We are trying to upload a new classification file (.tab) in Adobe Analytics - Admin > Classification Importer. When we upload the file the section with “Overwrite data on conflict” checkbox greyed out / not selectable. We need our data to fully update based on our new file. Is it going to update the data if that checkbox is not checked?  Appreciate your help. Thanks!   

Hi  I was hoping someone could help me understand how the binding works with fragments. We created a address fragment and used it on our Adaptive form. The Adaptive form is already bound to a .schema.json. The address exists as a panel under Personal Information. So, we replaced this address panel with a fragment and bound the fragment to “$.yourinformation.address” where “yourinformation” is the parent panel. The fields within the fragment are all bound to themselves like $.street etc.When we submit this form, the JSON shows the address outside of yourinformation. This is not matching with the .schema.json and so prefilling is failing on the XDP. Below are the screen shots i have attached.    

I am trying to populate data from Custom Objects in Marketo into a data field in Marketo as well. I know I can’t use smart campaigns with flow step of Change Data Value but I would like to know if there is a way to do so.

Hi community. I am seeking some help regarding journey capabilities. In a lapsed traveler win-back journey I want to test the impact of entry cadence by splitting the audience into two cohorts within the same journey:Cohort A – Enters on a bi-weekly schedule (current setup) Cohort B – Enters on a daily schedule (proposed)All other journey elements would be identical — same messaging, same wait times between emails, same structure. The only variable being tested is how frequently users can enter the journey. Both cohorts would also share a 30-day re-entry suppression window.I was advised internally that this is not feasible in AJO because the two entry cadences represent distinct qualification paths and cannot exist within a single flow.My questions for the community:Is there any native way in AJO to support two different entry cadences within a single journey for a cohort test? Hi Team, We have one Dataset in AEP ‘Webevent ” which doesn’t have any Primary Identifier and data is pushed using Identitymap.Another Dataset “Online Transaction” has the hashedEmail as the Primary IdentifierThere is another dataset “Customer Profile”, This dataset has hashedEmail as the Primary Identifier .This dataset is not merging with “Webevent” and Online Transaction”dataset in CJA dataview.We can see the fields of “Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasets are merging in CJA and showing up as one dimension however ““Customer Profile” fields are not merging with Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasetsWhen I see field I mean , lets say “userId” field is present in above all 3 datasets and have same schema field path in all 3 datasets.userId from “Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasets are merging in CJA dataview and we can see it in CJA also. I want to set up an alert for our Customers metric, which gets updated in AA table every day after 14 pm.The anomaly alerts that I set up are sent at 00.00 which is way earlier than the Customers table is updated. Is there a way to set up the alert to be sent after 14.00 instead of at 00.00?

I am in the process of migrating a transactional campaign from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) as an API-triggered transactional campaign.In SFMC, I can easily access all the JSON files used to trigger emails to customers via data extensions. These JSON files allow me to verify which customer received specific communications and cross-check the data in case of discrepancies. Additionally, I can conveniently filter profiles or emails based on order numbers to locate the corresponding JSON file used to trigger the email.However, in AJO, the data received via an API for a transactional campaign is not stored. How can I verify and identify which customer received specific information in this scenario?

When looking at the flow Viz I know it shows number of path views for the previous/ next pages. But is there a way to switch it so that it displays the percentage? I know I can see the percentages if i hover over them but Id like to be able to export it so that the percentages are visible 

We have plenty of PDF on our website that Google has indexed. Since they don't require a password to be viewed, the visitors can view them after clicking on the Google results. If that's the only thing they do, we can't see any data on Adobe Analytics. We are aware that having a landing page would make things much easier but, is there anyway to track these PDF views? Thanks a lot.

I am implementing Adobe Target Recommendations via AEP Web SDK and Launch. While the network calls appear to be firing correctly with the necessary entity attributes, the Target Recommendations Catalog has not updated with these product details, even after waiting 24+ hours.Implementation:I am using a "Send Event" action within a Launch rule. Because my data layer is fully populated later in the page load, I have mapped the entity attributes to the "Web Webpagedetails Page Views" event type.Current Rule Configuration (See attached images): Extension: Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK Action Type: Send Event XDM: %XDM Payload: All Page Views% Data: %adobe-target-parameters [xdm]% (This is where my __adobe.target entity data is mapped). We are in process of migrating to new RHEL servers for our AEM Author on Dev.We had SAML configured on the Dev Author server which used load balancer url to login. The ACS url is also configured on this F5 url. This setup works fine.Now, we have diverted the traffic from this F5 to the new Dev Author, copied all the SAML configs as-is. Added +/Sites.html in Sling Authentication. However, when we attempt to login, it takes us to SSO, after successful login, it does not redirect to /sites.html and stays on the ping federate page.

Does anyone have a checklist of the things we need to address before an Admin is deactivated to prevent any disruption? I know calendars will go away with their owners, an reports that run as the user, but is there anything else I may be forgetting. Also, will it effect Fusion scenarios in any way?

Hi all!Has anyone had the time yet to play around with the Adobe Analytics MCP servers (beta)? created a new AA product profile with “MCP Access” permission, (actually for testing purposes added all permissions) assigned it to my API project in developer.adobe.com what I noticed there is that there does not seem to be a dedicated MCP-scope available, just as a side note, I only see “openid, AdobeID, additional_info.projectedProductContext” My MCP calls are failing with this error:(UPSTREAM_ERROR | HTTP 502 | {"method":"POST","error":"Proxy error","message":"401 Unauthorized: [no body]","targetUrl":"https://appservice-aamcpserver-prod.ethos11-prod-or1.ethos.adobe.net/mcp","timestamp":1777355456263})Now I'm wondering whether I need some additional provisioning from the Adobe side to access the MCP servers in the first place? Let me know what you think 

Greetings.I have a website that will have two different players on its main page. They are both being tracked with Adobe Analytics and both call upon the MediaSDK, providing a mediaConfig object with the tracking server, channel, appVersion, etc. However, the two different players have different playerName values in their mediaConfig objects. Because only one player loads first, the configuration including the playerName is set for the entire page. Configuring the SDK with the second player’s values returns an error from MediaSDK saying that it’s already been configured. So any and all analytics for both players are only being housed under the first video’s analytics values. Is there a way to set up a second MediaSDK instance or otherwise edit/reset the configuration if the second video player is active?

Hi Adobe Community, Greetings! I have a HTTP API connection from Salesforce which I get streaming events and a batch connector based connection with Salesforce from which I get events and profile attributes. Basically I have two connections from which I wanted to utilize events and attributes together for journeys in AJO.  Streaming events sync in the profile or profile store within minutes. Also the profile attributes and events sync in the profile or profile store within <15-20 minutes. Wanted to check - If I use streaming events from the HTTP API connection to trigger the journey and users are qualified in the journey, then later down the journey if we use profile attributes and/or events from the batch connector as conditions, will the Journey continue as expected if the values are getting updated for them even with the batch connection?  Thanks,Sambit

What tools are recommended for debugging (AEP Debugger, browser console, etc.)? How do you set up and use the debugger step-by-step? How can I test dev/staging environments similar to GTM preview mode?Any documentation, tutorials, or best practices would be helpful.
