Where can I find the descriptions to ticket numbers listed in the CJA release notes?

I regularly check the CJA release notes for updates and fixes using the link provided. However, I am trying to locate the descriptions and details for the ticket numbers listed in the ‘Fixes for Customer Journey Analytics’ section. In the past, I have opened several support tickets, but my tickets begin with ‘E-’, while the ones in the fixes section start with ‘AN-’. Can you help me understand where to find the information for these 'AN-' tickets?

Hi @AZ_Analytics

AFAIK AN-xxxxx IDs are internal Adobe engineering bug/issue IDs.

They are not customer support ticket numbers, so you cannot look them up directly like your “E-xxxxx” tickets ( Adobe customer support tickets ) and I believe there is no public portal where you can search AN-xxx IDs and see full details.

As per my understanding, in release notes Adobe include AN-xxx ID mainly for tracking purpose and solely for their internal use.

In case if you’ve a specific question related to the issues address in release notes then you can connect with Adobe Support team.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
