Description - The Task Summary is available when looking at tasks in a project and is really useful for allowing team members to comment and interact with tasks. It would be great if this feature was available in reports. This way you could get this useful feature when managing work across projects. Why is this feature important to you - when reviewing work the task summary is useful because users do not need to click into the task (and away from the task view) to comment or see key details. This makes it easier for our team to do work. How would you like the feature to work - transpose the Task Summary and make it available on reports with tasks. Current Behaviour - Task summary only available when viewed in a project

Hi all,I need to conditionally exclude some fields from the auto-generated DOR through code. Nothing I’ve tried to program is working. Please, how can I emulate in code what the “Exclude From Document Of Record” checkbox does? It works correctly when I use the UI checkbox, but if I try to do it via code in the Value Commit event, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried things like:field.dorExclude = true; field.excludeFromDoR = true; field.dorExclude = true…but none of it works. Thanks in advance for your help!Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Workfront used to offer Bootcamp trainings for Admin and Fusion for a fee. Now I am only seeing “Manage Connections and Workflows in Adobe Workfront Fusion” offered OnDemand but it requires an Enterprise Learning Subscription. Are the bootcamps no longer offered?
When I am working on Adobe another website automatically opens called Adobe Genuine Service, that tells me my Adobe is not genuine and I should buy from this website. While in fact I have a licensed version. I am not able to block the link since it says adobe.com
Hi!!Since late december 25, beginning january 26, we have noticed a spike in Direct / Bookmarked traffic and a drop in SEO. The only reason we could find was that the spike corresponds to an update to iOS 26.We can see clearly the impact iOS had on the dropping of SEO and the rise of Direct. We investigated with other markets / projects / clients, and this does not happen in their results - it is occurring only on this specific project in Spain. The only hypothesis we have is that the iOS update is affecting Adobe and is including visits from iOS 26 as Direct rather than SEO.Is there a way to correct this?
I am trying to build a custom widget for external links in a new content fragment editor RTE and store those values into an anchor tag. I have tried both the options to use getwidget and getcustombutton options, but looks like the getcustombutton options is deprecated. I am able to run the build with my custom code using getwidget function and don’t see any errors in the console logs. Also, I don’t see an option to view the pop-up using the curly brace option. Can someone help me with the limitations with extensibility options?
1) Is event depth metric incremented if same page is visited twice in the same session ? I believe No, but wanted to double confirm.2) Event depth is basically the count of Unique pageView, or does it follow any real order of pageViews to measure the depth ?3) Event depth works based on eventType but all digital clickstream data would have same pageView as eventType, in that case how does it calculate the eventDepth ?
Hello, We are wondering why Adobe Campaign Classic adds extra fields when querying the database, and whether we can change this behaviour? In a typology rule, we search the nmsDelivery table for specific rows by selecting the relevant expressions, operators and values (joined with nmsOperation). The query box allows us to view the “Corresponding SQL query”. In the query we see, there is no mention of selecting mData, yet when Adobe Campaign Classic queries the database whilst this typology rule is applied, it retrieves the mData information for the nmsDelivery table, which increases the load on the database and, with concurrent processes, can cause errors. Hence my question: why does Adobe Campaign Classic use this additional field? Is it possible to change this behaviour to reduce the load on the database? Kind regards,
Good morning! I was curious if anyone has conducted any proof of concept testing with AJO MCP connecter (currently testing with Claude) and what use cases you are finding helpful?
Has anyone implemented a solution to ingest assets from a Google Cloud Storage (GCS) bucket into AEM Assets that works across both AEM 6.5 AMS and AEM as a Cloud Service? We're looking for an approach that is portable between the two platforms and avoids maintaining separate ingestion solutions.I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with:GCS → AEM asset ingestion architectures Custom services, middleware, ETL tools, or Adobe-supported integrations Metadata mapping and updates during ingestion Incremental synchronization of new or changed assets Patterns that are compatible with both AMS and AEMaaCS Lessons learned, challenges, or recommendationsIf you've solved a similar use case, what approach did you take and would you recommend it today? Thanks in advance for sharing your experience.

