I am encountering an unexpected behavior in AEM during the Page Publish workflow rollback scenario.When a parent page is activated (using Replicator.replicate) using a custom replication agent, the replication framework correctly triggers one invocation of PackageContentBuilder.create(which is an implementation of ContentBuilder class, and is configured through serializationType in the agent) for the parent payload.However, when the same parent page is deactivated (as part of rollback), the replication framework triggers multiple implicit invocations of PackageContentBuilder.create() — first for the parent, then for each of its child pages.This occurs even though only the parent path is explicitly passed to the Replicator.replicate() call. Raised adobe ticket and they confirmed that this is the OOTB functionality and we want to implement  a custom replication deactivation flow. Can anyone please suggest  how to  implement that.

I have encountered an issue while updating the page properties. There is a deny rule for everyone group as shown in the below screenshot. Users belonging to a specific group are unable to update page properties, even though they have Read, Modify, Create, and Delete permissions for the required path. The necessary permissions for /content have been granted, but these users continue to receive an error.To resolve the issue, I added the jcr:modifyProperties privilege, after which the error was resolved. However, I noticed that jcr:modifyProperties was not listed among the original privileges, and I verified the rep:policy node as well.Interestingly, when I remove the rep:write privilege and add only jcr:modifyProperties, I can see the entry, which suggests that jcr:modifyProperties is an aggregate privilege of rep:write.  I have a package that install the etc map entries on my Publishers.I currently have some mapping configs there that are obsolete, but must be removed because they break the new correct mapping.all my mappings are located underneath /etc/map.exampleThe rule in the filter.xml is<filter root="/etc/map.example" mode="replace"/>so I would expect the whole tree underneath to be wiped and replaced (according to https://jackrabbit.apache.org/filevault/filter.html ), but this is clearly not what happens - I checked in the AEM cloud Publish Repository Browser and the old nodes are still there.Unfortunately the Repo Browser has no option to delete stuff. The nodes I need to delete are as follows:/etc/map.example/integration.publish/https/integration.example.com/redirect_old/etc/map.example/integration.publish/https/integration.example.fr/etc/map.example/integration.publish/https/integration.example.de/etc/map.example/integration.publish/https/integration.examp

Hi Everyone, We are currently encountering an issue with our AEM as a cloud setup. Our cloud instance is multi-tenant and includes five repositories. We have established Groups specific to our content paths, including an admin user group that has read, write, modify, delete, and replicate access to our content paths. The issue arises when any user who is part of this admin group attempts to move pages from one hierarchy to another. The move operation completes successfully, but it triggers a workflow called "Request to Complete Move Operation," which then accumulates in the workflow instances. However, when I, as the environment admin, perform the same move operation, the workflow mentioned above does not trigger. Could you please advise on how to ensure that the workflow does not trigger when users with all permissions (write, read, delete, modify, and replicate) perform the move operation? Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

Hi All,  I wanted to know if anyone has created a Fusion scenario to generate a $$USER.ID report displaying all of the active proofs a user is listed as just a 'reviewer' on a report.  This is something I've been meaning to tackle for a long time.  I imagine others would benefit from this to.

I have all required access in order to have access for this feature. We have this add-on. Yet I still have this error: Sent to Adobe support. Any ideas?

I have got library on prod: Its not mapped to any environment - that says UI. Is it mapped automatically to Prod env?

Hi Team,I was testing a test email from an API-triggered transactional campaign using Postman across two different email IDs, ensuring all context variable values were filled in. However, I encountered an issue with one email ID accessed via web Outlook: the email alignment is incorrect, and the "View Details Here" link is missing. Interestingly, when opening the same email as a web page, everything displays correctly.For another email ID accessed via the Outlook app, everything appears as expected. Additionally, I triggered a test email to my Gmail ID, and it rendered correctly as well.How can I resolve this issue with web Outlook?Please find the attached images for reference:

Hi Team,We have set up a smart campaign where the initial launch email is sent, followed by a wait step of X days, and then an echo email is sent to non-openers.In case we need to stop the echo email after the initial send — for example, if plans change while contacts are still in the wait step — what would be the correct way to prevent the echo email from sending? Is there a way i can make an API call with file uploaded through attachment component ? As soon as the file is selected, i would like to trigger JS from my client libs to make an API call. To better understand the platform behavior and plan our design appropriately, we have the following questions: Retry Mechanism • Does AJO perform any automatic retries for Custom Action executions in case of transient failures (for example network issues, service unavailability, or throttling responses)? • If retries are performed, what is the general retry strategy and is there any configurability available? Hi I wanted to ask if there's a way to create an exclusion list of users in the CDP who are not activated to any available destinations. I know that I could create an exclusion list audience and apply a "not in this audience" rule for all audiences I create. But I just wanted to know if there's a better way to do that. I've seen that I can apply usage policies to audiences to prevent them from being exported. However, if the users from the labeled audience belong to another segment, nothing is going to prevent them from being exported to any destination. For this case, it would be more about excluding a group of users from being exported to any destination. ThanksRenato

Hi all,  Has anyone experienced difficulties bringing non federated IDs, or IDs that are federated under a different organisation, into their admin console?We manage Workfront within our own admin console, but our parent company federates email addresses at the enterprise level. We now need to onboard additional users from a smaller company that also sits within our organisation, whose email addresses are not yet federated, and we are unsure what challenges this might create when trying to add them to our console.

Hello Experience League Community,  I’m working on configuring Adobe Analytics in AEM Sites and have successfully set up page view tracking using the guidance from this documentation:  [Collect Data for Analytics in AEM Sites](https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/sites/integrations/analytics/collect-data-analytics)  Now, we also need to ensure that page view events are only triggered after the user has given consent via OneTrust.  My question is:  - What changes do I need to make to the existing rule configuration so that the page view event fires only after consent is granted?  - Should the page view rule be modified to listen for OneTrust’s consent event before triggering the Analytics beacon?  - Are there best practices or recommended approaches for integrating OneTrust consent with Adobe Analytics page view tracking in AEM?  Any guidance, examples, or references would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
