CJA sequential segment with lookback

In CJA, is it possible to build this with a sequential segment? Or will it have to be derived?

We are looking for people that visited a certain experience. They have should have  ">4 sessions within a 30 day period within the last 4 months, with the last use < 30 days ago.”

This feels more complicated than what CJA can produce.
