We are ingesting few subscribers from external system to AEP via batch ingestion. These subscribers do show up in an audience which gets created when you create a subscription list in AEP. However, the same subscribers are not visible at report level in AJO’s subscription list report. I wonder how this report can be populated as well.

The AJO Subscription List Report is populated only by subscription events processed through AJO’s subscription service. It is not a static count of profiles; it is an event-based report. It populates based on specific Experience Events that indicate a change in subscription status (an "Add" or "Remove" event)
Batch profile ingestion updates audience qualification but does not create subscription events, therefore does not populate the report.
