We are looking to utilize the headless Adaptive form to display the form on an external React SPA. As i understand JSON representation of the form is targeted at /content so it includes the validations, patterns, field limits etc that we configure at component level and that stay under the /content node. But in case of complex requirements, where i need to write my own JS functions, this wont work as client libs will never be sent back through the API. Are there any alternatives to do this ? how flexible is the rule editor in handling a little to medium complex validations. Example, an API call that needs to be made on field select, SSN masking, Prevent future date from being picked etc.

Airtable has deprecated API keys in favor of Personal Access Tokens for some time now and PAT are the recommended way to connect through the Airtable API. https://airtable.com/developers/web/api/authenticationI am requesting that Fusion allow connections to Airtable using a PAT rather than Client ID / Secret and OAuth login. We currently have a technical email account setup with access to Airtable but due to our companies Entra policies this account cannot login through SSO to Airtable. Because of this I cannot get through the login screen to grant access to Airtable when setting up a connection in Fusion. I can however have a PAT setup from our system admin of Airtable for this account. Please add the ability to use a PAT when setting up an Airtable connection using the standard out of the box Airtable connector.
Let’s keep the conversation and the questions going on the new Unified Approval. What other questions do people have? What are you excited about with Unified Approvals. I will get the recording and the slides uploaded here shortly.
Creating multilingual digital experiences is now a baseline expectation. Yet anyone who has worked with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knows the reality — traditional translation workflows are slow, expensive, and often lack flexibility. Curious to explore a better way, I experimented with building an AI-powered translation workflow in AEM. The goal was simple: use GenAI models like GPT/Claude4 to translate complete AEM pages automatically with accuracy, structure, and context intact.Beyond speed and accuracy, this approach is highly cost-effective: it eliminates per-word licensing, recurring connector fees, and heavy platform dependencies. You pay only for what you translate — around $10–20 per million characters — saving significant costs compared to third-party services, while gaining the flexibility to switch between AI models rather than being locked to a single vendor. What started as a personal project ended up becoming a highly promising alternative to traditional localization.h
Hello, Recently tried to enable AEM form core components following this guide: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/forms/adaptive-forms-core-components/enable-adaptive-forms-core-components Everything ok till try to edit the template blank-af-v2. Greetings, I would like to create conditional loop behavior in my AEM workflow. I have found two possible implementations in the documentation, but am having trouble getting either to work. The first method would be to use the built in 'GoTo' step. However, I want the loop to execute conditionally based upon the value of a variable that must be calculated on the server. My idea was to generate this value in a custom workflow process immediately before the 'GoTo' step and then pass the value to the 'GoTo'. However, I have been unable to find a way to successfully pass the variable such that it will be visible in the 'GoTo' step's ECMA script. Please let me know if there is a way to do this. The second method is to use the com.adobe.granite.workflow.exec.Route API. When attempting to use this however, the workflow steps do no execute in the order I expected. Consider the following workflow diagram: Under my test cas

