Hi,We are facing weird issue where video when successfully reprocessed isn’t loading when played via DASH delivery (Video.js player) but works fine when triggered via re-upload workflow. Has anyone encountered this issue? We checked with Adobe support team but haven’t heard back on the root cause of this.

Hello,I’ve recently created an automation in Workfront Planning to create a project in Workfront which seems to be working as a project is created, but I’ve noticed that in the Workfront Project>Planning menu, the connection isn’t automatically populating. Is there a step I’m missing? I can show all connections in the Workfront Project>Planning page and manually select the Planning Workspace but I thought it would populate since the relationship is reflected in Planning. Any insights appreciated!Mary. 

We are on 6.5.22 Version OnPrem. Running WCM Core version 2.24.6 and Forms Core component version 1.1.78.We are working in a headless setup. The submit button on the form needs to validate the entire form and highlight fields missing validations. I used a button on the click event tried adding validate action. This is only highlighting fields from the panel where i clicked Submit. Submit is directly placed underneath the guide container. So, the experience i am seeing, If i hit submit and go to next panel, i dont see any fields highlighted.We want to do this because, the react SPA is going to intercept the submit button and parse the DOM to collect all error messages and display as a modal. I have noticed some OOTB actions like “navigatebetweenpanels” is missing in OnPrem but avaiable on cloud. Any ideas on how to go about this will be greatly appreciated.

Dear community memebers,I’m sharing here a pretty odd experience we are facing with a specific data model passed through CSV files.The time-based dataset should import SFMC customer interactions with some columns mapped in SFMC data model as boolean but in numers (0 / 1).The oddity comes after the mapping of the original column to our XDM attribute, which is set as integer.After launching the import of simple test files, these attributes are not filled at all, as if there are no values in the source files. This is something we never faced, and a different column in the file mapped as number, is correctly populated.Any thoughts?

How vendors submitted assets — were they uploading files directly into the request, using external proofing, or leveraging a third‑party integration? I've created a Document Version report that is capturing the information I need to see (number of versions or proofs per task), but am hoping to streamline it a bit. Instead of Document:task:name showing up multiple times for each Version, I only want to see the total number of versions. For example, in the current report, I only need to see the third line (Signage - Public Finance CASH Annual Conference, 4, 2/11/26) rather than lines 1-3. Is there a way to modify the report to do this? I appreciate any insight!   My current filters:

Hi Marketo Community 👋I'm running into an issue with SSL certificate provisioning for a custom landing page domain in Marketo Engage and would love some guidance from anyone who has experienced something similar.*Setup:*• We recently changed our primary landing page domain to a new custom subdomain• The CNAME is correctly configured and fully propagated globally, pointing to our Marketo instance • Our Marketo instance is on Adobe Experience Cloud*The Issue:*The SSL certificate is not provisioning for the new domain. Hi,I am facing an issue where the screen reader (NVDA) is reading out ‘edit unavailable read only’ for all the accessibility tags with <form> tags.<form> tags are generated for all the text field objects from XDP.Is there any way to prevent NVDA from reading this out loud or to prevent <form> tags being generated in the rendered static PDF using output service.Appreciate any help on this topic. 

Going back to basics here but is there a way to add an “Email” icon to the RTE toolbar so authors can simply copy and paste an email address into the field without having to worry about adding in “mailto:” prefix?We have a lot of authors who forget this prefix which then turns the link into http://email@somewhere.com causing it to break and show up on our scans as 404/broken link.Seems odd that Adobe would omit this from the UI or any option to configure this to the RTE if needed.RegardsChris.

Hi Workfront SME’s- late last week, hundreds of very old proofs appeared in the My Approvals widget for several users in our Workfront instance (our Deputy CMO has 184 proofs from 2022 & on- the normal amount is 10). Did anyone experience a similar issue? We have had several instances of the My Approvals widget being out of sync with the Proofing module. This issue has happened to us 8 times since May 2025. I sent off a ticket to Adobe on Friday morning asking tech support to re-sync WF & the proofing module immediately, and I AM STILL WAITING for the re-sync to happen. Meanwhile, with hundreds of outdated proofs in the widget, it is causing confusion about what does or does not need to be reviewed, is causing delays on feedback & approvals, and is forcing people to create workarounds such as sending assets via email for approval, which could cause problems for us with internal audits in the future.
