Set Target Activities as default tab instead of Insights?

Hi folks -
Thanks for the new Insights panel in Target, but I don’t need to see it as the home page every time I load Target, and when I’m working on activities and hit the back button, I want to go to Activities.

      ​@DavidLu17  Check your Target avatar → Preferences (if available) and change “Start page” to Activities. If that option isn’t there, open Activities, copy the URL and bookmark or pin it so you land there directly.
       

      Workarounds for Back-button loop: The Target UI is a SPA; the Insights panel or modal may not push browser history when opened/closed, so using the left-nav Activities link or opening Activities in a new tab avoids the loop.
       

      File with Adobe Support (or Send Feedback in Help). Include browser, Target org/account ID, exact steps to reproduce, screenshots, and console logs.

      Ask for either: (a) an option to set Activities as the default landing, or (b) correct history handling so Back returns to Activities.

      Thanks, Vishal - 
      My Preferences are Profile, General, Product usage data, and Notifications, no Start Page. Yes, I can bookmark Activities, but I typically come into Target from the AEC dash, as I bounce around the different apps. That’s not as annoying as the back button, but yes, I can just open each activity in a new tab. When you’re in an activity, Activities no longer appears on the LH nav, and even clicking the Activities button takes you to Insights. It’s a minor annoyance, just poor attention to UX details, or I wonder if someone wants to push the new Insights tab on us :-)

        Yeah. They are trying to force the adoption of insights on the end users. I can understand the frustration. Hope they take this feedback and make user journey friendly.

          Hello, yes, my fellow developers and I have the same problem. Of course, we understand this from a business perspective. But it would be cool if this could be added as an option. Let's see what the future brings.
