We have been attempting to connect Workfront and Campaign Classic V8 with Fusion and we established the connection.    The issue we seem to be having when using Adobe Campaign Classic Read a Record module, is that when selecting any resource, we get this error message.   I have been working with the Campaign Classic admin to see if we can troubleshoot the access limitations and just been hitting a roadblock at this time.     Does anyone have any experience with this and know how to correct this?   This appears to be something on the Campaign Classic side that is limiting access and I am not familiar with the application and hoping I could help provide the admin over there some possible solution to review.   Thanks!  

Hi ,We are working on profile capping in a recurring journey. Profile capping should also work on a recurring journey which means the counter should get reset to zero .But from the adobe documentation i came to know that , When profile cap is defined on a recurring journey, the counter does not reset after each recurrence.The counter applies only to the selected journey version. The counter resets to zero when the journey is duplicated or when a new version is created. After a reset, the entering profiles take the nominal path again until the counter limit is reached.So, is it possible to reset the counter so that in a recurring journey profile limit will work . ThanksUsha

Hello, I have a user who seems to have all-but-Admin rights to AEM Assets, and has access to Content Hub. He is however unable to share Collections. When he creates a Collection, the only option for who has access is “Only you and admins can view and edit”. He says he has previously been able to create a collection and give public access, but this was only to one Collection. We’ve not been using Content Hub for too long so not sure what I might be missing!Thank youLana

Hi community,  We want to share details about a critical issue affecting AEM 6.5 LTS SP1 and AEM 6.5 LTS SP2 customers who perform offline compaction using oak-run.  --- What is happening  After running offline compaction via `oak-run compact` followed by two rounds of online garbage collection (GC), AEM instances were throwing SegmentNotFoundException (SNFE) and becoming inaccessible.  Who is affected  Customers on AEM 6.5 LTS SP1 or SP2 who have run offline compaction with an oak-run jar that does not include this fix. This was a blocker for all customers upgrading to AEM 6.5 LTS SP1/SP2.

Hi everyone - I’m building a task report for my team. Most of the fields I am referencing are related to the project and task however there are a few fields I need to reference from the converted request. I haven’t been able to figure out how to pull in the converted request reference number. The best I can do is the request name. I tried to see if I could pull it in by tweaking text mode but I’m still learning and don’t really know what I’m doing.  Any assitance or guidance is appreciated. 

I built a document report that includes the Current Version » Proof Decision field.  I added a filter to include only those documents where this decision field is not blank.In addition to the expected decision values--approved, approved with changes, changes required, pending--I’m also seeing a “-” value:  Does anyone know what exactly this “-” value reflects?  I don’t work a lot with proofs themselves (I’m just reporting on them), so I’m not sure what conditions might produce this value.The API Explorer just lists the field as a non-groupable string, but it doesn’t specify possible values.Thanks.

how do i create a cohort segment for users who first came to the site on a specific date? SAy users who first came on 2 specific days in february. I want to know how often they return each month since then. (the date of my cohort would be from Feb until July)

I want to analyze the visitor journey from time of entry up until, and including, the point of conversion.Right now I have Visitor container where pageview exists THEN e3 (form conversion) exists.The conversion happened in visit 6. The issue I’m facing is that setting the segment to “Before sequence” only shows visits 1-5After Sequence shows the converting visit but everything after it which I don’t care about. How can I add logic to cap it at the point of conversion or the converting visit? 

If i delete a folder in Fusion with contents, doe everything get deleted, or doed the content get placed in uncategorized?

