Hi, can the AJO Email tracking dataset be used as unitary event?

 

I’d like to have a kind of bi-directional journey based on Whatsapp responses.

    No, it is not feasible as per the above note https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configure-journeys/events-journeys/about-events#:~:text=Journey%20Optimizer%20requires%20events%20to,to%20the%20Real%2DTime%20Profile.

      Please help me validate the requirement here:

      A communication is being sent to a profile from AJO using the WhatsApp channel.

      What type of response are we expecting from this WhatsApp communication in order to pursue a bi-directional journey based on the response? Additionally, which WhatsApp data from the tracking dataset are you planning to use in the bi-directional WhatsApp communication?
