe minItems property is correctly set, b
We want to cap the amount of personalised offers that a user is seeing in the webpage. We used custom code channel. We created a campaign with a ranking formula and a decision policy. Inside the policy we added the frequency capping and set it to 3 displays per user per day. We followed this documentation:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer-learn/frequency-capping-in-ajod/enable-cappingWe enabled the itemId and the trackingTockens and we are properly sending and collecting those in the web page and Tags. All the info is reaching AEP, this is a display event.
