Hello, we’re in the process of exploring the web channel and looking into the configuration. I read the documentation and if I’m understanding the pages matching rule section correctly, you can use it to include multiple webpages and the web experiences you create for that channel will be applied to all those pages. My question is, what if the pages that qualify for the rules have very different layouts?Examples:You’re creating a web experience in a journey and the default page you are shown while in visual designer has a banner at the top, and you change that banner. What happens to pages that don’t have a banner at the top? The default page you’re editing has a 2 column layout with a right-rail component. You change that component. What happens to pages that don’t have that component and is only 1 column?Would the pages with different components or layouts from the default just break?

Hello Community - I'm hoping to get a better understanding of what makes "Tags" tick.   I have past experience with Adobe Tag Manager, DTM and now Tags. I have experience with GTM and Tealium. Tealium has a document called "order of operations" which explains internal prioritization of the load rules, extensions, tags, etc. I've not found the equivalent for "Tags" (or Launch).  The real question I have at this point is, are there some things which get cleaned out of Custom Code sections (either in events or rules) during the library build process?  I've added lines and lines of code with console.log statements and such and it simply disappears from the library or never gets executed (ignored?) when testing on a site.  Last, what's the story with trigger() ?  Is there any limit to where and when it can be used ?  Thanks for reading and I look forward to replies!

Hi,Created Data stream for AA [1] and another datastream for AT[2], now in the tag  properties updated AEP extension to set the datastream to [1].Within the rules, created one rule for AT - library loaded- send event - checked the include render propositions and checked the render visual personalization decisions with send display event - unchecked. The datastream override is done here to point to [2].Now for the AA rule - Only AA tracking is done -  on on load events - and unchecked the include render propositions and unchecked the render visual personalization decisions with send display event - unchecked. The datastream override is NOT done here and points to [1]. AA reporting seems to occur but Adobe target does not get the reporting . We have no a4t provisioned. @bjoern__koth 

I’m integrating Coveo with AEM 6.5.23, and I want to make sure that my AEM page metadata and cq:tags are properly indexed in Coveo.I can crawl the content using the Coveo web connector, but I’m not sure how to:Expose custom metadata fields (like cq:tags) from AEM to Coveo.Map those fields in the Coveo index.Has anyone set up field mapping for AEM metadata in Coveo? A sample configuration or mapping JSON would be really helpful. Regards,Karishma.

Hi, is there any way to show the issue’s status for a user inside the issue view but block it for the user to not be able to change it, just show the field but block it ? i tried through the layout template but you either remove it completely or show it.thanks,Bianca

Hello Everyone, Added datasetLookup Activity in the journey with name “MyDatasetLookUpActivity” and other configurations are set up properly as per here . https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/about-journey-building/dataset-lookup#:~:text=Use%20enriched%20data%20in%20the,Push%2C%20SMS%2C%20etc.) However, when you use the below syntax to fetch the attribute through the look up syntax defined in the above document (sample syntax added below) in the Advanced Expression editor. It is Throwing Dataset look up not found error in the screen.@datasetLookup{MyDatasetLookUpActivity.entity._partner.loyaltyTier} == 'Platinum'  Anyone faced this issue?  Note the schema and dataset has been configured properly and works fine when you Email Personalization editor syntax. 

Hello guys,I finished the setup for EDS with Google Docs and it works like a charm.Next step was to setup EDS with an AEM Cloud Instance. Hi Team , Problem Statement :I’m trying to create interaction buckets in Marketo based on the most recent engagement (email open or click) so we can segment audiences based on how recently they interacted with our emails. The buckets I’m aiming to build are:0–30 days, 31–60, 61–90, 91–120, 121–150, 151–180, 181–210, 211–240, and 241–540 days.The goal is to identify how long it has been since a contact last engaged with us and use these segments for follow-up or re-engagement email campaigns. Current Approach :I created filters using email open and click activities within specific date ranges. However, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies. For example, some records that opened or clicked within the last 30 days are appearing in the 121–150 day bucket.This makes me think I might not be structuring the activity filters or AND/OR logic correctly, or that multiple open/click activities may be affecting the results. What I’m Considering :I have creating a custom field called “Interaction Bucket

Hello everyone,I am currently trying to understand how schema relationships work in Adobe Experience Platform. Specifically, I am looking at the example involving Loyalty Members (Profile class) and Hotels (Reference schema).My Scenario: I have established a relationship where the "Loyalty Members" schema (Source) points to the "Hotels" schema (Reference) via a preferredHotel field. Both schemas are enabled for Profile. I want to create an audience to segment all hotels where petsAllowed is True. My Question: When I export this audience to a Destination, can I export the attributes of the Loyalty Member profiles (likepersonalEmail.address or name) that are linked to those qualified hotels?If this is possible, how should I configure the Mapping in the Destination to ensure the Profile data is sent even though the segment criteria are based on the Reference Schema?References: Documentation Tutorial: Define a Relationship Between Two Schemas Using the Schema Editor | Adobe Experience

Hello, I noticed a problem that this documentaiton page exists https://developers.adobetarget.com/api but when I try accessing it, it redurects to https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target-dev/developer/api/admin-api/admin-api-overview. The orogonal page has content which is helpful, but I can noot read it because of the redirection. Is it broken ?

