Setting up a forum for any additional questions that we didn’t get to as part of the Workfront Fusion Foundations: The Scenarios Every Beginner Should Know session. We’ll have Adobe Workfront Champions on deck to help answer 😀
If you’ve spent any time in Adobe Workfront, you know something to be true:The most powerful solutions don’t come from theory. They come from practitioners. They come from system admins who needed cleaner intake. From project managers who built smarter dashboards. From operations leaders who automated what used to take hours. From teams who refused to accept “that’s just how it works.”At WUG Central, we believe the real innovation in Adobe Workfront is happening inside your environments every single day — and in 2026, we want to spotlight it. Why We’re Asking for Your StoryThe Adobe Workfront community is strongest when we learn from real-world examples: How you structured Workfront Planning How you built a Fusion automation that eliminated manual work How you redesigned your Request Queue to improve intake How you created executive dashboards that finally told the right story How you’re experimenting with AI and workflow intelligence Or any configuration that materially impr

In some Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service environments, marketing campaign parameters (e.g., utm_source, utm_medium, utm_content, elq_cid) can bypass CDN and dispatcher caching. Since these parameters do not affect page rendering, requests are unnecessarily forwarded to AEM publish instances, increasing load and potentially impacting stability during campaign traffic. RecommendationConfigure the CDN to remove marketing query parameters so cacheable requests remain served at the edge. So, I have a scenario, We’ve more than 5000+ pdf and XDP to convert.we’re running on AEM on prem LTS. Has anyone here done something similar? As this is going to be a lot of configurations, implementations and then migration. I need some guidance on how to achieve it. I am closely following documentation and seems like it should be easier process after the right configuration. Configure the Automated Forms Conversion service (AFCS) | Adobe Experience Manager I appreciate the help or any more documentation, if we have it. I have search on AEM forums but, didn’t find anything yet.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Provide configuration in AEM as a Cloud Service to control or disable the default video preview rendition (cq5dam.preview.mp4) generated by the standard Asset Compute processing pipeline. Today, cq5dam.preview.mp4 is created automatically for all supported video assets as part of the default Asset Compute processing profile and cannot be turned off by customers. We need a supported way to: Disable this preview rendition entirely (per program/folder), or Constrain it by file size/duration/resolution, or Mark individual assets/folders as “do not generate preview MP4”. The main driver is to reduce time-to-publish for large live content where downstream workflows depend on the original master, not on an internal preview proxy. Use-case: Customers ingest very large, high‑resolution video masters (e.g. 1 to 15 GB 4K MOV files) into AEMaaCS Assets in near real time during live events (e.g. sports, automotive races, conc
Once Unified Experience is in place in our instance, are there any admin controls to change the icon menu view that users see? I see that Workfront Profile is now accessible from the account avatar. But the other menu icons and account links are very confusing and I would like to limit the user view to a lot of these. Is that possible? We tested with a non-admin user view in Unified Experience and the user sees a lot of information that isn't helpful to a non admin user.Thanks
I would like to create a Fusion scenario where, when a proof that is still pending a decision goes past the due date a notification can be automatically sent to the approver following up on a decision. We have a standard decision due date of 2 days. I've searched for quite a while with no success, maybe i overlooked something. Any assistance is appreciated.
Hello,We have an AEM integration in place with Adobe Target. We're encountering a replication error when publishing pages that contain activities. Saving the activities works fine—there are no errors, and the activities are successfully synced to the Target workspace. However, when we attempt to publish the page, we receive an error related to Goal Metrics.Please note that we don't require any tracking.Has anyone experienced this issue before? If so, what was the resolution? Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Hi Everyone, I am developing an AEM component on AEMaaCS instance (headful approach).I need to get content fragment data and display it on the page using the AEM component in headful architecture. I am using Sling model to make a call to graphql endpoint. I used Apache libraries HttpGet, CloseableHttpClient to make a GET call to graphql endpoint.The code works fine in local AEM instance but on AEMaaCS, it gives a "read timed out" error while making the graphql call. Any help in resolving this issue?
AEM Assets Content Hub serves as a centralised distribution hub for brand assets across marketing teams, agencies, and partners. It delivers fast search, curated collections, and governed asset delivery at scale. This blog explores how Content Hub’s extensibility model, powered by Adobe App Builder, enables organisations to embed custom workflows directly into the asset distribution experience. We’ll outline the business challenges and explain how extensibility works. Business Problem: Last-Mile Workflows in Content Hub For many organisations, Content Hub has become the go‑to portal for accessing brand assets across internal teams and external partners. While it excels at asset discovery and delivery, the “last mile” of work often happens outside the platform. Once an asset is found or downloaded, critical follow-up actions typically occur in disconnected systems, such as: Task and ticket creation in project management or IT systems Approvals in separate review tools Rights and us
Adobe’s next‑generation video player for AEM Dynamic Media marks a meaningful shift in how customers can understand and elevate video engagement. With faster load times, improved accessibility, and adaptive streaming built directly into the viewer, customers now have the foundation they need to truly measure—not assume—how audiences experience their video content.Key ConceptsDynamic Media video viewer Blog Link Video Engagement ReportThe ChallengeVideo has become one of the most powerful storytelling mediums, yet most organisations struggle to see what actually happens after someone hits play. Even strong video content can underperform when the experience surrounding it creates friction. Slow starts or buffering can discourage viewers within seconds. Playback inconsistencies across devices can distort engagement results. Many teams rely on simplistic metrics such as views, which offer little insight into whether the story resonated or where audiences disengaged. This is why improving t
In our Unlocking Content Hub Extensibility, we discussed the business value of extending AEM Content Hub. This technical guide outlines how developers can use Adobe App Builder to embed custom panels and workflows directly into the Content Hub UI. We will walk through a real-world implementation of an "Extend Expiry" integration. Overview Content Hub extensibility, powered by Adobe App Builder, allows developers to embed custom panels and workflows directly within Content Hub—bring business actions closer. Adobe App Builder is Adobe’s enterprise extensibility platform for building and deploying secure, scalable applications on Adobe-managed infrastructure. Core Capabilities: Custom React UIs rendered inside Content Hub Serverless backends via Adobe I/O Runtime Modern development workflows with CI/CD support Secure hosting and authentication managed by Adobe Zero infrastructure to maintain The Extension Point The primary extension point is the Asset Details extension. As brands expand into conversational channels like LINE, one of the biggest challenges is connecting anonymous messaging identities with known customer profiles. A user may chat on LINE, but your enterprise systems recognize them by email, phone number, or CRM ID.Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solves this using Identity Stitching — allowing you to merge disparate identifiers into a single Real-Time Customer Profile. When combined with LINE Login, this enables powerful, personalized engagement in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). In this blog, we’ll walk through a real-world technical approach to: Capturing the LINE User ID (Two Standard Approaches) Ingesting the LINE Id into AEP datasets How AEP Identity Stitching Works Activation in Adobe Journey Optimizer Capturing the LINE User ID (Two Standard Approaches) To message a user on LINE, you must obtain their stable LINE User ID. LINE provides two official methods, depending on where the interaction occurs.1) LINE Login — Web or Ext
Hey hey Workfronters!I’m working on bringing a new team into Workfront and need your advice/expertise. What’s the best way to set up a task with a varying duration?For example: Task A has a fixed date. Task C has a fixed date. Task B needs to start on Task A’s due date and finish on Task C’s start date. The duration will flux as the fixed dates are edited. I’ve tried various predecessors and duration types but nothing is quite giving me what I need.
@Sven-iX Here is my overdue response to this post, Workfront Boards GraphQL API Documentation. FYI I could not re-comment on the post so I am tagging you here. The problem I had with fusion automation and searching boards is the redundant number of operations used to search. I have found a way to reduce this to 4 operations.The body is filled with this query and based on an inspect I used on the Get Board module. I have added the portion below to it to reduce operations for searching in a scenario. There is a lot of irrelevant information in the call but I am too lazy to remove it. I start the scenario using a instant webhook with task status change and assignedToID = Desired user, I get the card information in the getBoard() query, then use iterator to make an array and filter via card obj id = taskID, then move the card to the columnID that I got in the getBoard() query. ADDED CODE:cards {\n id\n name\n connectedObject {\n objectId\n status\n }\n } BODY:{

