Business ProblemToday, AJO Forms are managed separately from the AEM page experience. This creates inconsistencies in look and feel, limits the ability to leverage AEM page context, and makes it more difficult to provide a seamless personalized customer experience across Signify digital properties.Proposed EnhancementProvide a native AEM Component that allows authors to embed and configure AJO Forms directly within AEM pages. The component should:Allow authors to drag-and-drop AJO Forms into AEM pages. Inherit page styling and branding guidelines. Pass page and campaign context automatically to the embedded form. Support Adobe Experience Platform and AJO personalization capabilities. Enable consistent analytics and tracking across page interactions and form submissions.Business BenefitsConsistent User ExperienceAJO Forms become a natural part of the website experience instead of appearing as a separate application. Hi Team,I’m setting up an Engagement Program for one of our monthly batch-and-blast campaigns. The goal is to move contacts between streams based on their engagement, so I believe an Engagement Program would be the best approach. We’ll have two streams: Awareness and Engagement. The Awareness stream will have four emails, sent weekly on Tuesdays. I have two questions: New contacts: The workflow will be refreshed every Monday to add any new contacts who were not part of the previous send. I want these new contacts to enter the stream but only receive the current week’s email, not previous emails. My understanding is that this can be managed through the Edit Availability settings by making each email available only on its scheduled send date, so new contacts automatically receive the next available email. Is that correct? Adding emails weekly: I don’t have all four emails ready yet and will add each email about two days before its scheduled send. Once a contact receives the first email,

What’s the reason of considering evaluation job in some scenarios if the usable fresh data will be after the export job?
Hi Community,I created an audience in Adobe Experience Platform using the following rule:“Country Code equals IN OR SG OR AU”. During audience creation, the estimated profile count showed 3 profiles. After publishing the audience, the audience details page shows Qualified Audience Size = 0.The audience is configured with:Evaluation Method: Batch Lifecycle State: PublishedIs this expected behavior for batch audiences? How long does it typically take for qualified profiles to appear after publishing? Thanks in advance!
I created a custom code for Identity Namespace in Web SDK. However it totally do not work. It do not return any errors - it treats my Data Element as STRING ( :D )JS code is super simple - do not return any error in console in browser. Have you tried implementing Identity Namespace as a Data Element and it worked?
Hi Community,We're working on a use case where we need to expose ExperienceEvent data tied to a profile to a destination, specifically Adobe Campaign Classic for use in email personalization (e.g. last product viewed, last purchase details, recent browsing behavior). We understand that standard Audience Activation to ACC only exports Profile attributes and Audience membership, and that raw ExperienceEvents are not part of the activation payload. Is there a supported, native way in AEP to expose ExperienceEvent data tied to a profile to a destination (ACC or otherwise)? Or does this always require an intermediary step such as Computed Attributes, Query Service derived datasets, or a custom pipeline via ADLS/SFTP?Our current stack:AEP (Real-Time CDP) Adobe Campaign Classic as destination Azure Data Lake Storage as intermediaryAny guidance, documentation pointers, or patterns from real implementations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I would like to know whether AEP allows us to edit or update the description of an existing schema. Are there any limitations when modifying schema details after creation.
What are the impacts of changing a Primary Identity after profiles have already been stitched in AEP?
Hi Team, I am new to adobe Experience Platform Could someone please explain the basic steps to create an audience in AEP?Thank you
We have a web events data schema used for our website events. Customer AI is not working because we need a primary identifier to be added to the schema. Where in the schema should we add the primary identifier? We intend to add CRM ID in this schema but would like to know exactly where to add it because it’s quite extensive.
Hi Fusion Community,Does anyone know if there is an API endpoint or other function in Fusion that will allow me to bulk export proofs that include the proof images with comments and markups visible?I know on the frontend of Workfront you can use the Print option when in a proof and this accomplishes my ask, but I have thousands of proofs to export and need to do this in bulk. Thanks,Nick
Is it (still) possible to add a one-click optout link in the email opting out from a subscription list (not channel or identity level)? There is an old post about this, but the “Optout level = Subscription” is not available when I try to configure a journey. I am starting my journey with an ootb subscription list audience, and according to comments it should be available then.
