Hi Community -  I am working on an USe case - from where I have to send 5 consecutive email over the 5 weeks and at the end - we need to send another email - which based on the all the 5 emails have opened any Point  of time . Looking for a help how we can track the all the email open in the journey and trigger the 6th email based on that .  Would be great - if you can provide any documentation or any lay out

When you @mention a team in the Updates section of a project, does the comment appear in the @mention widget? I tested this, and the comment only shows up in my notifications.Also, do only individual @mentions (not team @mentions) appear in the @mention widget?

Hi,I am facing an issue where the screen reader (NVDA) is reading out ‘edit unavailable read only’ for all the accessibility tags with <form> tags.<form> tags are generated for all the text field objects from XDP.Is there any way to prevent NVDA from reading this out loud or to prevent <form> tags being generated in the rendered static PDF using output service.Appreciate any help on this topic. 

Going back to basics here but is there a way to add an “Email” icon to the RTE toolbar so authors can simply copy and paste an email address into the field without having to worry about adding in “mailto:” prefix?We have a lot of authors who forget this prefix which then turns the link into http://email@somewhere.com causing it to break and show up on our scans as 404/broken link.Seems odd that Adobe would omit this from the UI or any option to configure this to the RTE if needed.RegardsChris.

Hi Workfront SME’s- late last week, hundreds of very old proofs appeared in the My Approvals widget for several users in our Workfront instance (our Deputy CMO has 184 proofs from 2022 & on- the normal amount is 10). Did anyone experience a similar issue? We have had several instances of the My Approvals widget being out of sync with the Proofing module. This issue has happened to us 8 times since May 2025. I sent off a ticket to Adobe on Friday morning asking tech support to re-sync WF & the proofing module immediately, and I AM STILL WAITING for the re-sync to happen. Meanwhile, with hundreds of outdated proofs in the widget, it is causing confusion about what does or does not need to be reviewed, is causing delays on feedback & approvals, and is forcing people to create workarounds such as sending assets via email for approval, which could cause problems for us with internal audits in the future.

Has anybody been able to successfully create a connection in Fusion with Power BI?Last night I attempted to create a connection.  A dialog box opened up indicating I needed approval from my organization’s admin.  I filled out the request, and overnight I received an email from Microsoft confirming that my request for access to Workfront Fusion PowerBI Connector was approved.I tried again just now to create the connection--a pop-up window opens, but the login authorization doesn’t work; I get a message: “An error occurred.  Connection failed.”Has anybody else seen this?  I wanted to check before filing a ticket.

I made a report in Workspace and noticed hits from Linux. I broke it down by User Agent and most of the traffic were from Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/130.0.0.0 Safari/537.3. It’s also interesting that the Bounce Rate from these visits are very high, 99%. Are these from bots? If so, is the best way to handle it by making a Processing Rule (in Admin)?  

In AA it is possible to resize multiple columns of metrics at the same time in freeform tables. However this nifty feature doesn’t work in CJA as far as I have found. Copilot gives this response:In Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), there is currently no feature that allows you to bulk‑resize multiple metric columns at once. We are currently in the discovery phase, where we propose that they start with the CNAME approach using the Web SDK. Given that the CNAME approach is also not full-proof with browsers like Safari, they also want us to explore the Edge Network API for a future-ready implementation. They don't have CDP, and for now, they will only be sending web events (website interactions)-related data to AEP. What I understood is that the API is useful for environments that do not support Web or Mobile SDK, but we can deploy the Web SDK JS on their website. In our organization, each business unit (BU) has its own portfolio. Within these portfolios, programs are organized and aligned to the respective BU. However, is there a solution for a program to span across multiple BUs—essentially, for a single program to be associated with more than one portfolio?

First of all,The endpoint /rest/asset/v1/emails.json does not return the subject value when the email uses a template created in the new designer.Additionally, I am unable to send a sample email using /rest/asset/v1/email/{email_id}/sendSample.json. The request returns the following error:'errors': [{'code': '709', 'message': 'One or more email headers (displayName, fromEmail, replyToEmail, subject) is empty'}]I do not have this issue when sending emails that were created using the old designer. Is there a way to send a sample email if the email was created using the new designer?

Hello,I have a question regarding Content Fragment permissions in AEM as a Cloud Service.A user can publish Content Fragments from the Assets console, but when opening the Content Fragment Editor, the Publish button is not visible.The user currently has: jcr:all on /content/site jcr:all on /content/dam/site Membership in groups such as Authors, Contributors, and AEM Sites Content Managers (author). The user can edit and save the fragment without issues.Is there any additional permission or group required for the Publish button to appear in the Content Fragment Editor (for example jcr:replicate or workflow permissions)?Thank you for your help.