Hello! I have a scenario that has stopped working as intended on proofs. It shows no errors within the scenario so I know it’s active and running, but it doesn’t do what it used to and I’m a novice at Fusion so I can’t seem to figure out what’s happened. Anyone know a good resource to use to troubleshoot?
Currently I can pull bot name as a dimension and bot pageviews as a metric in Analysis Workspace. And I can pull IP address or user agent in Data Warehouse. But I can't pull bot name or bot pageviews in Data Warehouse and I can't pull IP address or user agent in Analysis Workspace (at least out of the box) and breakdown bot name by IP. I would love the ability in either Workspace or Warehouse, (but ideally both), to be able to breakdown bot name by IP address/user agent, but right now there's not a great way to do that.Customer care confirmed this was the case. Here's a brief summary of our discussion for future references:You were looking to pull out bot reports in Data Warehouse. I informed you that its not possible as bots are excluded from the reporting. The Bot reports are only available in the Workspace and that too, separate from rest of the report suite data. Further, you wanted to enquire if its possible to pull out Bot Reports with IP Address or User Agent. Un
Hi Everyone,I'm currently unable to access Adobe Experience League Premium Learning. Whenever I try to log in, I receive the following error message:"Unable to sign you in. Something went wrong while signing you in. Please try again." Has anyone else encountered this problem recently?
Recently I had several users ask me why the Mentions widget was not showing all of the comments in which they were tagged, and I realized that replies to threads do not get brought to the top of the widget. As a result, if someone is using the widget to track conversations (which, ostensibly, is one of the main purposes of the widget), they could very easily lose track of updates. It would be nice if the users could sort their mentioned comments by Original Post Date, Last Updated, Object status, etc. or barring that, if new replies at least caused older threads to be brought to the top.
I’m preparing for an interview and would love to speak with someone who uses Adobe GenStudio for end-to-end program setup and workflow optimization, from planning and content creation through approvals, activation, and reporting.Would anyone be open to a 20–30 minute call to share how you’re using it in practice? I’d really appreciate it.Please feel free to email me: jasminekokphuikuan@gmail.com Thank you!
Hi. I have a Fusion scenario that take a document, creates a proof, and adds reviewers and approvals. Over the last month, we have been experiencing inconsistent behavior with the createProof module found under Misc Action > Document. Proofs are failing to generate automatically. However, when we go back and do it manually it works. Nothing new has changed in our scenario. I was wondering if anyone has noticed similar behaviors and what you were able to do to address? Thanks!
It would be extremely helpful to be able to make choices able to be hidden per form, so you don't have to make an entirely new field when you want to adapt existing fields to different forms. This would allow us to create fewer fields and reuse the ones we have.
As a Principal Product Manager on Adobe’s Digital Employee Experience team, I focus on understanding and meeting enterprise content needs across Adobe—using Adobe products to do it. My team runs and operates our internal Content Hub, and we truly drink our own champagne by acting as Customer Zero. In a previous post, I shared how we create Branded Experiences with Experience Manager Content Hub and AEM Sites. In this post, I share how we utilized an early access, UI Extensibility feature in Content Hub to enable assets that have restricted licenses, to be requested--thus expanding potential opportunities for asset reuse, which reduces costs and makes better use of our original content creation. Key Concepts Digital Rights Management: see this DRM post for a great overview of what’s new in DRM UI Extensibility: Content Hub supports UI extensibility (currently in Limited Availability), which enables the addition of custom UI components to the Content Hub UI for specific workflows and bu
Description - Home team and home group names should be available fields for reporting in addition to home team and group IDs. Text mode should not have to be used to create views with group and team names. Why is this feature important to you - Home team and group association are extremely important for effective reporting. Our leadership team is relying on Workfront to understand what is happening within their remits, and what teams/groups have upcoming, current, and overdue tasks. No one is able to identify what the team/group is by the ID. Reports are supposed to be clear and concise, which is why actual names should be made available instead of IDs How would you like the feature to work - Home team and group names should be available fields for all applicable reports without using text mode. Current Behaviour - Only IDs are available; no one is able to identify what the group/team is by a "random" group of letters and numbers.
Curious how enterprise AEM Cloud teams are evolving Content Fragment modeling strategies as AI-driven personalization and multi-channel delivery become more common.Historically, many content models were designed primarily around page rendering and headless delivery needs. But with increasing AI-assisted content generation and dynamic experience orchestration, the modeling requirements seem to be changing rapidly.Interested in perspectives around:reusable fragment design metadata strategy AI-friendly taxonomy structures personalization scalability GraphQL performance considerations and governance for large content ecosystemsWould love to hear how teams are preparing their content architecture for more AI-driven experience delivery models.

In a workflow I set a variable, e.g. vars.contentId, in a Content Management activity. In a typology rule (JavaScript) I need this value, but vars.contentId is not available there.Questions:Can a typology rule access vars.xxx from the workflow if that value is not stored on the delivery (i.e. not mapped to a delivery attribute)? If not, is it possible to add a script field on the delivery Advanced tab that would be able to read vars.xxx, or do scripts there also run only in the delivery context (no vars)? What is the recommended way to pass a workflow variable into a typology rule?
we have +60 languages to select but many times we just need some of them and we always know it is around 22 as exampleI could be really cool with a kind of counter of selected language, to help us verify if we have selected the right amount of languages
