Hi Team,I'm currently working on a custom component in AEM as a Cloud Service.In the Rich Text Editor (RTE) field of my dialog, when switching to source edit mode (HTML view), I noticed that plain text input is automatically wrapped with <p> tags. For example:Input:Hello WorldOutput:<p>Hello World</p> I would like to disable this behavior so that plain text remains unchanged, without being wrapped in <p> tags. Is there any configuration available to prevent automatic <p> insertion in source mode?Or would this require a custom plugin or overlay? Thanks in advance for your help!

We're currently using a request queue that creates issues by default. Our team then works with tasks, so we end up with both issues and tasks in our projects. This is causing confusion.Ideally, we'd like requests to come in as tasks only — no issues at all. We want to keep things simple and have one object type for the team to work from.I know routing rules can auto-convert issues to tasks, but the original issue still remains. Is there a way to either:Have the request queue create tasks directly, skipping issues entirely?Or is there another approach anyone has found that achieves a "tasks only" experience?

Hi everyone, this question is pretty simple yet pretty vague. I just created a report and shared access to it with two other (non-admin) users.  One user can view the report data without any trouble, but when the second user views it, the report just reads “no data to display.” I logged in as the second user and was able to reproduce the problem.  Has anyone else seen this issue?  I checked that user’s license and access level and don’t see anything unusual.  I also don’t see any filters applied in the report view when logged in as the second user.  I removed the user’s access and the regranted it, but the problem persists.

Are we able to add to such an audience additional profile attributes? Other idea is to divide audiences into smaller chunks and then in FB & DV360 & Linkedin I would now the specifics of the audience (abandon basket , loyalty , new customers etc) based on the name of audience?How you do that? 

Case is like this: We activated audience to 3rd party media  Customer converted  We want to exclude immediatly customer from these campaigns How do you do this on your projects? I have got two ideas: AEP updates profile attributes in that activated audience that the profile left the audience? Create global audience with recently converted customers and then exluce these customers in FB & DV360 & Linkedin Your ideas? 

Hi team,I’m working on a 6sense + Adobe Launch integration and facing an issue with how data appears in Adobe Analytics reporting.Current ImplementationOn a first‑time visit, the page loads normally and fires a page view call, followed by a non‑page view call that contains the 6sense attributes (stored in eVars). I’m trying to avoid delaying the page‑view call.If anyone knows how to include 6sense attributes in the initial page‑view call without delaying it, please suggest. On a return visit, I merge the 6sense eVars into the page‑view call.ProblemIn reporting, I see unexpected behavior.Example: In the Country dimension, United States and Unspecified both show 70%+ for Visits—together exceeding 100%.(Refer to attached screenshot.)Any best practices to include 6sense attributes in the initial page‑view hit without delaying it?

Hi Team,I have a Velocity token created in Marketo that you previously helped with to display a dollar amount, round it off, and calculate it as 10% of the revenue. However, I now need to use the same token in the preheader, and neither adding just the token nor adding a $ before the Velocity token seems to work there.I’m not sure if there’s a limitation with preheaders or if there’s another approach required to make this work. Has anyone been experiencing an issue where a (Proof HQ) stage deadline is removed from an automated proof after it has started? Hello Adobe-community, Adobe has introduced the live-copy behavior in experience fragments and it has cause an issue with our current structure - but we have a plan to fix it. For context, we have a lot of forms that exist in our project and they all live under language-masters:/content/experience-fragments/…/language-masters/forms We have two live copies and we’ll need to copy all of the forms under LM to a new location:/content/experience-fragments/…/<country-code>/forms Based on our playing-experience, (issue) we aren’t able to create a live-copy for all the forms in one go. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone know how to get around this? Any ideas will help,HardBalloon

I am  trying to build a calculated field in a Workfront custom form to automatically generate a complete UTM tracking URL based on user-entered campaign parameters.The goal is for users to populate fields such as Destination URL, UTM Medium, UTM Source, UTM Campaign, and Contact Type, and have the form dynamically concatenate those values into a finalized URL string.Example desired output:https://example.com?utm_medium=email&utm_source=newsletter&utm_campaign=springcampaign&contact_type=prospectWondering if anyone has done this before as I’m having issues getting the calculated field to generate the final url.  

I have a requirement to add a custom column to the list view along with the other OOTB fields in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud instance. Could anyone guide me on how to achieve this? I want to add a column with header Content-Type that will fetch the value from jcr:content/metadata/content-type.I could achieve this with the reorder.jsp file pointed here: https://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2019/10/aem-6520-aem-assets-add-custom-metadata-columns-in-assets-console-list-view.html but this does not work in AEM Cloud.Again, this URL also explains in another way : https://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2019/08/aem-6510-adding-custom-metadata-columns-in-list-view-of-assets-search-console.html but again this conflicts with OOTB behavior and breaks the search functionality in AEMaaCS.Any concrete solution that works on cloud?

Hi ,  looking for guidance on a Scene7 + asset publish flow.We have a custom workflow where:We programmatically trigger the Scene7 workflow to generate renditions.Once processing appears complete, we publish the asset.After publish, we call an API on the Publish instance to retrieve asset details.Since Scene7 processing is asynchronous, we added an event listener to monitor the Scene7 status as publishComplete , before triggering publish.However, we are still seeing inconsistent API responses from Publish, which makes us think there may be a timing/replication/indexing/cache gap somewhere in the flow.One recurring issue we’ve observed:The asset shows “Publish Complete” status on AuthorBut the same asset appears with “ReprocessStart” status on PublishWe’re trying to understand why this discrepancy occurs and what the recommended integration pattern is for ensuring Scene7 processing is truly complete before publish/API consumption.