Hello!I’ve hit a brick wall with something and hoping someone can help.I have a component that has a drag and drop container. The container’s resource super type is core/wcm/components/container/v1/containerI want to restrict the components that can be dragged onto this container to a sub set of those allowed on the page, but can’t find a way to do that. Note: This component is not fixed to a template. It is optional on the page and is itself dragged onto a page container at author time.Given it is not part of the template, I can’t use the template editor to set a policy to restrict components (that I can see). Essentially I’m stuck will allowing the set of components defined at page template level.Is there a way to achieve this in Touch UI projects?I recall this was easy in Classic UI projects, but not so much with Touch UI and editable templates.Any help would be appreciated (Generative AI is no help - constantly hallucinating)

I created two versions of the same email: One using the old editor, built from my own custom template with HTML compiled from MJML One using the new WYSIWYG Email Designer The version built in the old editor is roughly half the size of the new one. With the new editor, I’m constantly hitting Gmail’s 100 KB clipping limit and having emails cut off, even when the visible content is minimal.What’s especially confusing is fragment behavior. When I update a fragment to delete content, the email actually gets larger, sometimes by 30 KB or more. From what I can tell, fragment updates are appending duplicate CSS and redundant markup instead of removing it.I’ve seen mentions that the old editor may be sunset in 2026, and I’m about to build a new nurture program. I’m concerned about being forced onto the new editor when it’s already difficult to keep emails under Gmail’s size limit.Am I missing something here, or are others seeing the same behavior with the new editor?
As a Principal Product Manager on Adobe’s Digital Employee Experience team, I focus on understanding and meeting enterprise content needs across Adobe—using Adobe products to do it. My team runs and operates our internal Content Hub, and we truly drink our own champagne by acting as Customer Zero.
