My current organization is transitioning from Meridian LMS to Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), while continuing to use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). As an LMS Specialist, I’ve primarily worked with Meridian and have limited experience with Adobe products. I’ve now been tasked with integrating ALM with AEM, and I’m looking for documentation, guidance, or best practices to successfully achieve this integration.

I'm finding some bugs in split activty. First one, even when it says exclusion, it is not. I've to recheck it.  But later, it feels like the schema isn't really added. When I come back to the split, if I press Previous, it shows me another shcema (The database one) And if i execute, it gives an error of missmatching schemas (X schema to  '', empty).  Anyone knows why is this happening? Struggling to get this to work. I'm hoping to get a View column to be used on the Templates page that displays the total Planned Hours in teach Template for a specific roleID. Is this possible?

I have created a custom property and added it to the file properties (Metadata Schema Form Editor)The custom property list was added to /libs/fmdita/config/metadataListThis made the list available in the Map Console > Advanced > File Properties dropdown.I selected each of the property from the dropdown and generated an output.However, this selection does not seem to have any impact on the metadata that is available in the output. The list is simply not picked up! Can you help me understand the behaviour? And also, help me with the any configuration that needs to be set to get the custom metadata tags propagated to the output?

Hi All, I am trying to set up universal editor in my local and usinig AEM Cloud Service SDK (aem-sdk-2025.9.22758.20250928T092442Z-250900) for local development.I have done below set upAEM - http running on port 4502AEM - https running on port 8443Local universal editor service running on port 8000Trusted the local certificate in the browser for self signed certificatesThe problem I am facing is,when I try to load AEM page running on https (port 8443) inside universal editor, it gives this error "Blocked autofocusing on a <input> element in a cross-origin subframe." I followed whats mentioned in this document - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developing/universal-editor/developer-overview?lang=en for same site cookie settings but it doesn't help and I continue getting the cross origin error. Has anyone come across the same issueThere is no Universal editor service related configuration available

Hi, We are using a Salesforce Commerce experience with a non-Marketo form, which creates leads in Salesforce, which then sync over to Marketo. However, no Marketo web visit data is being collected, so I'm looking to use the Push Lead to Marketo endpoint to send the submission to Marketo and tie it to the web visit data being collected by Munchkin (already installed on the commerce site). How do I do this to avoid conflicts with the same lead being created in both systems?Can I just associate the lead that is initially created in SF with the munchkin cookie somehow? Thanks!

I realize from https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/using-cloud-manager/custom-domain-names/introduction that creating a custom domain in Cloud Manager is not possible for the authoring environment.Does anyone have a suggestion on an alternate option if we preferred to have a 'Vanity URL' for access to our authoring environment?(ie: author.company.com vs author-p000000-e0000000.adobeaemcloud.com)I have tried DNS CNAME records to point to author-p000000-e0000000.adobeaemcloud.com, but that of course does not work...My only other thought was to have the CNAME record point to a local web instance, and create an http redirect from there, but I'm trying to avoid the multiple hoops.Any other ideas appreciated.Thank you.

It might sound as a stupid question but, is there any way that can I track what visitors from Adobe Campaign did on the website without using UTMs? So far all I could get where the Campaign Dimensions, but I can't do much with those or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

In AEM as cloud.Up until Tuesday, October 28th, all our custom workflows, including those with dynamic participant steps, were functioning as expected. However, starting from October 31st, we noticed that these workflows are failing to complete at the user-input steps in both the DEV and QA environments. Interestingly, we did not observe any project-specific errors in the logs.It's worth noting that this issue is not occurring in our Stage and PROD environments, where all workflows are running smoothly. After some investigation, we found a disparity in the SDK versions being used across the environments. In DEV and QA, the SDK version is 2025.10.23122.20251023T134343Z, whereas in Stage and PROD, the SDK version is 2025.10.22943.20251009T135918Z. Moreover, replicating the issue locally with the SDK version 2025.10.23122.20251023T134343Z yielded the same problem.Please suggest any quick actions from our side. 

We have multiple development environments in AEM cloud. In the UI, they all show "dev" in the green icon at the top left.This can be easily confusing. How can this be changed to match the name of the environment, e.g. "qa" or whatever we use as a custom environment name?

Hello! I am trying to rearrange a card deck on my website in an Experience Targeting activity based on geolocation of the visitor. The "rearrange" / "move" functionality seems to not be an available feature anymore. Is there any suggested work arounds, I have tried HTML and it is not working for me in this case. Is the Adobe team looking to bring this feature back any time soon?  Thank you.

We have users who want to see a waterfall of certain audiences in CJA which is essentially a fallout chart for audience exclusions, answering questions like for each exclusion added, how many people are excluded? Could this be done in CJA? If I create a fallout chart, and add in the attributes used in RT-CDP for the audience build, will that count the audience fallout correctly? 

We have a dataset that we recently added to our connection. Sometimes it will have large spikes that we need to be aware of, so I set up an alert for anomalies outside the 95% interval. However, this alert has been triggering every single day, saying the daily value was 400,000% more than expected, despite being an expected number.  I believe this is because 10/24 was the first day we started ingesting data, and it is assessing every day before that as 0 rows when determining what is an anomaly and what isn't. If this is the case, is there a set number of days that the alert system looks back when assessing anomalies? Is there a way to change this to the first day we started ingesting data for this dataset?  Thanks!

I am fairly new to the Adobe Analytics role here at work and we have a team who does surveys and apparently Qualtrics can import Adobe Analytics data, but from what they are sending me it doesn't look like I can help them to get the Time Spent on Page dimension data into Qualtrics. They sent me this screenshot of what Qualtrics can import. Any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated 

we are analyzing total logged in users v/s new users logged, we created a segment where visit =1 at visit level and another visit =1 at visitor level which is accurate ?

I have created a Fusion scenario to add a new item to a list in sharepoint.  All fields populate as expected except Requestor which is a Person or Group Type.   If I subsequently edit the item directly in the sharepoint list, I can enter the same name I pass from Fusion, the name is found and after I select it the field is populated.   My feeling is that sharepoint is expecting a specific format for the name but I'm unable to determine what is expected.   Fusion ModuleMicrosoft Share Point Online - Create An Item Fusion Module item Key format Sharepoint List Field 

The new VEC UI seems to have made things even harder for those that aren't developers. Previously, there was the ability to move elements on a page. I can't find how to do this on the new UI.  Anyone have any idea? thanks

Hi All, I have a requirement to do not allow a user based on their permission to change components disposition in a page (eg: move banner from the 1st position and close to the header, to the last position, close to the footer). However, users with proper permission could be able to do this. I not finding any type of permission that gives me this. Anyone has ever seen something like it? Thanks,