Could you please clarify whether merge policies (such as Dataset Precedence and Timestamp Ordered) are applicable to Account profiles in B2B implementations, similar to how they are applied for customer/person profiles in Adobe Experience Platform?Specifically, I would like to understand if merge policies control how data is prioritized or combined when multiple datasets contribute attributes to the same Account profile, just like they do for customer profiles.Any clarification or documentation reference would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, for a very long period we are missing data from H&M Aggregated Rewards Followup. Also even we select country of origin we receive multiple rewards from other countries as well, while I cannot find rewards that our live in our countries.

I'd appreciate any official confirmation or real-world validation of what I've outlined below.Our Setup:We have a Global Rule Set (channel domain) with two active email rules:Daily Email Limit: 1 email per dayWeekly Email Limit: 3 emails per weekOur journey is a Read Segment (batch) with the following structure:Email 1 → 10-Day Wait → Email 2My Understanding of the Behaviour:When a profile enters the journey and hits the daily or weekly cap at Email 1, the message is skipped but the profile continues moving through the journey canvas — it is not ejected. How come I can only add dependecies on certain metrics in the Goals & Settings? I have three metrics. One of them is a conversion metric tracking pageviews. I don’t want it to track unless another success metric has been reached and when I select advanced settings, I have the option to click which one. However, I have another metric where I am tracking clicks. I want to set the exact same dependency to this metric but the drop down isn’t available: 

The Shopify Order_Line_Items table is missing a timestamp field needed to schedule a dataflow connection to pull in order details that relate order and products from Shopify into AEP. I was able to schedule data connections for the Orders and Customers tables. However, the Order_Line_Items table is needed to tie the products to the orders. Without this timestamp field we cannot use this Shopify connector.

Recently, Adobe Analytics workspace seems to have implemented “lazy loading” so data points only show when I am looking at them on screen, and need to reload as I scroll up or down. How can I turn this OFF? I need to be able to search the report quickly using the web browser’s Find function, but with Lazy Loading, this is impossible for hundreds of rows. Exporting the report to PDF is not an option as I use the hover function to manually view URLs that are too long for the table, and I manually add URL rows when I am assessing the tracking data. This seems like something that Adobe DID NOT need to fix, at least in my use case… How can I turn off Lazy Loading, or ensure that all rows of the workspace are loaded at once?

Running into an intermittent issue with Adobe Analytics click tracking in Safari I'm using Adobe Launch (_satellite) for analytics tracking, and when users click a button that triggers a page refresh/navigation, the analytics hits aren't consistently being recorded in Safari.The issue is intermittent, which makes it particularly tricky to debug.I added the 100ms timeout specifically for Safari click tracking issues, but the problem persists intermittently. The_satellite library is available and loading fine The issue seems to be that the analytics tracking beacon doesn't complete before the page refreshes 100ms timeout isn't consistently reliable Any Safari-specific considerations I should be aware of?

During implementation, we encountered a limitation in the API design that affects our use case.In Reporting API 2.0, data retrieval is based on dimensions (descriptive attributes such as customer ID, date, page) and metrics (calculated measures such as pageviews and visits). The API always returns aggregated results based on the dimensions provided.Our requirement is to ingest historical data at the lowest possible granularity (near event-level) and/or perform daily loads. To achieve this, we would need to include multiple dimensions (e.g., date, customer ID, page). However, the API processes breakdowns by sending separate requests for each combination of dimensions if we want all dimensions and metrics in a single table.Example: 50 days 30 customers 10 pages This would result in 50 × 30 × 10 = 15,000 API requests.Given this structure, the API appears not scalable for hi

I’m trying use velocity scripting to hide an Image placeholder when the Img Src is not populated. The Img Src that populated the image is referencing a PMCF Field. So IF the PMCF field is not generated via API, I want to be able to hide the image placeholder in Marketo is no longer visible when sent a sample.I tried using the below but still fairly new to velocity script.