As organizations grow, so does the complexity of onboarding, training, and supporting users. What works for a small pilot team often breaks down at scale. That’s where Adobe Workfront Blueprints and Project Templates can provide structure, consistency, and speed. In this session, we’ll explored how Workfront can drive the engine for training and enablement, powered by Blueprints and shared ideas for: Designing scalable training paths for different roles and maturity levels Organizing enablement projects, content, and documentation in one system Using onboarding workflows to reinforce adoption through real work Tailoring Blueprints to fit enterprise governance and operating models Learning from multiple approaches, because enablement is never one-size-fits-all If you weren’t able to attend live — or want to revisit any part of the session — you can access everything below: Slide Deck Webinar Recording We’d love to keep the conversation going here in the community. If you feel comfortable navigating Marketo Measure basics, this next set of resources is for you! Assuming you understand core concepts like touchpoints, attribution models, and standard reporting, it’s time to go deeper — refining your data, strengthening reporting accuracy, and expanding how the platform supports your business decisions. At this stage, success is less about learning what Marketo Measure is and more about optimizing how it works for you. That means understanding the difference between Buyer Touchpoints and Buyer Attribution Touchpoints, implementing thoughtful suppression rules, validating channel mappings in Salesforce, ensuring revenue and spend data are configured correctly, and leveling up your reporting across both Discover and Salesforce. You’ll also explore advanced topics like custom attribution models, sales activities attribution, dynamic field behavior, ABM capabilities, and strategic use of key fields for more sophisticated analysis. These resources are d
If you’re new to Marketo Measure and looking for a curated list of resources to help you get started, you’re in the right place 😀 Getting up to speed can feel overwhelming as there are plenty of help articles, documentation, and training materials available, but not all of them are essential when you’re just beginning. We recommend building a strong understanding of the fundamentals before diving further into the technical details. So, this guide narrows the focus to the key concepts you should review first. These resources will help you understand how Marketo Measure works, how attribution is structured, how data flows through the platform, and how to interpret reporting with confidence. Each link includes context on what it covers, why it matters, and what you’ll gain from it — so you can build clarity quickly and start using the platform with purpose! Establish a conceptual, high-level understanding first: What is attribution? Start here for a stage-setting overvi
Current situation is that if the group member does not follow the process and creates projects without the group share, the group administrator would not be able to see the project. This means that the group administrator does not have autonomy and would either require the systems administrator to share those types of projects to the group administrator or do a default sharing via access level which is missing the share to group administrator and only share to the homegroup.Let’s give the group administrator the autonomy so that they can create workflows and see all the projects for their group!
Marketo-integrated page builders like Stensul & Knak publish your pages as Marketo LPs. Published LPs fully support webfonts hosted in Marketo Design Studio, since they’re on the same domain. But what about inside the builder app, when you’re still previewing? There, you’ll have a problem. Even with the correct @font-face rule in your CSS, the font won’t load because of CORS restrictions:❌ Access to font at 'https://pages.example.com/rs/123-ABC-456/images/entypo.woff' from origin 'https://app.stensul.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. This is reasonable, of course. Marketo isn’t in the business of providing an easily abused font CDN to the public! There’s a slick workaround. You can’t control CORS headers, but you can (by definition) host a page with same-origin access to the fonts. By deploying such a page as a hidden IFRAME, you can shuttle the fonts to a parent page, even if the parent is on a differ

I am using Google Docs to manage content in EDS, I am wanting to 'Insert Link' to other documents in the Google Drive, that will be converted to a proper external link at preview and publish. However, when I preview the document the link does not get converted to the externally rendered URL but stays pointing to the Google Docs file in a Google Drive Domain. Is there a configuration option at the .helix level that I would need to set to make this happen?

Hello all,We have several Request Queue Templates that our groups use to embed requests in their projects. These are configured to use the same routing rules as the corresponding “actual” Request Queues. However, none of the embedded requests are visible in the users’ Requests tab or in their Requests widget, even though the regular submitted requests from the main queues show up as expected.I’ve tried to find documentation of this or others in the community encountering the same issue with no luck.Is this a known/temporary issue tied to the new experience, or does this sound like a configuration problem/bug that warrants a Support ticket?Thank you for you input.
I have a proof report that shows me everything I need except the planned routing due date. I have the field attached to all of our issues and projects, but I can’t find a way to get it to show on the report. Anyone have an idea how to do it?
We currently manage podcasts and audio with external platforms (Brightcove, Libsyn, etc.) and use AEM Assets only for storage. AEM supports basic audio files today, but we need clarity on Adobe’s plans for richer audio capabilities and player functionality tied to Dynamic Media. Specifically, we’re looking for info on:Native audio player and embeddable player components (web & mobile) using Dynamic Media Streaming support (HLS/DASH, adaptive bitrate) and CDN integration for audio delivery Rendition and derivative management for audio (bitrates/encodings) mapped to source assets Metadata and enrichment: ID3/chapters, transcripts, speech‑to‑text, search indexing Podcast features: RSS hosting, platform syndication (Apple, Spotify), episode feeds Analytics: plays, downloads, listener geography, referrers, playback events (play/pause/seek) APIs, webhooks, and recommended integration patterns with Brightcove/Libsyn Interim workarounds and reference architectures until native features arr