Hi all, I am relatively new to AEM. I apologize in advance for the long message. I am an admin/owner for our AEM account at my job. My question pertains to my users who aren’t admins themselves, specifically our design team. They are currently uploading folders from their computers to a specific folder in AEM and we need for them to be able to add an existing metadata profile to that folder they uploaded so they can then enter the appropriate metadata info. Are there ways for users to do this, or do they need to be admins?I have created a custom folder metadata profile in Tools > Folder Metadata Schemas. Through Folder Metadata Schema Forms I am able to select this custom profile I created and then apply it to any folder in our AEM space. When I ran some testing with one of my users, they were able to access Folder Metadata Schema Forms through Tools, however they didn’t have the ability to apply the schema to a folder (presumably because they aren’t admin level). However it seems to be throwing “IMS Client ID not allowlisted. Allowlist the Client ID using the Configuration Pipeline.” for  Sites/Pages Management API (/adobe/sites/sm/ and /adobe/sites/pm/). Is there any API specific configuration that needs to be installed?Thanks in advance!

Hi folks!!What I want to do is have the total hours in a timesheet grouped up by a Team.Then have an average of that amount by the number of people in that team. So that it spits out something like, Team a 42 hrs, Team B 47 hours. Etc etc.I was trying to group the hours by home team, but then the average was calculating the average of the individual hours entered, so it was showing 2.66 and such as each individual input of hours was around 1-4 at a time.It may be something that it cant do as a native report. I got quite far in getting it to add up all the total hours in a timesheet for a team, but it cant average by the amount of users in the team, (at least it wasn’t a standard option).Any help as always appreciated!

We are trying to upload a new classification file (.tab) in Adobe Analytics - Admin > Classification Importer. When we upload the file the section with “Overwrite data on conflict” checkbox greyed out / not selectable. We need our data to fully update based on our new file. Is it going to update the data if that checkbox is not checked?  Appreciate your help. Thanks!   

Hi  I was hoping someone could help me understand how the binding works with fragments. We created a address fragment and used it on our Adaptive form. The Adaptive form is already bound to a .schema.json. The address exists as a panel under Personal Information. So, we replaced this address panel with a fragment and bound the fragment to “$.yourinformation.address” where “yourinformation” is the parent panel. The fields within the fragment are all bound to themselves like $.street etc.When we submit this form, the JSON shows the address outside of yourinformation. This is not matching with the .schema.json and so prefilling is failing on the XDP. Below are the screen shots i have attached.    

I am trying to populate data from Custom Objects in Marketo into a data field in Marketo as well. I know I can’t use smart campaigns with flow step of Change Data Value but I would like to know if there is a way to do so.

Hi community. I am seeking some help regarding journey capabilities. In a lapsed traveler win-back journey I want to test the impact of entry cadence by splitting the audience into two cohorts within the same journey:Cohort A – Enters on a bi-weekly schedule (current setup) Cohort B – Enters on a daily schedule (proposed)All other journey elements would be identical — same messaging, same wait times between emails, same structure. The only variable being tested is how frequently users can enter the journey. Both cohorts would also share a 30-day re-entry suppression window.I was advised internally that this is not feasible in AJO because the two entry cadences represent distinct qualification paths and cannot exist within a single flow.My questions for the community:Is there any native way in AJO to support two different entry cadences within a single journey for a cohort test? If not, would the recommended workaround be to build two separate journeys — one per cohort — and split the a

Hi Team, We have one Dataset in AEP ‘Webevent ” which doesn’t have any Primary Identifier and data is pushed using Identitymap.Another Dataset “Online Transaction” has the hashedEmail as the Primary IdentifierThere is another dataset “Customer Profile”, This dataset has hashedEmail as the Primary Identifier .This dataset is not merging with “Webevent” and Online Transaction”dataset in CJA dataview.We can see the fields of “Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasets are merging in CJA and showing up as one dimension however ““Customer Profile” fields are not merging with Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasetsWhen I see field I mean , lets say “userId” field is present in above all 3 datasets and have same schema field path in all 3 datasets.userId from “Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasets are merging in CJA dataview and we can see it in CJA also. I want to set up an alert for our Customers metric, which gets updated in AA table every day after 14 pm.The anomaly alerts that I set up are sent at 00.00 which is way earlier than the Customers table is updated. Is there a way to set up the alert to be sent after 14.00 instead of at 00.00?
