Issue with Scheduled Excel Reports in New Report Builder

Hi,

We have scheduled Excel reports using Adobe Report Builder. Recently, we migrated these reports to the new Report Builder, and we were receiving the reports successfully through the new Report Builder until yesterday.

However, we did not receive the reports today. I checked the Report Builder and noticed a “Delivery Error” status. It also shows that the workbook was sent, but we have not received it yet.

Could you please let me know if there is any known issue with the new Report Builder or advise us on how to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your help.

Hi, I had the same issue…

I am going to open a ticket with client care, I suggest you do the same.

When you do, you should provide them the Schedule ID, which you can get from the Workbooks tab… you will have to add the column:

Just a note, depending on the number of columns the ID might be cut off… changing the width of the Report Builder window doesn’t seem to affect that column width… you may have to hide a few columns to get the full value. There’s also no copy/paste option, but you can right click and “inspect”, then you can copy the value from the HTML code….

I have received a response from Client Care:

We completely understand the challenges you’ve been experiencing with report deliveries across multiple organizations and acknowledge the impact this has caused.

We had already escalated this to our Product Engineering team, and they have now deployed a fix to address the issue. Following the deployment at approximately 13:40 UTC, new files should no longer get stuck.

There may still be some previously impacted files in the existing queue. These should gradually clear as the backlog is processed, and you should begin receiving them accordingly.

We’ll continue to keep a close watch on this.

Looks like they had already found the issue and have deployed a fix. Tomorrow’s reports should be good, but you may have to resend today’s manually.
