Scheduled deliveries based on a field within a delivery

Hi community,

Within a workflow, we have calculated a field, segment_code. When the target audience arrives to the delivery, we want those with a value of T1 to be sent immediately and the rest to be sent 24 hours later. We don't want to create two deliveries; we want everything to be done within the same one. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks

    Hi LAR1985

you can create a wave in your delivery to send at different time with the same delivery but it will not take in consideration your segment code condition.

you can use 2 deliveries, easier to visual and to manage. you can add the same delivery code if you want to do the reproting on it.

you can use a separate branch with a 24h timer and re inject the argeting in your main branch to go again to your one countinuous delivery. it will create a new delivery, 2 executions.

For a better advice i will recommand to review the business impact and the reason of this behaviour specialy why not using 2 deliveries.

    Regards,

    Nolan

    Hi @LAR1985,

I don’t think is possible with one delivery, because the sent schedule will be set at the delivery level, not per recipient row.

If you want, I can share you other workarounds.

    Celia