Hi,I am currently showing a calculated field of Active Milestone(s) on a project report. I have had a request to only show the first Milestone that is active if there are more than one. Could someone help with the syntax for that? My current syntax to show the active milestones is:Edit=Text Modedisplayname=Active Milestone(s)listdelimiter=<div>listmethod=nested(tasks).liststype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({project}.{status}='CPL'&&{taskNumber}=1,"Complete",IF({canStart}&&{status}!='CPL'&&!ISBLANK({milestoneID}),{name}))valueformat=HTML Thanks!Heather
Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue trying to call an AEM fragment directly. My approach: I retrieve the fragment ID manually via a Lookup activity, then pass it into the Fragment Helper function as a context attribute sourced from the dataset lookup in email. This works perfectly fine for AJO fragments, but the same method doesn’t work for AEM fragments.Has anyone else run into this, or know what might make this work for AEM fragments specifically? Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Hi Team,I know we have the Recipient Time Zone feature in Marketo, which I believe determines the send time based on the recipient’s location or IP information. However, we’re looking into whether there is a way to go beyond time zone-based sending and determine the best time to send an email for each individual contact based on their historical engagement data—for example, when they are most likely to open or engage with our emails.I’d really appreciate any guidance on whether Marketo has a way, functionality, or recommended approach that could help us achieve this. Thanks in advance for your help!Regards,Akshat
The latest change to the UX on visualisations on the legends is poor. You can now no longer read them, if your dimensions and metrics used are now longer in name than a few letters. We regularly use multiple segments/dimensions to trend or use custom build segments for our needs and now trying to do some quick analysis is, quite frankly, not quick any more as you can’t read the legdends. Adobe, please put a fix in for this.
We have a Google DV360 Destination. Whenever an Audience is activated to this Destination, we’ve noticed that there is no mapping step. What data from AEP is actually being shared from AEP to the Destination? Our understanding is that no PII is shared with a DV360 Destination. We have multiple identifiers set up in AEP. Our CRM ID is set up as the Primary identity. This ID will only have a value for clients. Prospects will not have a CRM ID. Subscriber Key is another unique identifier. GAID, which is derived from the _ga cookie, a Google Analytics first-party cookie. We do NOT have Apple's IDFA or Google's GAID set up.We don't believe any hashed email IDs are being shared. Again, there is no mapping step that shows email addresses mapping. We also don't believe Phone Numbers are being shared for the same reason. We don't have Adobe Audience Manager device identifier (AAM UUID) set up in the platform.
Hi, We have scheduled Excel reports using Adobe Report Builder. Recently, we migrated these reports to the new Report Builder, and we were receiving the reports successfully through the new Report Builder until yesterday. However, we did not receive the reports today. I checked the Report Builder and noticed a “Delivery Error” status. It also shows that the workbook was sent, but we have not received it yet.Could you please let me know if there is any known issue with the new Report Builder or advise us on how to resolve this issue?Thank you for your help.Screenshots for your reference: Regards
Hi everyone,I'm currently facing an issue with an Adobe Target activity and wanted to check if anyone has come across something similar. The activity is working as expected in the Development environment, but it is not delivering after moving the library build to Production. We have verified that the correct build has been published to Production. What makes this a bit confusing is that the issue is happening only for one market property. The other market properties are working fine with their respective Production builds.Has anyone faced a similar issue where an activity works in Development but does not deliver in Production for a specific property? Are there any additional configurations or checks that we should look into?
Hi all, Does anyone know if we’re able to add an image within the notes section of a specific task? I have a list on onboarding tasks which need to be completed and would like to save evidence for each task once the item has been actioned.
Hi everyone, We’re currently exploring options to process Zoom Webinar poll responses in near real time and use them to trigger MQL qualification in Marketo. Current ChallengeToday, our MQL process depends on receiving the Zoom webinar polling results after the webinar has ended. This creates a delay between when an attendee responds to a qualifying poll and when that response can be processed in Marketo for MQL qualification. Our business requirement is to identify and qualify an MQL as soon as a participant provides a qualifying poll response during the live webinar, rather than waiting for the webinar to conclude. What we’re trying to determineDoes Zoom Webinar provide a way to access individual poll responses in real time while the webinar is still in progress? If not, are there alternative approaches for capturing poll responses as they occur? Can Zoom APIs or webhooks be leveraged to capture or retrieve poll responses during the live webinar? Has anyone implemented middleware or
We have migrated assets to AEM Assets and need to maintain and expose relationships between related assets.Historically, these relationships are stored in AEM using the following properties:Related Derived: ./jcr:content/related/derived/sling:members/sling:resources Related Others: ./jcr:content/related/others/sling:members/sling:resources Related Source: ./jcr:content/related/sources/sling:members/sling:resourcesThe relationships are visible in AEM Assets Author, but we would also like users to see the related assets when viewing an asset in Content Hub, ideally from the Asset Details page. Can the existing relationship properties above be exposed or configured on the Content Hub Asset Details page? If native related-asset relationships are not supported by Content Hub, what is the recommended approach for representing these relationships — for ex
Hi! We have a requirement where marketing email journeys can send between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, but no email should be delivered after 00:00.We are considering: Email Retry Period: 6 hours Quiet Hours from 00:00 Quiet Hours behavior: Discard message Question: if an email is sent before 00:00, goes into delay/retry, and Quiet Hours starts while it is still retrying, will Quiet Hours + Discard stop those retries?Or will the retry continue independently until the configured retry period expires? Is there any native AJO option to define an absolute expiration such as: discard any unresolved email at 00:00? Thanks
