Adobe Stock license report

What options exist today to identify which users are licensing and downloading Adobe Stock assets at the individual level across our enterprise, including assets that appear in reporting without an associated user name? (not directly related to AEM but I don’t see any groups about Stock specifically)

We  require auditing and user-level attribution for stock asset usage, and the current Admin Console reporting does not appear to provide this consistently
