Is it? Its not explained in the documentation

    ​@Michael_Soprano Yes, it depends on the setup.

    If the customer already has RCS enabled through their Sinch contract, then no additional AJO add-on is typically needed.

    For Adobe’s newer native RCS channel capabilities, there are RCS add-on SKUs required.

    The public docs currently focus more on configuration than licensing, which is why this is not very clearly explained.
