Can't Login to Marketo Sales Insights Actions

Hello, 

Can’t log in. The error message is “We were unable to authenticate your request.
We could not locate your account or an active Salesforce connection associated with email address: amurphy@quenchwater.com”. I login using Salesforce. Below is the URL
