Lazy Loading in Workspace Adobe Analytics

Recently, Adobe Analytics workspace seems to have implemented “lazy loading” so data points only show when I am looking at them on screen, and need to reload as I scroll up or down. How can I turn this OFF? I need to be able to search the report quickly using the web browser’s Find function, but with Lazy Loading, this is impossible for hundreds of rows.

Exporting the report to PDF is not an option as I use the hover function to manually view URLs that are too long for the table, and I manually add URL rows when I am assessing the tracking data. This seems like something that Adobe DID NOT need to fix, at least in my use case…

How can I turn off Lazy Loading, or ensure that all rows of the workspace are loaded at once?

I think this would be a question to Client Care… I doubt there is any client facing option to change the rendering mode…

A while back, only “specific people” in an org could contact Client Care.. I am not sure if that is still the case.

However, if you do have the “Support” tab at the top of Experience League, you can see if you can open a ticket with Client Care… if you don’t have the tab, or can’t open a ticket, you may need to reach out to your Org Admin…

If you are the admin, and you can’t open a ticket, I believe there is a role in the Admin Console for “Support Administrator”, which you may have to add to your account.

Good Luck!
