For those that bill the hours entered on a project, how do you handle when a resource works overtime on the project to get the actual cost of those hours on the project? For example - if an hourly resource with a cost of $20.00 / Hour works 10 hours on a project, with 2 of those hours being overtime, how do you get the actual cost to be $220, rather than $200. I'm hoping someone has a "solution" for this that they have been using and will share.  Thanks, Alex

I have a graphql persisted query that pulls the content from AEM via graphql. When I change a content and publish, the updated content is shown in response body but the last-modified response header isn't updated reflect the content modified date

Would like to report on an Email Performance and know how the smart lists performed for that email. Example:Email Program Awithin the Program there is only 1 email - Email Athis is sent to 3 separate smart lists Smart list #1: 10 membersSmart list #2: 20 membersSmart list #3: 100 members*Already considering - cloning the email and using smart campaigns to send but that would be a lot considering the number of smart lists we haveAlso, filtering by smart list is currently not available with the Email Performance report, so I am interested in learning how others in the community are addressing this. Thank you!   

Campaigns deliver using UI editor are supposed to render automatically in web (I checked box in Rules in the Web SDK). Something in my demo environment does not work and I use Non Visual editor in web campaign and wrote sample script with console.logWhy this was not pushed to console?Its the response from Edge Do you have any hints ?

Hello! We are beginning to roll out component based authoring for quarterly product commentary using Workfront custom forms vs emails and word doc attachments. Does anyone have a creative solution tracking changes to the text being authored as its being edited prior to submitting to the DAM for publishing?

We get Segment Data (1 file) from source containing: studentEmail, studentLibEnrolStatus, studentDepartment, studentDepartmentHead, studentDepartmentEmail2. If students have enrolled to library (studentLibEnrolStatus), we need to send them welcome email3. If students have NOT enrolled to library (studentLibEnrolStatus), we need to 'conslidate' all such students and send notification email to the DepartMentHead; it has to be 1 email mentioning all those students whose enrollment is still pending.4. Segment files flows throughout the day, every 1 hour and we need to send this consilidated email at the end of the every day.5. We could start with query activity, but need guidance about possiblity of above use case to send a 'consolidated' email, at the end of the day.

The last time I looked, the only instructions I found just said to download the ZIP file from the CRXDE, make changes, and reupload the ZIP file. There were no instructions on how to pick an output option from within the list of outputs, not how to copy the output files into a folder (similar to how the Native PDF Publishing does it) so that you can make incremental changes to the default outputs until you got to what you wanted, etc. For example, I am going to need to generate a tri-pane Windows help file eventually. I know the DITA-OT has such an output because we used it in SDL. Do any instructions exist to help me implement such an output within AEM Guides? And whatever happened to that default ePub output that never worked? It is still listed in the Output Presets in the Folder Profiles, but seems to have disappeared from the selectable default outputs.

Hi all,  Has anyone tried setting up Technical Account Id to run scheduled query in query services AEP? This a recommended approach by Adobe rather than owning queries by individual users. In case where an user's role changes or account is deactivated, the scheduled query would fail to run.  There is documentation but it doesn't appear very clear to me. Any help/recommendation will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sambit
