How much time does it take for profile attributes to sync in the profile store when ingestion type is streaming?

Hi AEP Community, Greetings!

I had the idea that, all profile attributes that is either ingested as batch ingestion or streaming ingestion (from a true streaming source), then it takes about 24 hours or 24+ for the values to be synced in the profile store and only then we could create segments. Is my understanding correct? or does streaming ingestion helps with profile attributes being updates in under few minutes and the audiences would qualify in under few mins?

Hi ​@SahuSa1Your "24 hours" understanding is only for batch‑style evaluation, not for streaming.For streaming ingestion into AEP:Streaming records are ingested to Real‑Time Customer Profile with an expected latency of < 15 minutes at the 95th percentile for B2C data, < 30 minutes for B2B datahttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/ingestion/streaming/overviewIf your segment qualifies for streaming segmentation (built on streaming‑ingested data), segment membership is evaluated in near real‑time as the events/attributes land, not on a nightly jobhttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/segmentation/methods/streaming-segmentationSo with a proper streaming source + streaming‑eligible segments, profile attributes and audience qualification typically update within a few minutes (up to ~15 minutes in the worst case)—you do not wait 24 hours.

Hi ​@SahuSa1!Greetings from Brazil!No. For profiles ingested via streaming, the data is updated in less than 60 seconds. Your audiences will be updatedas the data is ingested.The 24-hour delay only applies to new audiences. When you create a new audience, you need the first evaluation process to run before this audience can be used. After that, updates happen in (near) real time.Hope this helps!
