Hi All

I am trying to configure Siteimprove for PROD Cloud server. I am following the documentation provided in SiteImprove. But during the API configuration , I am getting below error. Has anyone faced similar issue and what is the resolution ?

Note :- I am checking with the licensing team to see if the Pre-publish is available . Meanwhile I want to understand if there can be any other reason for this.

Logs

I only see below errors in log

com.siteimprove.aem.plugin.impl.SiteimproveServiceImpl Configuration /etc/cloudservices/siteimprove/www-<name>-com is missing 'canContentCheck' property, please open the configuration dialog and save it to apply the setting!

/conf/global/settings/siteimprove/jcr:content.config.json HTTP/1.1] com.siteimprove.aem.plugin.impl.SiteimproveServiceImpl Configuration /etc/cloudservices/siteimprove/www-<name>-com is missing 'canContentCheck' property, please open the configuration dialog and save it to apply the setting!

GET /conf/global/settings/siteimprove/jcr:content.config.json HTTP/1.1] com.siteimprove.aem.plugin.impl.SiteimproveServiceImpl Configuration /etc/cloudservices/siteimprove/www-<name>-com is missing 'canContentCheck' property, please open the configuration dialog and save it to apply the setting!

I don’t see any other errors regarding siteimprove on the logs other than this one.

I checked the configuration , but I don’t see the ‘canContentCheck’ property in this configuration

Thanks

Veena

Hi @VeenaVikraman , nice to see a friendly face!

I think this is a functional question. It looks like SiteImprove licenses this plugin separately: https://help.siteimprove.com/support/solutions/articles/80001023090-prepublish-content-check-how-to-ensure-quality-content-on-your-site

Let me know what you find out!

From what I can see, the error in the log makes sense because you’re unable to click “Enable Content Check” and save the settings due to the license issue not being resolved yet.
