Hi team,I am trying to upload password protected PDFs and I am seeing error once pdf is uploaded. Does AEM supports password protected PDFs? If no, do we have any pipeline to enable this feature? 

I have a client that is letting me know that the sync between Marketo engage and SFDC reports some errors leaving the leads with empty fields on SFDC, so she's unable to assign them to the sales team. What I don’t understand is how is it possible the leads get synced in SFDC when those fields are marked as mandatory to fill on the forms on LPs in Marketo. Anyone experienced any similar discrepancy in this process?

We are ingesting few subscribers from external system to AEP via batch ingestion. These subscribers do show up in an audience which gets created when you create a subscription list in AEP. However, the same subscribers are not visible at report level in AJO’s subscription list report. I wonder how this report can be populated as well.Do share insights on this.Thanks!

Hi Community,In Adobe Journey Optimizer, the Journey Canvas (Dry Run view) visually shows a step‑by‑step waterfall of customers moving through the journey (percentages and absolute counts at each node), as seen in the attached image.What I’m looking for is the same dry‑run waterfall data, but in a tabular format (for example): Waterfall report Starting audience count 100 After Standard supresssions 80 Suppress contract A 75 Suppress Opt outs 65 Final count 65 Segment A 35 Segment B 30  Is there any way to:View this journey canvas waterfall numerically in AJO Reports, Access it via Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Export / download this dry‑run journey data (e.g., Excel)?If this is not supported natively, are there any recommended workarounds to recreate this tabular waterfall from AJO/AEP data?Thanks in advance! 

We have an operation program, sending confirmation email having confirmation link redirecting to Marketo Landing page. But for some people (~30), we have visit webpage activity registered in the activity log but no link click activity. And I’m not sure what could be the reason! For that I had to add both the triggers in data change campaign- confirmation link clicked and thankyou landing page visited. But we are planning to move from Marketo’s LP to external one, hence, afraid of removing visit webpage trigger from the campaign. (want to rely on clicked link trigger only ) Sharing some screenshots for example-  -link click is there for some but the link is Instagram link (or some other) not the landing page link  Do share if you have any idea that can help. It is my understanding that Marketing Channels is a waterfall, and each Visit will fall into ONLY one Marketing Channel, from the Marketing Channel rules. All Mktg Channels have the override checked - EXCEPT for Direct and Session Refresh (Internal Referrers). Is there something that needs to be changed here so that the Processing Rules only allow 1 Last Touch Marketing Channel per visit?

My data has a dimension called ExpiryDate. I’ve created Date Ranges like “Upcoming 3 months”, “Upcoming 12 months”. I’d like to create a report showing the number of Customers whose expiry date will be in each of those date ranges. I’ve tried using a simple freeform table with ExpiryDate as the dimension and People metric filtered by Date Range, with unexpected results. In our local systems, we can query our source data accordingly. Any ideas how to approach this with a CJA project?Date Range People Customers with ExpiryDate in Upcoming 3 Months 10,000 Customers with ExpiryDate in Upcoming 12 Months 25,000

Hi team, I need to confirm the evaluation logic for Audience-based Exit Criteria in Adobe Journey Optimizer.Scenario:Entry: Recurring Read Audience (Daily). Exit Criteria: Audience "Profiles who have already received Email 1."Question: Does the exit criteria evaluate the historical state of the profile at the moment of entry?Specifically: If a profile is already a member of the Exit Audience (due to past data) the second they enter the journey, will they exit immediately before hitting the first action node? Or does the exit criteria only "listen" for profiles who become members while already inside the journey?Thanks!

We have desktop-only version of AEM Forms Designer 6.5.21. We save and publish forms as static and Reader-extended PDFs only. We need to tag graphic elements - circles, illustrations, icons - as artefacts, but it is not possible in AEM to assign such items a role. And as you know, we cannot remediate XFAs in Acrobat. This is a problem for WCAG 2.1 level AA compliance. Is this something that is coming in a future update?

Hi Everyone,We are currently developing sample components for the AEM Universal Editor. While editing works as expected on local using a local universal editor service, we are encountering issues on the Dev environment when switching to the Global Adobe-managed service endpoint.Specifically, we are seeing timeout and CORS errors related to the Universal Service, preventing the component from being configured. Since we are on AEM 6.5.23.we added all the domain in the cors policy configuration still we got the error.Has anyone successfully configured the global endpoint for AEM 6.5 ? We have a workflow that incorporates multiple rounds of reviews as tasks. We are trying to automate the closure of these tasks when rounds aren’t needed and approvals are obtained earlier than what we planned for. What I’m struggling with is the Parent Task status. Since the projects are set for the parent tasks to be a summary of the child tasks, when the child tasks are closed (status of not needed which equates with complete) the parent task is updated to Complete, which is ultimately fine but not the preference. We’d like it to update to “not needed,” which equates with Complete. Is there a way to edit this task status via Fusion? I’ve tried with a basic scenario without success, but not sure if there is any other option.  

I'm looking for suggestions on how to handle the 10TB of assets from a vendor base to AEMaaCS. As the data is huge and confidential, no feasibility to involve any 3rd parties like tools/http calls etc. It should be cloud(like AWS/AZURE/GCP etc) to cloud(AEMaaCS). Please share inputs if anyone handled such use-cases or in and around the same, would be very much appreciated.

I see this question asked several times over the past 10 years but not recently. Does Adobe Analytics have a built in or browser extension providing heatmap overlays per page? I’ve tried the “Activity Map” but can’t get it to work. Before I circle back with my enterprise admin, does anyone have a visual example of this working? We also use Quantum Metrics but their heatmapping is very buggy. It occurred to me that since it’s 2026 Adobe may have come up with their own way for users to quickly visualize consolidated user activity on a page in a visual format. Anyone seen this in action?I found this user’s DIY instructions and a few posts asking but getting 3rd party suggestions, but again, they are years old. Hoping for some progress toward a feature or a more reliable relationship with QM?  

Hi - I’m trying to create a report that lumps together project/task logged hours vs all other time. Our project and task time is under the preset hour type of general so I can’t use that to build the report. I basically want to see a pie chart with 1 color lumping project/task time together and the other color references all other logged hours (general, sick, corp meetings, etc).  Any ideas?

Is there a way in Workfront to have one report subscription e-mail contain more than one report?Thanks.Brent
