Recommendations for Fusion Training for non-technical roles/experience?

Hello! Anyone have recommendations for Fusion training for someone who has zero technical experience? Any resources, YouTube channels, or guides that you recommend? For context, I taught myself the basics of Fusion out of necessity and it was very ugly.

We may be looking to add to our team in the near future and I would like something more in-depth or more use case/providing examples of when you would use what functionality, etc.
